한국인터넷교환노드 성과분석에 관한 연구 (A study on Performance Analysis Affecting the Korea Internet eXchange)

  • 본 연구에서는 KIX의 성과분석을 위해, 민간기업과 정부기관 구분하여 분석하였다. 민간기업의 적용되는 BSC 성과분석 4개 관점간의 논리적 연계성(Logical Linkage)이 모든 기업에는 동일하게 적용가능하나, 정부기관에서는 4개의 관점간 논리적 연계성 확보가 곤란하다. 이러한 논리적 연계성 상실은 정부기관의 KIX 사업에 BSC 적용의 제약요인으로 작용한다. 이러한 내부와 외부 고찰 관점과 연계하여 KIX의 BSC 관점은 품질(운영)관점, 이용자(고객) 만족도 관점, 경제적 비용효과(재무)관점으로만 구분해 KIX의 BSC 성과분석의 내외부적 관점에 관한 연계모형과 BSC의 내외부적 관점을 근간으로 KIX의 성과분석 모형을 만들어 KIX 전체 사업에 대한 성과결과를 분석하였다.

The Coverage Area for Extended Delivery Service in Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC): A Case of Thailand Post Co., Ltd

  • Purpose: This paper aimed to study the current locations of post offices to analyze service coverage area for parcel delivery in the Eastern Economics Corridor (EEC), which must be considered in the last mile to extend delivery service for e-commerce growth. Thailand Post was the case study in this paper. Research design, data and methodology: To involve solving the delivery service area under the last mile condition, the authors proposed a network analysis to determine service radius by employing a Geographic Information System (GIS). Furthermore, this paper applied Dijkstra's algorithm as a network analysis tool from GIS for analyzing the last mile service coverage area in a new economics zone. At the same time, the authors suggested an approach as a solution to locate last mile delivery center in EEC. Results: The results of the study pointed out that Thailand Post should consider more last mile delivery centers in EEC to support its express service in urban areas as well as improve the efficiency of service coverage for parcel delivery and create more advantages against competitors. Conclusions: This paper proposes a network analysis to extend the last mile service for parcel delivery by following Dijkstra's algorithm from GIS and a solution approach to add more last mile delivery centers. The results of the research will contribute to boosting customer satisfaction for last mile delivery service and enabling easy accessibility to a service center in EEC.

  • This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So this study goal is to make delivery control and order control fast and accurate by finding dynamic history of machine and production information in enterprise without input production and quality information by themselves with quality information system. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. these study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

  • As today's business environment has become more and more competitive, forward as well as backward flows of products among members belonging to a supply chain have been increased. The backward flows of products, which are common in most industries, result from increasing amount of products that are returned, recalled, or need to be repaired. Effective management for the backward flows of products has become an important issue for businesses because of opportunities for simultaneously enhancing profitability and customer satisfaction from returned products. Since third party logistics service providers (3PLs) are playing an important role in reverse logistics operations, they should perform two simultaneous logistics operations for a number of different clients who want to improve their logistics operations for both forward and reverse flows. In this case, distribution networks have been independently designed with respect to either forward or backward flows so far. This paper proposes a mixed integer programming model for the design of network integrating both forward and reverse logistics. Since the network design problem belongs to a class of NP-hard problems, we present an efficient heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm (GA), of which the performance is compared to the lower bound by Lagrangian relaxation. Finally, the validity of proposed algorithm is tested using numerical examples.

  • Total Quality Management (TQM) is the aggregated management philosophy for quality including production, operation, human resource, leadership, marketing, and etc. TQM is the advanced concept and philosophy rather than traditional "Quality Control" or "Quality Assurance". Nowadays, downstream costs has been increased, that made cost accountants' attention to costs of quality. Many countries have developed their own quality awards system in order to improve overall national quality level. The Deming Prize of Japan and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) of United States are two representatives of quality prizes. We compared the two awards by means of their history, objective, coverage, and judging criteria. Deming Prize has a longer history than MBNQA. Deming Prize selects five winners a year, while MBNQA has two or three areas. The biggest difference is judgement criteria. The Deming Prizes focuses on statistical control which is a traditional quality control method, while MBNQA concentrates on modem business concept such as customer satisfaction. The suggestions to these awards are: evaluate more on information of quality; evaluate more on inter-functional relationship between quality control function and other link more financial success.e financial success.

T-Commerce 요인에 따른 사용의도 판별에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Discrimination of Use Intention by Critical T-Commerce Factors)

  • In recent, T-commerce is widely dispersed as alternative type of commerce. It is forecasted that t-commerce system is used more than e-commerce system. Therefore more and more t-commerce-related industries are also recognizing that t-commerce is a critical business model. It is needed to understand the concept of t-commerce and develop the t-commerce marketing strategy. CEO analyses consumer's behaviors according to the data about buyers and applies the advantage of t-commerce to the communication with customers. This t-commerce system plays an important role in maximizing customer satisfaction and affecting their intention to reuse it. Therefore this paper attempts to identify T-commerce critical success factors and divide between use-intention group and unuse-intention group by taking out a discriminant function by the discriminant analysis. This lays a foundation in developing T-commerce strategy. According to the discriminant function extracted, convenience factor, amusement factor, system quality factor, product perception factor are significant in the sequence of influential degree. However, usefulness factor and speedy connection factor are not significant. In result, the target hitting rate is 77.9% in the first unuse-intention group and it is 95.2% in the second use-intention group. The total discriminant target hitting rate is computed to higher value, 86.55%. The statistic package, SPSS 12.0, is used to survey and analyse data and test the hypothesis. The validity and reliability of variables are verified by both reliability analysis and factor analysis. The discriminant analysis is used to tell the difference between use-intention group and unuse-intention group.

자연휴양림 지정평가기준의 개선방향도출을 위한 기초연구 - 경기도 광주시의 사례를 중심으로 - (Basic Study on Enhancement of Recreational Forest Designation Criteria - A Case Study of Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do -)

  • Recent economic and income growth in Korea has caused people to seek healthier and happier lives. Forests are seen as spaces that provide tourism and recreation. The Korea forest service and local governments are developing and designating recreational forests but previous studies on the subject have only covered customer satisfaction and how forests are used. As such, the current study aims to find issues with designation criteria for recreational forests used by Gwangju city in Gyeonggi province and suggest improvements to the system. Site E was deemed the most adequate in evaluations of five candidate site. The criteria used in the evaluations were problematic due to (1) a lack of differentiating power in evaluation items, (2) blanket coverage of score ranges, (3) a lack of additional points for special sites, and (4) unclear evaluation indices. Based on the identified issues, the current study suggests introducing additional points and clearly detailing evaluation indices and items to enhance the evaluation of recreational forest candidate sites.

The Marketing Model Applying the Concepts of Educational Psychology in the Private Educational Service Sector

  • Purpose: A marketing strategy for private institutions requires marketers to leverage consumer behaviors and educational psychologies when advertising and promoting product portfolios. Indeed, understanding consumers can make marketers more effective, and the purpose of this research is to tackle private institutions' education marketing by combining marketing theories and learning theories. Research design, data and methodology: The content analysis used in this study will be suitable because there exists numerous prior studies regarding marketing strategy and educational theories. Therefore, the current author could obtain and collect adequate textual facts from much of the literature review. Results: Marketing strategies that are mixed with educational theories increase consumer enrolment due to perceived usefulness, and this implies that an adequate marketing model could help improve sustainability and income as a result of enrollment in private educational institutions. The research also identified that marketing is connected to psychology and that marketers can exploit educational and psychological theories to increase successful enrolment in private educational institutions. Conclusions: Most importantly, the target market for private educational institutions is diverse, and institutions can use direct marketing to appeal to specific audiences. Also, the research implies that diversification strategies can increase enrolment if marketers exploit behavioral learning theories in the marketing process.

  • Properly designed and well-executed services enable e-commerce companies to capture the unique needs and preferences of customers, help them build customer loyalty, and thereby, strengthen their competitiveness in the marketplace. An object of this study is the new open-market company and it has only 3 percent of the market share. Therefore, it is needed to raise the market share by improving the service qualities. This article presents a six sigma project for service quality improvement in the open-market company. This study was carried out based on five steps of DMAIC which is six sigma technique. First, a defect rate was defined as unsatisfaction rate. In addition, 50-people data was analyzed and it was shown that the defect level was 2.5 sigma level. In this study, in order to raise the sigma level, novel eight action items were determined based on SIPOC, FDPM, cause and effect diagram, matrix chart, Pareto chart and statistical analysis.

무인항공기를 이용한 직불제 이행점검 적용성 평가 (Applicability Evaluation of Agricultural Subsidies Inspection Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)

  • Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) have several advantages over conventional remote sensing techniques. UAV can acquire high-resolution images quickly and repeatedly with a comparatively lower flight altitude i.e. 80~400 m nullifying the effect of extreme weather and cloud. This study discussed the use of low cost-effective UAV based remote sensing application in inspection of agricultural subsidy. The study area accrue $60.5km^2$ of Buljeong-myeon, Goesan-gun, Chungbuk in South Korea. UAV image acquired 25 times from July 25 to August 11, 2015 for 3 days. It is observed that almost 81.1 % (3,571 of 4,410 parcels) parcels are truthful whereas some parcels are incorrect or fraudulent. Surveying with UAV for agricultural subsidy instead of field stuff can reduce the required time as much as 64.8 % (19 of 54 days). Therefore, it can contribute significantly in speedy and more accurate processing of grant application and can end unfair receipt of the grant which in turn will improve customer satisfaction.
