The purpose of this study is to propose a record service based on the characteristics and production context of presidential records. To this end, we first looked at the design direction and characteristics of the e-jiwon system and then analyzed the structure and characteristics of records produced by the e-jiwon system. There are six types of records to be analyzed: e-jiwon document card, memo, schedule, diary, instruction card, and individual business system_speech DB. Next, through analysis of the Presidential Records Portal's records service, it was pointed out that the current records service does not fully reveal the production context and characteristics of records. Accordingly, as a service strategy based on the characteristics and context of presidential records, a service centered on each record card (e-jiwon document card, etc.) and a service that focuses on structural understanding of records and linkage between records were proposed.

We want to find a timestamping method which improves efficient performance and have high-level security to send secured messages in the digital signature and the law of e-commerces. Our paper shows a H-binary tree of time stamp to use a time stamp protocol with high security and performance in the packets of sending messages. We implement and analyze the protocols, show to compare with previous RSA methods. Our proposed protocol has O(log n) time complexity and high-performance.

인터넷 중심의 정보화 사회가 되면서 기존의 문서는 대부분 전자 문서로 대치되어 가고 있다. 전자 문서간의 호환과 표준화를 위하여 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)이 웹 문서의 표준으로 지정되었으나, 현재까지 사용되고 있는 문서들이 XML 형태의 문서가 아니므로 이를 수동으로 변환해야 하는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 규칙기반 분서 분류기(Rule-Based Document Classifier)를 설계하여 다양한 형태의 문서를 자동으로 분류하고 그룹화한다. 그룹화된 문서를 이용하여 자동으로 DTD(Document Type Definition)를 생성하고, 자동 생성된 DTD를 이용하여 XML 형태의 문서로 자동 변환할 수 있는 자동 XML 변환기를 제시한다. 이러한 방법은 문서들을 자동으로 분류하고, 문서의 행태에 변화가 있을 때에도 유사한 문서로 분류할수 있을 뿐만 아니라 문서를 재분류할 때 DTD의 중복 생성을 줄일 수 있는 등의 장점을 갖는다.

XML has an essential funtion of dealing with standardized document to be used in all academic areas and industrial areas as well as e-commerce. The transformation of XML data into Relation Database table is also necessary for data search using SQL language. Mapping relation between XMLand Table in Relation Database is required for transformation of XML. Due to the recent proliferation of the internet, it is broadly granted that the necessity of the automatic document categorization has been on the rise. Since it is a heavy time-consuming work and takes too much manpower to process and classify manually, we need a system that categorizes them automatically as their contents. In this paper, we propose the automatic E-mail response system that is based on 2 hierarchical document clustering methods. One is to get the final result from the classifier trained seperatly within each class, after clustering the whole documents into 3 groups so that the first classifier categorize the input documents as the corresponding group. The other method is that the system classifies the most distinct classes first as their similarity, successively. Neural networks have been adopted as classifiers, we have used dendrograms to show the hierarchical aspect of similarities between classes. The comparison among the performances of hierarchical and non-hierarchical classifiers tells us clustering methods have provided the classification efficiency.

The EDI system supports the working environment which can exchange the standardized document through the each agreed communication method. Traditional EDI system is complicated to be implemented and needed high cost te using the system because of the specific VAN(Value Added Network). This Paper proposes the XML/EDI system using the web-based distributed object and proposed the component 'AnySchema', as it makes be able to use legacy Database for EDI user. This XML/EDI system exchanges the XML documents through the Internet, so proposed low cost to support the system. Also, by using the XML document, it doesn't need EDI specific software and easy to exchange data between different systems. This system is implemented by using Java, as platform-independent.

A conservation corrugated box for storing document archives was developed. The specifications of the double-walled E-flute corrugated conservation box were modified from those of the Library of Congress, USA. The Photographic activity test (PAT) of ISO 18916 was used to ensure protection of the archival contents from adverse effects of the container itself. Accelerated aging was conducted to evaluate the conservative properties of the box components. Atomic force microscopy was also used to evaluate changes in the cellulose surface due to accelerated aging.

In this study, we proposed design issues and structure of a web mining system and develop a system for the purpose of knowledge integration under world wide web environments resulted from our developing experiences. The developed system consists of three main functions： 1) gathering documents utilizing a search agent; 2) determining similarity coefficients between any two documents from term frequencies; 3) clustering documents based on similarity coefficients. It is believed that the developed system can be utilized for discovery of knowledge in relatively narrow domains such as news classification, index term generation in knowledge management.

There are increasing needs for an individual or enterprise to interchange documents electronically through communication network to enhance the efficiency of business, owing to rapid process of transactions. But e-commerce encounters the problems regarding the handling the electronic documents, that is to say, deposit and proof of the electronic documents. This paper deals with Authorized Electronic Data Depot as an integrated system for processing, relaying and proving documents that. Authorized Electronic Data Depot operates as e-enabler in exchanging documents in trust among administrative agencies and a comprehensive government directory, digital government seal certification system and DNS system. Authorized Electronic Data Depot leads public and private sectors to save the paper-related costs. But the regulations concerning an authorized electronic data depot is introduced in the course of revision of Electronic Transactions Act. The purpose of this paper is to suggest some guidelines in legalizing the authorized electronic data depot.

Many enterprises are performing the effective database applications with VAN(Value Added Network) or WAN(Web Added Network) . But it is very difficult and expensive. So we suggest low-cost database system within long distance area through personal computers. This system is very powerful for flexibility. It may be estimated it's value highly because they develop the program without high programming skill. This study would be used between company with company and/or between branch with branch, for example, customer claim information, inventory information, product order etc. It is important not importing document but importing data in document. Then end-user can accomplish analysis and decision-making with their own database. It would enhance productivity in many enterprises.
