This study analyzes the relative importance of the introducing factors for the critical success factors in the implementation stage of the lifecycle of ERP system using Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the 1st layer of the hierarchy, technical factor is evaluated as the most important factor among organizational, technical, and supplier factors. In the 2nd layer, choosing a proper ERP package is evaluated as the most important factor within 15 factors followed by process-oriented approach, technical suitability, minimized customization, integration and association of system with trading parter, association with legacy systems, and support and involvement of top management. As a result of this analysis enterprise should choose an ERP package that is suitable to its business environment, and make the best use of(take full advantage of) best practice that ERP package provides to optimize the existing business procedure or process(to approach the existing business procedure or process). This study also shows the range of customization of the features provided by the ERP package should be minimized.

FC(Food Culture) 사업은 음식종류의 다양성과 재료의 신선도 유지를 위하여 개별적인 유통 업무를 수행하고 있다. 재료의 신선도 유지를 위한 신속성, 음식의 매출액과 재료비, 인건비, 경비 등의 집계에 대한 정확성이 부족하여 결산에 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 FC사업의 유통에 대한 ERP를 구축하고 매출과 원가의 요소를 집계하여 사업장 단위의 매출액에 대비한 재료비, 인건비, 경비 등 요소를 회계 집계하고, 또한 유통 물류 구매를 위한 발주와 낙찰된 물류품의 계약과 결과 값으로 예측 Simulation을 연구한다. 사업장 단위에서 마감되면 시도단위와 전국단위의 전체 자산 및 손익계산을 가능하게 하는 ERP를 연구한다. 본 논문 연구를 통하여 FC사업 ERP 발전과 물류 유통 산업에 기여하게 될 것이다.

Earned Value Management System(EVMS) is a highly efficient tool in the project management, but it cannot easily determine the Actual Cost due to the indistinct criteria and extensive data. This study introduces a EVMS for project management and its actual case based on EVMS and ERP system which some additional modules are installed for performance measurement. It is expected that this new method enables a company to improve transparency by specifying expense items in detail and to switch quarterly settlement to monthly by reducing the time of calculation.

전세계적으로 특정 업종에 상관없이 정보화의 필요성을 느끼고 이를 추진하기 위해 많은 시간과 비용이 투입되고 있다. 또한 최근 대기업들의 협력사에 대한 시스템 연동 요구와 중국 일본 업체들과의 경쟁 심화 등으로 기계 산업 업체들의 경영환경 개선이 이슈로 부상하면서 이들 업체들의 ERP도입 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 특히 기계산업은 전통적인 제조업 분야이므로 정보화의 관심이 다른 업종에 비해서 늦게 나타난 것은 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 기계산업 분야에 있어서 ERP 도입사례를 조사하여 그 현황에 대해 분석하였다.

Needs of automation and computerization in the construction industry has been recognized but the implementation of e-business solutions with project management systems has not been fully explored. In order to cope with different management practices in home office and project sites, integration of two popular systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management System (PMS) is essential. The objective of this study is to find ways to functionally and systematically integrate ERP and PMS. With the integration of ERP and PMS, a project will be managed much more efficiently and effectively. It is expected that this study will benefit system integrators and help them to understand construction management processes and integrate the solutions with minimized programming work.

Purpose - This research aims to examine the effect of e-business adoption on firm's growth and profitability in the distribution industry. The value added from the distribution industry acts as the cost of other industries. As the distribution industry develops, its stage becomes shorter and the distribution margin becomes smaller. Therefore, e-business is expected to have a different effect on the distribution industry than other industries. Research design, data and methodology - The previous research generally used e-business adoption as an independent variable and firm's performance as a dependent variable. This study elaborated the model using a dynamic panel model that includes the performance variable of the previous year as an independent variable. By employing system GMM (Generalized Method of Moments), the endogeneity problem in the dynamic panel model can be solved. For the analysis, I extracted the distribution companies as the raw data in the National Statistical Office's Business Activity Survey over the period 2006 to 2012. Results - The growth rate of firms adopting e-business was 0.299%p higher than that of the non-adopter. However, only ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), KMS (Knowledge Management System) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) contributed positively to the growth rate. In the case of profitability, it was 0.04%p higher than the distribution companies that did not adopt e-business. ERP and LMS (Learning Management System) improve profitability, while SCM reduces profitability. Consequently, while ERP improves both growth and profitability, SCM improves growth but reduces profitability. In addition, KMS improves firm's growth only, and LMS does only profitability, showing that each e-business has a differentiated effect. Conclusions - Since the distribution industry has different characteristics from manufacturing and other service industries, the introduction of e-business may not guarantee the growth and profitability of distribution companies. Careful introduction considering the characteristics of the distribution industry is required. In particular, it is necessary to select an e-business meeting the characteristics and needs of a distribution company, and thereafter, it is required for the company's own efforts to internalize it within the system.

Due to a rapid change of business environment, many firms are eager to find the competitiveness by information technology adoption and diffusion. In this exploratory study, we examined the applicability of a previously proposed model to evaluate IT competitiveness based on the innovativeness and verified it's propriety with empirical data. As suggested by previous studies, the proposed model considers a variety of corporate and market characteristics concerned with IT adoption, and it consists of several internal and external impacting factors, which have influence on technology diffusion and its performance. For the empirical analysis, the survey data of domestic ERP adoption cases were adopted from 128 small and medium-sized enterprises(: SMEs) in IT and electrical engineering industry, and analyzed by partial least squares(: PLS) - a popular structural modeling and multivariate projection technique to latent variables. The results indicated positive supports for the research model of external and internal IT adoption factors' influences on innovativeness' performances. However, there are a couple of limitations not to show the reliability of selected measurement items and the generality of model proposed in this exploratory study.

전사적자원관리(enterprise resource planning: ERP)의 효과적 구축을 위해서는 다양한 요소들의 상호작용이 필수적임에도 불구하고 이들 요소들간의 상호작용에 대한 연구는 그간 개별적으로 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 이러한 요소들이 어떻게 상호작용하고 이러한 상호작용이 효과적인 전사적자원관리의 구축에 영향을 미치는가를 전체적인 관점(holistic perspective)에서 파악하기 위한 연구모형을 제안하고자 한다. 특히, 본 연구는 가치 창출을 위한 자원준거이론(resource based theory), 전략형성 프레임웍(strategy formulation framework), 동적자원관리(dynamic resource management) 모형을 기반을 어떻게 자원의 번들링(bundling) 프로세스와 역량의 레버리지(leverage) 프로세스가 전사적자원관리의 효과적 구축에 영향을 미치는가에 초점을 두고자 한다. 제안된 연구모형은 호주의 항공산업에 속한 기업을 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하여 검증하였다. 사례연구 결과 효과적 역량 구축을 위한 자원의 번들링 프로세스와 효과적 전사적자원관리의 구축을 위한 역량의 레버리지 프로세스의 중요성을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 자원간 그리고 역량간 상호작용의 중요성을 명시함으로써 효과적 전사적 자원관리를 위한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In recent years, many computer systems that are used for patient diagnostic and treatment purpose s are being introduced within hospitals. Therefore, being in a position to manage the hospital entirely, efforts to integrate their own unique system into one have started. A system values humans and creates the surrounding atmosphere into one which maximizes the abilities of individuals. For this, a scientific integration management operation system is required. The type of system that is demanded due to this requirement is an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Lately, even the hospital industry is beginning to show interest in efficient administrative methods. To deliver more predominant medical services, hospitals are trying to introduce scientific administrative methods, whose superiority were proven in enterprises, to the operation system of the hospital organization. ERP values humans over systems, and within a superior system, emphasizes the efficiency of the organization. This sort of process does not just evaluate and manage the working abilities of individuals, but provides an advanced working environment that increases the abilities of members within the organization by fold. Therefore, this research estimates through questionnaires and introductive cases how the introduction of ERP may change the work of customers within hospitals such as the radiologic technology department, and how it may also change the environment of medical services, thus striving to create a radiologic technology department that will not fall behind the times.

ERP는 기업 내의 모든 인적, 물적 자원을 효율적으로 관리하여 궁극적으로 기업의 경쟁력을 강화시켜 주는 역할을 하게 되는 통합정보시스템이다. 유비쿼터스 환경에서 ERP가 가야할 최선의 요구사항은 실시간으로 데이터를 수집 분석하는 것이다. 기존의 ERP 시스템은 자원의 정보수집이 수동적이라는 문제가 존재했다. 그 문제를 해결하기 위해 RFID Tag와 Reader를 이용한 능동적 시스템을 제안한다. 실험 결과 자재의 정보가 제대로 수집되는 것을 확인하였고 일정시간이 지나게 됐을 경우 이벤트 메시지를 발생시키는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제시한 RFID를 이용한 실시간 산업자원 관리 시스템은 기존에 존재하는 수동적인 자원관리를 능동적으로 수집하고 스케쥴에 맞는 이벤트를 제공하게 한다.
