글로벌 경쟁환경의 심화와 기업 운영환경의 변화로 인하여, 국내의 기업들은 국내외 생산 및 물류를 최적화하고, 기업간 공급망 경쟁력을 극대화하기 위하여, IT활용 역량을 강화하기 위한 정보화 전략계획 수립을 추진하여 오고 있다. 특히, 자동차 산업은 '글로벌 생산 판매 체계'와 시장변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 '수요 기반의 생산 대응 체계'를 구축하여 운영하기 위하여 다양한 노력을 기울여 왔다. 그러함에도, 생산/물류 부문에서는 부품업체의 IT구축 및 활용 수준이 타 부문 보다 높은 수준이나, 전반적으로 타 제조업체에 비해 부품업체의 IT 구축 및 활용이 매우 낮은 수준인 것으로 조사되고 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구의 대상인 A기업(중소기업)은 정보시스템의 활용성과 정확성이 낮은 문제를 안고 있어, 수작업과 현장 확인에 따른 업무 효율성의 저하에 직면한 상황이어서, 이를 개선하기 위해 정보시스템의 활용도를 제고하고, ERP 및 POP 시스템의 기능개선 작업을 실시 중에 있으나, 자체개발 방식으로 추진하고 있어서 최신 기술의 도입 및 적용에 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The South Korean Government had supported the IT implementation of 30,000 SMB(Small and Medium-sized) enterprises from '2000 to '2003 for the purpose of the competitiveness of SMB enterprises. However, the utilization rate of If package is very low. This paper recommanded the improved suggestion of the existed policies of the following service of the SMB industry's information technology implementation. There are industry-university cooperation program, efficient on-offline integration system, the development of SMB industry's IT performance measure evaluation index and so on.

본 논문은 국내 자동차산업을 대상으로 개발된 응용시스템으로, UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 이용한 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)기반의 안전한 전자조달(E-Procurement) 시스템을 제안하고 있다. 컴포넌트 개발기법인 UML 방법론의 활용으로 자동차산업의 구매업무 Workflow가 분석되었으며, XML 기반의 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)와 전자서명 기능을 구현함으로써 기업간 구매업무를 자동화하는 효율적인 E-Procurement 시스템 프로토타입이 구현되었다. 또한 본 논문은 기존 정보공학방법론에서 한계로 지적되던 S/W의 재사용성과 Life Cycle의 위험을 줄인 컴포넌트 개발기법을 활용하고, 기업내 Legacy 시스템인 ERP와의 연동을 가능하게 하였다. 본 시스템은 기존 시스템이 제공하지 못하는 워크플로우(workflow)분석 및 설계, 컴포넌트 개발, 기업내부 시스템과의 연동, 그리고 전자문서의 무결성과 인증을 위한 XML 전자서명을 적용하는 해법을 제안하고 있다.

효율적 경영활동과 경쟁우위 확보 및 고객관계 경영을 죄하고자 하는 기업들은 정보시스템 투자 비율을 확대하고 있다. 그러나 현실적으로 볼 때 투자를 위한 의사결정 단계에서 검토되었던 정보시스템의 기대가치와 실현가치 간에는 예상치 못했던 격차가 발생하는 경우가 빈번하다. 또한 최근 e비즈니스 전략을 적극적으로 추진중인 기업들은 SCM(Supply Chain Management), ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM(Customer Relation-ship Management) 시스템을 상호 연동하고자 하는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구들의 경우 개별 정보시스템 단위의 성공 요인들에 대한 연구가 대부분이고, 이들 시스템 간의 연동이나 시스템 구축이후 발생하는 조직 내외적인 장애요인 관련 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이들 시스템을 구축하여 운영중인 기업들을 선정하여 시스템별 그리고 시스템 간의 투자 전후가치격차 유발 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 기업의 정보시스템 투자 의사결정시 반드시 사전에 고려하여야 할 가치격차 유발 요인들에 대한 통찰력을 제시할 수 있을 것이며, 관련 분야 연구의 실증적 접근을 위한 토대를 제시할 것이다.

전자무역에서 WMS는 물류산업을 보다 편리하고 효율적으로 개선시키는데 많은 부문에 기여했다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 운영 측면에서 볼 때 전자데이터 등의 폭발적인 수요 폭주로 인하여 운송방법 등의 기술적인 문제점들이 적잖게 노출되어 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 우리나라가 물류정보 중심지로 성장하기 위해서는 전자무역 ERP 관리하의 SCM 기반구축과 WMS를 충분히 활용하여야 할 시점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자무역 WMS의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 첫째, 우리나라 전자무역의 부분별 종합 WMS의 플로우 과정을 고찰하고 둘째, 전자무역 WMS의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시 하고자 한다. 본 논문은 WMS의 기술적인 방향을 제시하기보다는 실무적 관점에서 해석적 기초를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

미래의 전자전 체계들은 성능과 작전가용도가 증가되도록 요구될 것이며, 더욱 복잡해져 가고 있는 위협환경에 대응할수 있는 전자전 체계라야 할 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 유효복사 출력(ERP)을 높이고, ECM 에너지의 질을 더욱 개선하며, 방사에너지의 제어를 한층 잘해야 할 것이다. 이와함께 아주 높은 수준의 작전 가용도가 요구될 것인데, 이는 새로 개발되는 항공기들의 매우 높은 출격율을 유지하기 위한 것이다. 지원비용을 막대히 증가시키지 않고 이런 고도 수준의 가용도를 달성하려면 역시 신뢰성과 정비유지성을 상당히 개선해야만 한다

The exhibition and convention industry offers facilities and services required to host expositions and conferences. Currently, it has been greatly esteemed as a promising industry because it can produce a higher added value and maintain a pure environment at the same time as an aggregate of service industries. Like other industries, the need of digitalization and information system in the exhibition and convention industry makes it introduce ERP and MIS and nowadays ubiquitous related model projects are ongoing. In this paper, we conduct researches regarding the systematic introduction of ubiquitous related technologies through the service and information system identification of exhibition and convention industry, and analysis of value chain and critical success factor. We consider RFID, ZigBee and mobile related technologies as the ubiquitous related technology types and select the exhibition witness and the maintenance of facilities as the area of related technologies introduction. In addition, we propose a scheme used to analyze and solve the problems which could be occurred when ubiquitous related technologies are applied. The results of this paper could be used as a policy to nourish exhibition and convention industry, and a guideline of the host organizations.

The challenges facing manufacturing companies today span across the industry, independent of company size or product. Especially, big manufacturers must overcome these challenges, and information technology (IT) collaboration with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will play a major role in this effort. In this research, the strategy and way to promote IT collaboration between SMEs and large firms in heavy industries are proposed. A pre-consultation was performed to derive the strategy and way for the collaboration, and an IT collaboration system was developed reflection the results of pre-consultation. The IT collaboration system consists of two parts. One is ERP based on BPM for SMEs to standardize and visualize the entire business process from order placement to release. This system also provides their parent company with visibility into the status of orders and user can easily access the system on the web at a low price through cloud computing service. The other is interface part for data changes between large firms and SMEs. Thus far, this paper demonstrates the importance of strategy for the collaboration, and the applicability of IT collaboration system to elevate the speed and efficiency of business.

인터넷과 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 중소기업들은 사내에 통합 정보화 시스템 구축을 실제로 적용하기를 원하고 있다. 과거에는 주로 기업 내부에 관한 정보 시스템이 종류별로 각각 운영되어 왔으나 현재에는 기업과 기업, 기업과 고객, 나라와 기업간 전자상거래와 ERP 시스템 등 통합 정보화 시스템이 활성화되고 있다. 중소기업이 통합 정보화 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 정보화 프로세스 전략 방법론을 적용하여, 자사의 정보화 수준을 분석 및 평가해본 후에, 정보 인프라와 통합 정보화 시스템을 구축하는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서 본 연구는 중소기업의 통합 정보화 시스템 구축을 위한 정보화 전략 방법론을 소개하고 사례연구로서 한 중소기업의 통합 정보화시스템 구축과정을 모델링해 보았다.
