Purpose - This study explores the relationships between e-Marketing and perceived service quality with brand trust and loyalty towards the brand of mobile telephone operators in Kosovo. Research design, data, and methodology - The conceptual model of four constructs was developed, while each construct consisted of the set of variables measured by using five-point Likert scale. The primary data was collected via an online survey through SurveyMonkey, distributed via Facebook and email. The collected data were cleaned, validated and tested for its consistency through Cronbach's Alpha; ensured that five assumptions of multiple linear regression are met. To assess the relationships between outcome variable and dependent variables of the model, performed the bivariate correlation, simple, multiple linear and hierarchical regression. Results - Perceived service quality has a positive significant effect on brand trust and loyalty. e-Marketing presents moderating direct effect on brand loyalty, and slightly higher effect through brand trust of the mobile telephone operators in Kosovo. Conclusions - The perceived service quality and brand trust are key determinants in achieving brand loyalty in telecommunication industry, followed by e-Marketing as means to creating expectations, delivering on promise to meet customers' perceptions for service quality with a purpose of building trust, that leads to loyalty towards the brands of mobile operators in Kosovo.
E-mail has indeed developed from 'a means of instant communication' to an indispensable part of online marketing. Therefore, companies need to implement consistent customer management. Communication with customers and marketing through e-mail is a powerful way of communication and adapting one-to-one marketing strategies to customer trends, habits and taste preferences. Since setting accurate targets is especially important in the fashion industry, e-mail marketing is the most effective way to communicate with customers and one-to-one marketing constitutes a very important strategy. In this study, I will analyze this powerful one-on-one marketing tool, particularly actual e-mail messages sent by an Internet Shopping Mall from June 12 to July 30, 2005, examine the effect of these messages on sales growth and analyze actual feedback received. Regarding e-mail read rates broken down by age and gender, 1 found that females in their late twenties recorded the highest rate at 21.66% and their contribution to sales growth was recorded at 3.5% From actual sales records, found that 28.10% of total sales were attributable to people in their late twenties, showing that the age group that reads e-mails the most also buys the most. Regarding feedback by e-mail title, e-mails from the 'Casual' category seemed to be the most effective, in that most of these e-mails were read. Also, messages sent on Tuesdays were read the most, according to the feedback analysis by weekday. Section e-mails were read more often than regular e-mails. Regarding the view rate according to the time e-mails were sent, messages sent to females in their late twenties at two o'clock in the afternoon were read by 20.93% of recipients, recording the highest read rate. By offering informative content and practical tips, visitors will be attracted to the site and generate site traffic. Therefore, we can conclude that sending e-mail messages can greatly contribute to sales growth and e-mail marketing is very effective. Also, in order to make e-mail campaigns more effective and improve marketing results, we need to analyze actual results and apply our findings in future e-mail campaigns. With this, we get successful marketing results.

Consumers tend to perceive the shoes as just their footwear to protect and comfort foot and fashion products to decorate and express their self-images. Even though online market research analysis indicated shoes consumption is important in daily life of consumers, there is limited research that was conducted specifically on shoes e-market. The research investigates the process of shoes' e-impulse buying focusing on the effects of shopping orientation, marketing stimulus and consumers' perceived risk in shoes market at Internet. A total of 408 self-administered questionnaires were obtained from universities students, who had experienced the e-impulse buying of shoes at least once for the last six months. Results confirmed that consumers who had higher hedonic shopping orientation or brand shopping orientation were more likely to consider the marketing stimuli (e.g., promotion stimuli and product stimuli), whereas consumers who had higher economic shopping orientation were consider the lower marketing stimuli and the more perceived functional risk in the e-shopping context of shoes. For shoes, marketing stimulus had directly positive effects on e-impulse buying, while consumers' perceived risk had no significant effects on e-impulse buying. The findings suggest that the market stimulus, which is affected by consumers' shopping orientation, is an important factor in triggering e-impulse buying of shoes.

Recently marketing methods of small and medium exporting firms have changed from internet marketing using homepage, or e-catalogs, to search engine marketing. However, there is no specific proof of search engine marketing effectiveness. Therefore the purpose of this research is to explore marketing performance of search engine marketing(SEM) based on search engine optimization. In order to build an optimal SEM strategy, quantitative data are collected from the Google-analytics such as homepage visits, page views, and traffic source for three years. At the same time, this study has carried out a survey to measure the qualitative effectiveness. The result of this quantitative study suggests that the existing carryover effects and lag effects would be maintained through search engine optimization. Meanwhile, the qualitative survey shows that satisfaction and awareness of homepage have been improved after search engine optimization. This study developed the ISM (Electronic Store Success Model) by basing upon the revised D&M IS Success Model and reflecting the characteristics of marketing and e business. The theoretical rationale of this model was as following : 1) Though the revised D&M IS Success Model (2002) must be more logical and complete model than the original D&M IS Success Model (1992), it did not reflect characteristics of marketing and e business. 2) In the marketing studios, Service Quality has been suggested as one of basic strategies for success. 3) In e business studies, Trust has been emerging as a potentially important antecedent of e loyalty. 4) There has been a paradigm shift from satisfaction to loyalty in marketing emphasis. 5) Nowadays, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) has been pervaded in many organizations and has supported PCA (Profit Center Accounting) or Channel based Accounting, so it has not been difficult to evaluate financial performance of Electronic Store. The ESM that has six dimensions (System Quality, information Quality. Service Quality, Trust, Loyalty, Financial Performance) and expresses the causal relationship among them was proposed and was compared with BSC (Balanced Scorecard), WebQual, and EWAM (Extended Web Assessment Method). The results showed that the ESM coincides with BSC and contains dimensions of WebQual, and EWAM.
