In this paper we analyze ERP systems performance by ERP system factors in two Korea firms and two China firms and propose strategies for successful ERP systems construction. To achieve these goals we conduct a literature review in ERP success factors and implementation strategy and then conduct an empirical analysis focus on three ERP system factors, Ease of Use, Flexibility, and Utilizability of ERP systems, and comparability analysis between Korea and China firms by ERP system factors. Based on these results, we present practical guidelines to construct ERP systems successfully by three ERP system factors in this research.

Researches on performances analysis of companies which adopted ERP system and factors influencing introduction of ERP system have been conducted. This study presents service quality and system quality on ERP system and verifies how each factor influences the users satisfaction. This study finally verifies relationship among job satisfaction, job performance and satisfaction of system.

정보화에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 증대됨에 따라 많은 기업이 ERP도입을 적극 추진하고 있다. ERP시스템을 성공적으로 추진하기 위해서는 자사에 적합한 ERP시스템을 도입, 구축할 필요가 있다. 하지만, ERP시스템에 대한 체계적인 평가방법론이 부족하여 전문인력이 부족한 중소기업들은 자사에 적합한 ERP선정에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 ERP 시스템을 보다 객관적이고 체계적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법론을 개발하여 중소기업들이 보다 효과적으로 자사에 적합한 ERP시스템을 선정할 수 있도록 지원하는데 있다. 문헌연구를 통하여 ERP 시스템 평가요인을 도출하였으며 각 요인들의 가중치를 결정하기 위하여 ERP컨설턴트를 대상으로 AHP 방식을 적용, 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과를 토대로 실무에서 적용 가능한 평가방법론을 개발하였다. 평가방법론을 통하여 ERP를 도입하고자 하는 기업들은 대상업체의 솔루션을 보다 체계적으로 평가하여 자사에 적합한 ERP를 도입하는데 크게 도움을 받을 것으로 기대된다.

경영환경의 급속한 변화와 정보시스템의 발달로 인해 기업은 경쟁력 강화를 위해 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 하고 있다. 최근에는 국내외 많은 기업들이 기업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)를 이미 도입하였거나 또는 도입할 예정으로 있다. 2) 이러한 ERP시스템이 이전에는 대형 기업을 중심으로 한 시스템 구축이 주류를 이루고 있었다. 하지만 최근에는 국내 ERP업체들의 활성화로 인해 독자적인 ERP패키지의 개발로 중소기업을 위한 ERP구축 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 이렇게 기업 경쟁력을 제고시키는 수단으로 각광을 받고 있는 ERP 시스템은 제조, 물류, 유통, 인사/회계 관리 등의 업무프로세스를 정보기술로 구현한 대형기술로 제조기업의 모든 기능을 망라한 전사적인 통합솔루션으로서 단순히 정보 기술차원의 접근 방법이 아닌 정보기술과 비즈니스의 조화를 이루려는 경영 전략 차원의 접근 방법이다. 3) 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 성공적인 구축 경험을 바탕으로 I기업(중소기업)을 대상으로 ERP 구축 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 먼저 I기업의 정보화 수준 측정을 통해 ERP 구축 전 기업의 경영환경과 정보시스템 활용도 및 사용자 만족도를 파악하고, ERP 시스템을 도입하게 된 배경과 구축 과정 및 결과와 기대 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 마지막으로, ERP시스템 구현의 성공적인 요인들을 찾아내어 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하려 한다.

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템은 급여, 회계, 인사, 생산, 판매, 물류 등을 포함한 핵심 비즈니스 프로세스를 담고 있는 소프트웨어이다. 인터넷의 등장으로 ERP 시스템이 WEB 기반으로 전환되었고 ERP의 영역도 기업내부에 국한된 것이 아니라 기업간의 거래를 모두 포함하기에 이르렀다. 그러나 ERP 시스템은 회사의 중요한 의사결정 데이터들과 한 Application 안에서 일어나는 Transaction 처리 등의 정보 보안에 대한 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이에 ERP 시스템에도 보안에 대한 필요성이 대두되었으나 ERP 업체들의 대다수는 아직도 구체적인 보안에 대한 방안을 제시하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 결국 비즈니스의 성공도 취약한 기업의 자원을 인증되지 않은 다른 사용자로부터 보호하는 능력에 달려 있으며, 이 연구의 목적은 ERP 시스템의 보안 이슈를 어떻게 다룰 것이며, ERP 보안 요구 사항을 어떻게 모델링 할 것인가에 대한 연구 이다. 현재 나와있는 SAP R/3와 EAGLE ERP의 제품 보안 모델을 비교함으로써 외산 제품과 국산 제품의 보안 요구 사항을 분석 하고, ERP시스템 보안에 대한 고려사항 및 접근 방법을 모델링 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 UML을 이용하여 ERP 시스템 안에서 찾을 수 있는 모든 보안 사항을 점검 하고,UML의 물리적 요소와 논리적 요소를 이용함으로써 ERP 보안을 모델링 하고자 한다. 이 논문을 통하여 ERP 시스템의 각 분야의 담당자가 ERP 보안을 개념적으로 접근 할 수 있도록 할 것이다. 차후 연구 과제는 좀더 구체적인 모델링을 통한 ERP 보안 solution 개발이다.

In these days ERP is essential fundamental system of most companies which want to take part in e-business. But few companies are running ERP systems successfully because ERP can not manage knowledge of running that system but only data. In this paper, we propose a model of three layed knowledge ontology and a system to manage our knowledge ontology. We interface the our system with a commercial ERP system and then install and run these systems on a manufacturing company. We show the possibilities of effective running of ERP system using a knowledge ontology and it's management system.

In the 1990s and 2000s there was considerable growth in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) Systems. It is estimated that the ERP market will grow to about $65 billion by 2009. Companies expect these systems to support many of the day to day business transactions. However, the implementation projects of ERP are big, strategic and complex projects which involve lots of time, scope and costs. Because of that, companies have to create conditions, in which they can implement chosen solution in expected time, scope and budgeted costs. This means that companies should be aware of what most critical factors for success of ERP implementations are. This study will first investigate the ERP implementation CSFs by studying prior published researches on the field of ERP implementation. Then, this study will discuss in depth some important factors of ERP implementation and represent preliminary results CSFs of ERP implementation empirical survey.

Many enterprises introduced or are planning to introduce the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system to effectively develop processor reform activities of enterprises. Domestic ERP systems are emphasizing high efficiency in environment and work process of domestic enterprises and Foreign ERP systems are emphasizing excellent features. However, It is really doubtful whether or not both domestic and foreign ERP system actually offer discriminatory functions and features. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine differences between the domestic and foreign ERP systems by making an empirical study with domestic and foreign ERP systems users, so that the ERP system can be successfully used in the future and offer necessary to ERP system suppliers for better development.

기업에서는 경쟁력을 강화하고 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 수단으로 ERP시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있는 추세이다. ERP시스템은 전체업무프로세스를 정보기술로 구현한 전사적인 통합솔루션이다. 이러한 ERP시스템 구축의 성공요인에 대해 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 대부분의 선행연구들은 기술적인 측면 등 외부적인 요인들을 강조하고 있으며, 내부적인 요인인 조직구성원들의 개인적인 성격유형이 ERP시스템의 정보기술을 수용하는데 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템 구축의 성공요인으로 조직구성원들의 개인적인 성격유형을 탐색적으로 연구 하였다. ERP시스템 도입기업의 사용자들을 대상으로 MBTI 성격유형과 ERP시스템에 대한 정보기술 수용 정도를 설문을 통해 분석하였다. MBTI 성격유형은 Myers의 네 가지 성격유형으로 측정하고, ERP시스템의 정보기술수용에 대해서는 Davis의 TAM 모형을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, MBTI 성격유형과 ERP시스템의 정보기술수용과의 관련성 검증에서 MBTI 성격유형 중 외향형과 판단형인 경우에는 ERP시스템의 정보기술수용에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 감각형과 사고형인 경우에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ERP시스템 관련 정보기술수용 검증에서는 선행연구들을 통해 검증된 바와 같이 ERP시스템에 대한 지각된 이용 용이성과 유용성, 활용의도 및 활용정도 간에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
