Let A be a ring and 𝓙 = {ideals I of A | J(I) = I}. The Krull dimension of A, written dim A, is the sup of the lengths of chains of prime ideals of A; whereas the dimension of the maximal spectrum, denoted by dim 𝓙A, is the sup of the lengths of chains of prime ideals from 𝓙. Then dim 𝓙A ≤ dim A. In this paper, we will study the dimension of the maximal spectrum of some constructions of rings and we will be interested in the transfer of the property J-Noetherian to ring extensions.
A blue phosphor(ZnS:Cu) is manufactured by solid state reaction for ACPEL(AC powder EL). The effect of artificial defect on phosphor surface on the ZnO phase conversion and resulting luminescence have been studied. It was found that ZnS:Cu could converse to cubic phase more easily due to the formation of artificial defect on 1st fired phosphor by ball-milling process, resulting in improvement of luminescence of phosphor phosphors under the driven EL condition. We found out an optimized ball-mill condition through considering effect of each ball-mill conditions such as milling time and milling rpm on defect. Also we determined relationship between emission luminescence and phase of phosphor based on analyses of crystal structures of phosphors. A significant improvement above 30% was observed in electroluminescence by the artificial defect on ZnS:Cu phosphors compared to non-treated phosphors.
Organic EL devices, which have the sing3e-layer structure of ITO(indium-tin-oxide) /PPV(poly(p-phenylene vinylene))/cathode and the double-layer structure of ITO/PVK (poly(N- vinylcarbazole)) /PPV/cathode, were fabricated and their electro-optical properties were investigated. Experimental results, in single-layer structure, shown that the increment of temperature for thermal conversion of PPV film from $140^{\circ}C$ to $260^{\circ}C$ decreases the maximum luminance from $118.8\;cd/m^{2}$(20V) to $21.14\;cd/m^{2}$(28V) and shift the maximum peak of EL spectrum from 500nm to 580nm. The lower the work function of cathode is, the more the luminance and injection current of device. In double-layer structure, as the concentration of PVK solution decreases from 0.5 wt% to 0.05 wt%, the luminance of device increases from $70.71\;cd/m^{2}$(32V) to $152.7\;cd/m^{2}$(26V).

Various oxidation states of Polyaniline(PANI) were chemically synthesized, and characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, GPC, TG-DTA, Single layer light emitting diodes(LED) were perpared by spin coating of LEB-PANI solutions which have various oxidation states onto an ITO substrate and subsequent vacuum deposition of aluminum top electrode and then current-voltage characteristics. EL spectrum was investigated It was found that ${\pi}$-${\pi}$* transition were shifled to longer wavelength and molecular excition transition were decreased in the UV-Vis spectra and the intensity of EL and PL were increased as the contents of fully reduced form LEB increased. The turn-on voltage of ITO/LEB/AI structured LED was 5 V. It was found that the white light was emitted only from the phase with reduced epeat unit.

Electroluminescent(EL) devices based on organic materials have been of great interest due to their possible applications for large-area flat-panel displays, where they are attractive because of their capability of multicolor emission, and low operation voltage. In this study, glass substrate/ITO/Eu(TTA)$_3$(phen)/Al, glass substrate/ITO/Eu(TTA)$_3$(phen)/Al and glass substrate/ITO/Eu(TTA)$_3$(phen)/AlQ$_3$/Al structures were fabricated by vacuum evaporation method, where aromatic diamine(TPD) was used as a hole transporting material, Eu(TTA)$_3$(phen) as an emitting material, and Tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminu-m(AlQ$_3$) as an electron transporting layer. Electrolumescent(EL) and I-V characteristics of Eu(TTA)$_3$-(-phen) were investigated. These structures show the red EL spectra, which are almost the same at the PL spectrum of Eu(TTA)$_3$(phen). I-V characteristics of this structure show that turn-on voltage was 9V and current density was 0.01A/㎤ at a operation voltage of 9V. Electrical transporting phenomena of these structures were explained using the trapped-charge-limited current model with I-V characteristics.
Since 1980, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) has been used as an important tool for the evaluation of malignant diseases in hollow viscus and bilio-pancreas, as well as sub-epithelial tumors. The high-resolution capacity and low penetration depth of EUS make it possible to obtain highly detailed images of the gastrointestinal wall and immediate surroundings to a depth of 4-5 cm. Thus, over the past 35 years, EUS succeeded to modify management in significant number of cases and is now considered a gold standard tool for many gastrointestinal diseases, especially in the pancreatico-biliary tract, and adjuvant needle insertion now allows access to remote lesions that were difficult to reach in the past. With the growing spectrum of indications, tissue sampling for diagnostic purposes has become common. In this review, we aim to highlight the expanding spectrum of EUS indications and uses in staging of upper gastrointestinal malignancies, especially esophageal, gastric and ampullary tumors.
A new luminescent polymer, poly{1,4-phenylene-1,2-ethenediyl-2'-[2"-(4'"-octyloxyphenyl)-(5"-yl)-1",3",4"-oxadiazole]-1,4-phenylene-1,2-ethenediyl-2,5-bis-dodecyloxy-1,4-phenylene-1,2-ethenediyl} (Oxd-PPV), was synthesized by the Heck coupling reaction. Electron withdrawing pendant, conjugated 1,3,4-oxadiazole (Oxd), is on the vinylene unit. The band gap of the polymer figured out from the UV-visible spectrum was 2.23 eV and the polymer film shows bright yellow emission maximum at 552 nm. The electroluminescence (EL) maximum of double layer structured device (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/Oxd-PPV/Al) appeared at 553 nm. Relative PL quantum yield of Oxd-PPV film is 3.6 times higher than that of MEH-PPV film. The HOMO and LUMO energy levels of Oxd-PPV figured out from the cyclic voltammogram and the UV-visible spectrum are -5.32 and -3.09 eV, respectively, so that more balanced hole and electron injection efficiency can be expected compared to MEH-PPV. A double layer EL of Oxd-PPV has an maximum efficiency of 0.15 cd/A and maximum brightness of 464 cd/$m^2$.

Current-voltage-luminance characteristics of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) were measured in the temperature range of 10 K~300 K. Indium-tin-oxide (ITO) was used as an anode and aluminum as a cathode in the device. Organic of N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-di(m-tolyl)-benzidine (TPD) was used for a hole transporting material, and tris (8-hydroxyquinolinato) aluminum (Alq$_3$) for an electron transporting material and emissive material. And copper phthalocyanine (CuPc), poly(3,4-ethylenedi oxythiophene);poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS), and poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) were used for hole-injection buffer layers. From tile analysis of electroluminescence (EL) and photoluminesccnce (PL) spectra of the Alq$_3$, the EL spectrum is more greenish then that of PL. And the temperature-dependent current-voltage characteristics were analyzed in the double and multilayer structure of OLEDS. Electrical conduction mechanism was explained in the region of high-electric and low-electric field. Temperature-dependent luminous efficiency and operating voltage were analyzed from the current-voltage- luminance characteristics of the OLEDS.
New poly(cyclopenta[def]phenanthrene) (PCPP)-based conjugated copolymers, containing carbazole units as pendants, were prepared as the electroluminescent (EL) layer in light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to show that most of them have higher maximum brightness and EL efficiency. The prepared polymers, Poly(2,6-(4-(6-(Ncarbazolyl)- hexyl)-4-octyl-4H-cyclopenta[def]phenanthrene)) (CzPCPP10) and Poly(2,6-(4-(6-(N-carbazolyl)- hexyl)-4-octyl-4H-cyclopenta[def]phenanthrene))-co-(2,6-(4,4-dioctyl-4H-cyclopenta[def]phenanthrene)) (CzPCPP7 and CzPCPP5), were soluble in common organic solvents and used as the EL layer in light-emitting diodes (LEDs) of configuration with ITO/PEDOT/polymer/Ca/Al device. The polymers are thermally stable with glass transition temperature (Tg) at 77-100 °C and decomposition temperature (Td) at 423-457 °C. The studies of cyclic voltammetry indicated same HOME levels in all polymers, although the ratios of carbazole units are different. In case of PLEDs with configuration of ITO/PEDOT/CzPCPPs/Ca/Al device, The EL maximum peaks were around 450 nm, which the turn-on voltages were about 6.0-6.5 V. The maximum luminescence of PLEDs using CzPCPP10 was over 4400 cd/m2 at 6.5 V, which all of the maximum EL efficiency were 0.12 cd/A. The CIE coordinates of the EL spectrum of PLEDs using CzPCPP10 was (0.18, 0.08), which are quite close to that of the standard blue (0.14, 0.08) of NTSC.
Power spectral analysis for $PM_{10}$ observed at 10 cities in the Korean Peninsula from 2004 to 2010 was carried out to examine the spatial and temporal features of $PM_{10}$ evolution cycle. The power spectrum analysis proposed 9 typical cycles (0.5 day, 1day, 5.4day, 8~10day, 19~21day, 26day, 56day, 180day and 365day) for $PM_{10}$ evolution and the cycles are strongly associated with dilution and transportation due to the meterological influence. The spectrum intensity of 5.4day and 26day $PM_{10}$ evolution cycles mainly depend on the advection cycles of synoptic pressures system and long-term variation of climatological forcing, respectively. The intensity of $PM_{10}$ evolution with longer temporal cycles than one day tends to be stronger in La ni$\tilde{n}$a period in comparison with that in El ni$\tilde{n}$o period. Mean of typical intensity of $PM_{10}$ evolution in La ni$\tilde{n}$a period estimated to be 30% larger than El ni$\tilde{n}$o period. Thus the global scale meteorological phenomena such as El ni$\tilde{n}$o and La ni$\tilde{n}$a also can influence the variation of wind system in the Korean Peninsula and $PM_{10}$ evolution. but global scale forcing tends to influence different manner for $PM_{10}$ evolution in accordance with its temporal cycles.
