As business needs are accelerating exponentially due to globalization and other market forces, companies regardless of its size need data which can operate flexibly and rapidly across disappearing physical and organizational borders. To meet the growing Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] needs for small and medium sized firms, large ERP vendors have introduced new and inexpensive products to these markets. They can customize to businesses of all sizes as long as they have the need for the services and the budget to support the system. Based on the observations in this research, most ERP vendors, regardless of their size, are now focusing more on improving the implementation curve and reporting capabilities through compartmentalizing business applications along industry verticals. Also ERP systems are becoming more open thereby consultants and subject matter experts now have the opportunity to create modules based upon verticals to form a best-of-breed ERP implementation. of enterprises.

ERP 시스템은 기업의 기간 시스템으로서 기업간 전자상거래에 참여하기 위해서는 시스템의 성공적인 운영이 필수적인 요소이다. 그러나 대부분의 ERP 도입 기업들은 운영에 많은 문제점과 어려움을 가지고 있다. 이는 ERP 시스템이 데이터 관리에만 집중되어 있고 운영상에서 생성되는 유용한 지식은 ERP와 연계하여 관리하지 못하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템 운영과정에서 생성되는 유용한 지식을 체계적으로 조직하고 표현하기 위한 3-계층 지식 온톨로지의 모델을 제시하고 이 온톨로지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 지식처리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 상용 ERP 시스템과 연계하였고 실제 제조 기업에 적용해 봄으로써 ERP 운영상의 유용한 지식을 시스템 내에 유지함으로 인한 ERP의 효율적 운영이 가능함을 보였다.

It is an active confrontation as to the environments for information. Unlike the large scale enterprises in those days, hower, many small & medium enterprises especially the enterprises which are engaged in the manufacturing industry-aren't participate in information's rank due to the lack of funds, manpower, insufficient management environments, and manager or staff's lack of cognition as to information. So, this paper make a base of establishment for ISP through the establishment of ERP that is used to management activity for small & medium manufacturing enterprises. A way for small & medium enterprises' ERP construction is SMERP S/W for the small & medium enterprises' ERP package which is offered by the Korea chamber of commerce & industry. And, that is applied to the real management environment.

This work investigates how domestic or foreign ERP affects the relationship between risks associated ERP implementation and intention to adopt risk-mitigating options. We propose three risks such as ERP vendor risk, economic risk, and security risk should affect positively the intention to adopt the risk-mitigating options. To validate the impact of risks and to examine the difference between domestic and foreign ERP, we collected data from IT managers in small and medium sized logistics companies in South Korea using survey questionnaires. We validate the difference between domestic ERP and foreign ERP using multiple regression analyses. We find that IT managers using domestic ERP are willing to adopt risk-mitigating options for economic and security risk. In contrast, we find that IT managers using foreign ERP are willing to adopt risk-mitigating options for ERP-vendor risk. This work may provide IT managers in logistics industry a practical guideline of choosing either domestic or foreign ERP based on their risk preferences.

This study analyzes the relative importance of the introducing factors for the critical success factors in the implementation stage of the lifecycle of ERP system using Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the 1st layer of the hierarchy, technical factor is evaluated as the most important factor among organizational, technical, and supplier factors. In the 2nd layer, choosing a proper ERP package is evaluated as the most important factor within 15 factors followed by process-oriented approach, technical suitability, minimized customization, integration and association of system with trading parter, association with legacy systems, and support and involvement of top management. As a result of this analysis enterprise should choose an ERP package that is suitable to its business environment, and make the best use of(take full advantage of) best practice that ERP package provides to optimize the existing business procedure or process(to approach the existing business procedure or process). This study also shows the range of customization of the features provided by the ERP package should be minimized.

최근 국내 기업들의 ERP시스템 도입 사례는 대기업에서 중소기업으로, 제조업중심에서 금융, 서비스, 유통 등의 다양한 산업분야로 그 영역을 확장하고 있다. 또한 SCM(Supply Chain management), CRM(Customer Relationship Management)과 같은 확장ERP 시스템의 도입도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 여러 가지 측면의 ERP시스템의 확장 방향 중에서 산업별 특성에 따른 ERP시스템의 개발은 해당 산업분야의 규모와 중요성의 순서에 따라 그 깊이와 범위가 다르게 이루어 졌으며, 소수 특이한 산업에 대한 솔루션은 미개발 상태인 경우가 많이 있다. ERP 소프트웨어 공급업체들은 주요 산업별로 특징적인 업무 프로세스를 지원하기위해 추가적인 프로그램을 공급하거나 개발 중에 있다. 본 연구는 국내 기업 중 다소 특수한 업무 프로세스를 가지고 있는 OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturing) 형태의 생산방식을 가진 의류 제조, 판매 업체의 ERP도입 사례를 통하여 ERP시스템 유연성의 한계에 대해 검토하여 보고 OEM산업과 의류산업이라는 산업특성에서의 ERP시스템 도입이 어떠한 문제점을 지니고 있는지 조사해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 이를 위해 OEM산업에 대한 고찰과 의류업종의 업무적 특징을 정리하여 보고 실제 ERP 도입 사례를 통해 발견된 도입 특성 또는 도입시의 문제점과 해결 방안을 제시함으로서 향후 유사 업종의 ERP 시스템 도입 시 유용한 지침(Guideline)을 제공하고자 한다. ERP 도입사례는 SAP R/3를 채택하여 약 9개월간의 도입기간에 나타난 현상들을 기반으로 한다.

자동차 산업은 자동차에 소요되는 2만여가지 이상의 부품의 다양한 종류만큼 시스템적인 표준화가 매우 어려운 산업이다. 이미 완성차업계는 SAP과 같은 글로벌 ERP 패키지를 사용하고 있으며, 기준 정보관리 표준을 만들어 사용하고 있지만, 수많은 부품 공급사들은 기준체계가 없거나, 주먹구구식의 체계로 인해 PDM, ERP, MES등 시스템 도입 및 활용에 가장큰 장애사항이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 자동차 완성차 및 관련부품산업의 실질적인 표준 품번 체계가 통합된 표준 모델을 만들고, 표준화를 위한 지침서를 작성하기 위하여 완성차업계 및 타 산업군 사례기업의 표준체계를 조사하고, 자동차 부품회사를 샘플링하여 실증적으로 연구하여, 유의미코드와 무의미 일련번호의 합리적인 적용 기준을 제시함으로써 국내 자동차 관련 산업의 정보화에 필수적인 기준정보 관리수준의 표준화 체계를 제안한다.

The purpose of this paper is to give information on e-CPC implementation in the manufacturing industry by studying and analyzing a small and medium sized manufacturing company. After analyzing Various factors on J's e-CPC implementation such as environmental factors, process management factor, and result factors, success factors on J's e-CPC implementation are analyzed. The results of this paper can be summarized as follows. First, the most leading role on J's ERP implementation is the will and support of CEO and team leaders. They led the implementation to be stability successfully by settling the different opinions among teams, showing their ability on process decision and communication with consultants. Second, J tried to prompt system stability by mapping out and conducting the long term change management strategy. Third, J organized ERP project team to implement ERP quickly, and it turned out to be successful Finally, J tried to get outside information from consultants and collaborative companies that have experience in implementing ERP. Especially J made full use of overseas consultants. In respect that this paper giver lots of information on e-CPC implementation in manufacturing industry by a case study of a small and medium sized manufacturing company which has not been carried out so far, it would be useful enough.

통신산업은 가계 및 국가경제에의 영향, 자연발생적인 독과점적 산업구조 등을 이유로 규제대상으로 분류된다. 따라서 기간통신사(CATV포함)는 외부보고 목적의 재무회계 및 내부관리 목적의 관리/원가회계 보고 외에도 규제를 위한 보고를 수행한다. 통신기업은 이러한 재무, 관리, 규제회계를 위한 시스템을 기존의 legacy(과금시스템, 고객지원시스템, 망운영시스템 등)와 원활하게 통합함으로써 업무효율을 달성하고 경쟁력 제고를 위한 운영, 전략적 의사결정정보의 토대를 마련할 수 있다. 본 연구는 통신기업의 ERP 도입사례를 원가모듈을 중심으로 살펴봄으로써 원활한 통합시스템 구축을 위한 이론적, 실무적 지침을 제시한다. 특히 원가모듈을 중심으로 분석함으로써 ERP의 기본적 효익인 원가절감을 위한 구축방법론 및 통신산업의 특정인 네트워크원가계산 및 절감을 위한 시스템개발에 유효한 시사점을 도출하였다.
