SBSE-GCMS를 이용한 막걸리 중의 E,E-farnesol과 squalene분석법 (Analysis of E,E-farnesol and squalene in makgeolli using stir bar sorptive extraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry)

  • 전통주류의 한가지인 막걸리 중의 기능성 성분인 E,E-farnesol과 squalene를 분석하는 방법을 확립하였다. 막걸리에 들어있는 E,E-farnesol과 squalene은 stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE)와 GC-MS를 사용 분석하였다. SBSE방법은 막걸리 중의 E,E-farnesol과 squalene함량을 분석하는데 매우 효율적이었다. 이 두 성분을 SBSE법으로 분석하였을 때 E,E-farnesol은 0.5-200 ng/mL ($R^2=0.9974$) 범위에서 squalene은 100-50000 ng/mL ($R^2=0.9982$)에서 직선성을 보였다. SBSE법으로 분석할 경우 E,E-farnesol과 squalene의 limit of detection (LOD)와 limit of quantification (LOQ)는 각각 0.1 과 0.5 ng/mL 및 15.0과 40.0 ng/mL 이었다. SBSE법에 의한 E,E-farnesol과 squalene의 회수율은 각각101-107%와 98-103%로 정확도가 매우 높았다.

  • The detection of the normal zones in the coil winding and the initiation of the proper dump sequence have been one of the most important areas in the superconducting magnet technology. In this paper, the process to derive optimal dump sequence has been investigated through quench simulation and analysis of magnetically coupled superconducting magnet system. The magnet terminal voltage and maximum temperature rise in the quench initiated point are calculated with respect to various input variables such as operation current, dump resistance, etc. The experimental system is comprised of sc solenoidal coil, data aquisition device, external circuit breakers and dump resistor. The quench behavior of the magnet(e.g., temperature profile and the voltage signal) was measured. From this results, theoretical predictions were found to coincide with the experimental observations.

  • In the analysis pre-cast large panel structures, we can use the new discrete analyzing method to be consisted of rigid bodies. Because the pre-cast panels we still more rigid than the connection, the rigid element method is more efficient numerical method than F. E. M. The characteristics of R. E. M. is that strains in element are not occurred by external loadings and the deformation of the structures by external loadings is transmitted through springs around elements. In this study, we focus on the comparison of the results from the R. E. M. and the F. E. M. in order to establish the validity of the R. E. M. to analysis of pre-cast panel structures.

Dose analysis of nearby residents and workers due to the emission accident of gaseous radioactive material at the spent resin mixture treatment facility

  • The dose from a possible accident at a microwave-based spent resin mixture treatment facility that was to be installed and operated at the Wolsong nuclear power plant was analyzed to evaluate the radiological safety prior to its installation and operation. The dose to which workers and nearby residents are likely to be exposed was calculated based on the atmospheric dispersion and deposition factors using the XOQDOQ code. The highest atmospheric dispersion factors were 1.349E-05 s/m3 (workers) and 1.534E-06 s/m3 (residents). The highest doses due to emissions from the mock-up tank before operation were 1.91E-06 mSv (workers) and 1.78E-07 mSv (residents). Even after 3 h of operation, emissions from the mock-up tank had the greatest impact ranging from 4.63E-08 to 1.24E-06 mSv (workers) and 2.74E-10 to 1.16E-07 mSv (residents), respectively. The doses were 7.09E-09-4.55E-07 mSv and 4.18E-11-4.25E-08 mSv at 4-5 h of operation, and the maximum doses after operation reached 5.69E-07 mSv and 5.31E-08 mSv for the workers and residents, respectively. Even at the exclusion area boundary (EAB), 4.76E-08-9.51E-07 mSv (annual dose:9.52E-05–1.90E-03 mSv/y) was below the dose limit of the EAB, and the safety of the facility installation inside the NPP was confirmed.

유한 요소법을 이용한 Bellows Joint의 응력해석 (The Stress Analysis of the Bellows Joint by the Finite Element Method)

  • The Bellows Joint which was used as a absorber or safety equipment to prevent the deformation or fracture of a structure, have been analyzed by the F.E.M using axi-symmetric conical frustum element. Using the F.E.M the general behavior of Bellows Joint corrugation can be investigated easily, and the stability of the analysis be guaranteed. In annular type corrugation, the F.E.M results were agreed with those of other theoretical analyses, but in the U type corrugation, the F.E.M results were more acceptable than those of others.

  • 국내 미디어기업에 대한 경영전략 사례 연구가 극히 드문 상황에서, 본 연구는 대표적인 뉴미디어 콘텐츠 기업인 CJ E&M에 대한 사례분석을 실시했다. 분석틀로는 CJ E&M의 출범과 다각화 과정에 대해서는 진화론적 관점을 적용하고, 출범 이후는 외부환경분석과 자원준거관점에 기반한 내부역량분석을 실시했다. CJ E&M은 그동안 수평 수직 다각화를 통해 규모의 시너지를 높이고, 타 미디어기업과는 달리 콘텐츠 강화 전략을 꾸준하게 전개한 점이 돋보인다. 또 엔터테인먼트 미디어 산업에 대한 열정과 의지의 리더십, 전문성 높은 인적 구성, 유연하고 창의적인 기업 문화, 효과적인 콘텐츠 포트폴리오 구성 등이 CJ E&M을 국내 미디어 선도기업으로 이끈 원동력이라고 평가할 수 있다. 그러나 경쟁과 성과를 지나치게 강조하는 조직 분위기와 오너의 의지에 따라 주요 사업이 결정되는 기업구조는 오히려 조직문화를 경색시키고 글로벌 경쟁력을 약화시킬 수 있다는 점을 주지할 필요가 있다.

  • Inclusion selectivities of the cyanocadmate host complexes with ammonium oniums, $[Cd_x(CN)_{2x}][onium{\cdot}zG]$ (onium = $NMe_3Et^+$, $NMeEt{_3}^+$ and $NEt{_4}^+$, G = guest), have been investigated for $C_6H_6$ (B), PhMe (T), PhEt (E), ortho (O), meta (M), and para (P) isomers of $C_6H_4Me_2$ as the aromatic guest molecules. From the binary, ternary, quaternary and quinary mixed guests of B, T, E, O, M and P, the order of preference in the $NMe_3Et+$-host is $B{\gg}$T>P${\fallingdotseq}O{\fallingdotseq}M$ and E>O${\gg}P{\fallingdotseq}M$; in the $NMeEt{_3}^+$-host is T>B>P${\gg}O{\fallingdotseq}M$ and E>P${\gg}$M>O; in the $NEt{_4}^+$-host is $B{\gg}T{\fallingdotseq}O{\fallingdotseq}M{\fallingdotseq}P$. However, the $NEt{_4}^+$-host complexes of E, O, M and P mixed-guests were not obtained. These inclusion selectivities were compared to our previous results of the $NMe{_4}^+$-host; T>B>P${\gg}$M>O and E>P${\gg}$M>O.

  • This paper studied the spatial factors activating the personal interaction based on case studies of $M\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ in France. The spatial factors are analyzed into material factors and dematerial factors. The material factors have physical features in space and directly or indirectly activate the personal interaction. They consist of 8 elements including pocket space, balcony, atrium, stairs, elevators, windows, conference rooms and furnitures. The dematerial factors consist of 6 elements including polycentrism, continuance, mixture, interpenetration, dematerialization, transparency. They are compounded of material factors and explain them conceptually. But dematerial factors are abstract concepts. To provide reliability I confirm the relationship with dematerial factors by using a connections, topology, a phased depth of the Depthmap as the framework of the visual recognition of the space syntax covering the characteristic of dematerial factors. The result of the quantitative analysis human-behavior in $V\'{e}nissieux$ $M\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ and the result of applying the spatial factors of $M\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ as the community center to the $V\'{e}nissieux$ $M\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ proved that the spatial factors are significant factors of the $M\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ as the community center.

유한요소법과 경계요소법의 결합해법에 의한 HATCH CORNER 해석 (The Analysis of Hatch Corner by the Coupling Method of F.E.M and B.E.M)

  • Whereas the finite element method is well established today, the boundary element method is a fairly recent development. Both are general-purpose methods for the solution of various structural analysis problem. The B.E.M has several potential advantages relative to the F.E.M. One of them is that the number of unknowns in algebraic system obtained by discretization is proportional to the number of boundary nodes. Anothor advantage is the ease of discretization and input data preparation. However, the B.E.M. always leads to a fully populated and unsymmetric system of equations. Even though the number of degree-of-freedom is reduced as compared with F.E.M, since nodes exist on the boundary only in the B.E.M, to follow that the effort to solve the equations can be greater. It has been shown also that the time spent in setting up the coefficient matrix is a significant and can, in some cases, be greater than the time required to solve the equation. Thus, one can naturally consider the idea that two methods should be coupled, then the advantages of both methods can be taken. And further, by using this coupling method the HATCH CORNER was analyzed to give initial design data.

확률분포모형을 이용한 하루살이속(Ephemera) 4종의 고도구배에 따른 서식처적합도 평가 (Estimation on Altitudinal Spectrum of Suitability for Four Species of the Mayfly Genus Ephemera (Ephemeroptera: Ephemeridae) Using Probability Distribution Models)

  • Distribution characteristics and altitudinal gradient of four species (E. strigata, E. separigata, E. orientalis-sachalinensis group) of the mayfly genus Ephemera (Order Ephemeroptera) were analyzed with probability distribution models (exponential, normal, lognormal, logistic, Weibull, gamma, beta, Gumbel). Data was collected from 23,846 sampling units of 6,787 sites in Korea from 2010 to 2021. The beta distribution model showed the best fit for positively skewed E. orientalis-sachalinensis and little-skewed E. strigata along with altitudinal gradient. The reversed lognormal distribution model showed the best-fit for negatively skewed E. separigata. E. orientalis-sachalinensis distributed at the range of altitude 1~700 m (mean 251 m, median 226 m, mode 124 m, and standard deviation 161 m), E. strigata distributed at the range of altitude 5~871 m (mean 474 m, median 478 m, mode 492 m, and standard deviation 200 m), E. separigata distributed at the range of altitude 7~846 m (mean 620 m, median 659 m, mode 760 m, and standard deviation 181 m). Altitudinal habitat suitability ranges were estimated to be 42~257 m for E. orientalis-sachalinensis, 335~644 m for E. strigata, and 641~824 m for E. separigata. Based on the altitudinal spectrum of suitability and altitude-related temperature analysis results, E. orientalis-sachalinensis was estimated to be thermophilic, E. strigata to be mesophilic, and E. separigata to be thermophobic. This is the first national-scale evaluation of the altitudinal distribution of Ephemera in Korea. These results will be used in a further research study on altitudinal shift of the species of Ephemera under climate change.
