The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of diverse contents service of EBS providing on the multi-platform in the era of smart media. This study investigated contents service of EBS in order to seek and suggest EBS's competitiveness in the era of smart media environment. As a result, EBS is providing real-time service, VOD and e-learning, but its current contents service is concentrated on providing e-learning service. This study recommended that EBS need to reinforce contents suitable for various multi-platform uses. It also suggested EBS need to cooperate with diverse webs service and SNS service in order to widen openness of its platform, and to provide not only diverse contents, but also applications by offering mobile and on-demand contents and services. Finally, this study proposed that EBS is needed to move towards a more public and comprehensive media portal.

With the increasing proliferation of World Wide Web, electronic mail systems have become very widely used communication tools. Researches on e-mail classification have been very important in that e-mail classification system is a major engine for e-mail response management systems which mine unstructured e-mail messages and automatically categorize them. in this research we develop e-mail classifiers for e-mail Response Management Systems (ERMS) using naive bayesian learning and centroid-based classification. We analyze which method performs better under which conditions, comparing classification accuracies which may depend on the structure, the size of training data set and number of classes, using the different data set of an on-line shopping mall and a credit card company. The developed e-mail classifiers have been successfully implemented in practice. The experimental results show that naive bayesian learning performs better, while centroid-based classification is more robust in terms of classification accuracy.

최근 사이버대학들은 치열한 입시경쟁을 겪고 있다. 이에 학교들은 교육질 개선을 위하여 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. S 사이버대학의 경우 최초로 전과목별로 실시간 채팅서비스를 제공하여 동영상 강의와 게시판의 한계를 극복하고자 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러닝 교육의 학습효과를 종속변수로 설정하고, 학습내용, 교수설계요인과 채팅서비스를 독립변수로 투입하여, 다중회귀분석을 기법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 학습내용, 교수설계요인, 채팅서비스 모두는 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 전교과목에 적용한 채팅서비스는 온라인 교육 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안임을 확인하였고, 효과적인 채팅 서비스의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

인터넷을 기반으로 시간과 장소에 구애 없이 학습 가능한 이러닝의 보급이 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있지만 이러닝 교육서비스의 품질을 높이기 위한 체계적인 평가와 개선은 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 SERVQUAL모형을 이용하여 S대학에서 개설된 E과목에 대한 이러닝 교육서비스의 품질을 평가하였다. 동일한 E과목을 100% 온라인으로 수강한 학부생 79명, 대학원생 71명을 대상으로 성별, 연령별에 따라 SERVQUAL 조사결과를 비교하였다. 성별에 따른 서비스 격차점수에는 유의한 차가 없었지만, 연령별에 따라서는 서비스 격차 점수에 유의한 차이가 존재하였다. 연력별 차이의 원인으로는 연령이 높은 대학원생들의 경우 대부분이 직장을 가지고 있는 시간제(part-time) 학생들이기 때문에 학습내용의 현업 적용성을 상대적으로 중요하게 고려하기 때문으로 생각된다.

In this paper, we proposed a smart learning model that reflects the environment of information and communication that rapidly changing with the advent of smart devices. There are varieties of screen size and performance of smart devices, but they can be classified smart phones, smart pads, personal computer(PC) and Smart TV. In this paper, we look for appropriate services model with method of interaction and educational content as per each device type, then present the development direction of smart learning that reflects the information communication environment and future smart learning service model according to the characteristics of each device.

The major purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors toward continuance intention in e-learning services. For this purpose, we introduced Post Acceptance Model(PAM) proposed by Bhattacherjee(2001) as basic analysis framework. Based on the relevant literature reviews, this study posits seven characteristics, that is, contents quality, interactivity, expectation confirmation, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, and continuance intention as key variables to describe the post acceptance behavior in e-learning services. Data have been collected from users who have used e-learning services and the research model and hypotheses were tested through covariance structural model analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, contents quality, interactivity, and expectation confirmation have positive influence upon perceived usefulness. Second, contents quality, interactivity, expectation confirmation, and perceived ease of use have positive influence upon user satisfaction. Lastly, perceived usefulness have positive effect on the user satisfaction, and perceived usefulness and user satisfaction positively related to continuance intention in e-learning services. The findings have significant implications for e-learning service providers and academic researchers.

E-learning is the application of e-business technology and services to teaching and learning. It use of new multimedia technologies and Internet to improved the quality of learning by facilitating access to remote resources and services. In this paper, we show a web-based test system, which is carefully designed and implemented based on the real TOEFL CBT. The system consists of a contents delivery mechanism, computer-adaptive test algorithm, and review engine. In this papepr, we describe design and implementing issues of web-based test systems.

In this paper, we propose mobile Augmented Reality(AR) for smart learning system which is advanced e-learning. AR is technology that seamlessly overlays computer graphics on the real world. AR has become widely available because of mobile AR. Mobile AR is possible to get information from real world anytime, anywhere. Nowadays, there are various areas using AR such as entertainment, marketing, location-based AR. One of the most promising areas is education. AR in education shows lifelike images to users for realism. It's a good way for improving concentration and attention. We utilize only a camera for image-based AR without other sensor.

e-learning 교육은 오프라인 교육의 다양한 제한적 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 많은 발전을 이루어 오고 있다. e-learning 교육의 표준화 작업으로 앞으로 더 많은 발전을 가져올 것이고 ITS (Intelligent Tutoring System)의 구현을 앞당길 것이다. 그러나 모든 교육이 능동적으로 문제를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 능력을 키우는 것 이라는 교육학적 입장에서 본 논문은 학습자의 개별적 특성을 수용하는 개별화된 학습방향을 선택할 수 있는 Self-learning 서비스를 제안한다. 이 서비스는 교수설계자에 의해 지정된 시퀀싱을 학습자가 재정렬 할 수 있다. 이 시스템은 SCORM 기반의 LMS 에 추가되는 서비스이다.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 기반의 스마트카드를 이용하여 다양한 사용자의 이용과 함께, 타 시스템과 연동을 통한 사용자 인증 및 교통, 유통, 학생증 기반을 제공하는 다기능 스마트 E-Learning 시스템을 구축하여, 다양한 제휴를 제공하고, 미래교육인프라를 활용함과 동시에 첨단 IT 환경인 스마트카드를 적용할 수 있는 종합적인 정보 서비스를 제공함으로써 유비쿼터스 E-Learning 문화를 체험하고, 보다 높은 수준의 교육환경을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 미래지향적 첨단 E-Learning 생활을 유도함과 동시에 각종 시설물 이용 및 다양한 생활에 이용되어 더 나은 Smart E-Learning을 제공한다. 이는 다양한 실적 및 통계자료의 활용을 통해 현황 파악의 신속성, 정확성을 기하여 21 세기 E-Leaning로서 경쟁력 강화 및 이미지 제고를 위하여, 스마트카드 시스템을 활용한 스마트 E-Learning 모델에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.
