e러닝 성공 평가에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Measurement of e-Learning Success)

  • This study aims to investigate on measuring the success of e-Learning. For this purpose, we proposed a research model that consists of e-Learning contents quality, e-Learning system quality, e-Lecturing quality, sense of e-Learning community factors as independent factors and e-Learning and e-Learning satisfaction as mediators and tested it empirically based on the structural equation model. The empirical results showed that e-Learning contents quality, e-Learning system quality, sense of e-Learning community factors directly lead to e-Learning. The study also found that e-Learning contents quality, e-Lecturing quality, sense of e-Learning community factors bring about higher e-Learning satisfaction and that e-Learning satisfaction has a positive impact on e-Learning. Furthermore, the research discovered that both e-Learning and e-Learning satisfaction have a significant relationship with e-Learning net benefits. This research renders its theoretical contribution to analyzing a positive influence of sense of e-Learning community, a newly suggested variable added to the existing IS success model in this study, on e-Learning. From a practical view, the findings of this study can lead to improving the quality of e-Learning in today's era where the growth of e-Learning industry is quite noticeable.

  • 본 연구는 기존의 e-서비스 품질 평가에 관한 최근 문헌을 토대로 도서관 위주의 연구에만 국한된 전자책 서비스 품질 연구를 발전시켜, 개인 고객의 전자책 콘텐츠 서비스 이용을 중심으로 시스템, 콘텐츠, 사후관리 서비스에 따른 만족도와의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 e-서비스 품질 평가 모형과 도서관서비스 품질평가 연구모형을 바탕으로 전자책 서비스 이용자 만족도 측정에 있어 중요한 요소로 작용 가능한 사후 관리 서비스 요인을 추가하였다. 기존의 전자책 서비스 기업들이 보다 효율적으로 서비스를 제공하고 나아가 서비스의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 좀 더 다양한 콘텐츠의 제공과 함께 전자책에 특화된 서비스의 개발 및 다양성과 최신성이 확보된 콘텐츠가 요구된다. 더불어 제품 서비스 판매 이후 이루어지는 신속한 사후관리 서비스는 고객만족을 위한 중요한 변수가 될 수 있다. 따라서 콘텐츠 시스템뿐만 아니라, 고객이 원하는 수준의 사후 관리 서비스의 제공을 통해 기존 고객을 만족 시키고 신규 고객을 창출할 수 있다.

  • 매크로-펨토셀이 중첩된 환경에서 멀티미디어 서비스의 QoE를 보장하는 것은 5G 이동통신을 위한 중요한 문제이다. 이동 단말기가 이동 시 서비스 연속성을 지원하기 위해서는 종단 간 협상 정보에 근거하여 사용자의 QoE를 보장할 수 있는 운영 구조가 필요하다. 또한 멀티미디어 서비스의 연속성은 지연에 영향 받기 때문에 QoE 요구 사항을 효과적으로 유지하기 위한 자원 관리 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 특성을 갖는 멀티미디어 서비스의 QoE를 지원하기 위하여 4 부류의 자원 관리 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 QoE 구조가 제안되고 QoE를 지원하기 위하여 전용으로 자원을 운용하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법을 통하여 음성, 영상, 데이터 서비스 등 자원할당 요구 사항이 서로 다른 멀티미디어 서비스의 QoE을 지원할 수 있다. Outage 확률과 데이터 처리율을 성능척도로 하여 수행된 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 결과를 분석한다. Outage 확률과 데이터 처리량을 성능척도로 하여 수행된 시뮬레이션 결과에 의하면 제안된 방안이 기존 방안에 비하여 더 우수한 성능을 가짐이 확인된다.

  • Supply chain management is a practical vision of industrial information systems in the global competitive environments. In these environments, the linkage of business processes between enterprises which compose a supply chain should be constructed. In this study, we designed and developed supply chain management tools to provide collaborations between enterprises. The developed tools are designed to act as a coordinator for the suppliers and consumers in the supply chain.

  • In Client/Server environments, an employee should be able to access only applications which were assigned to him/her. That makes it difficult to share information among employees. The development of intranet system made it possible to share more information and to access broader information. In this paper, we present a parts management system developed by using Intrabuilder which is an intranet development tool. We intend to suggest a prototype which can guide the development of more delicate and complete parts management systems in the future.

항문직장기형 - 수술 후 관리 및 기능적 결과 - (Anorectal Malformation - Postoperative Care and Functional Results -)

  • Postoperative management of anorectal malformation consists of colostomy management and then management after definitive surgery. Colostomy management requires attention to certain details, i. e. complete decompression of the distal limb to avoid secondary megarectosigmoid and prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections in patients with rectourethral fistula. Management after definitive surgery requires the care of catheters placed in the rectourethral fistula or cloacal defect. Prevention and treatment of various complications after definitive operation, i. e. wound infection, anal stenosis or stricture, anal mucosal prolapse, and management of functional disorders, i.e. constipation, fecal incontinence and urinary incontinence are also necessary. In this review, recent trends for the prevention and treatment of the above mentioned problems after operation for anorectal malformation are presented.

미국 중소기업의 SCM전략과 Best Practice 실행 현황조사 연구 (SCM Strategy and Best Practices Implementation in SMEs)

  • Over the last decade, the field of supply chain management (SCM) and e-business has received an enormous amount of attention from practitioners and academicians. However, little has been known about how and to what extent small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are implementing SCM initiatives and e-business practices. This paper proposes a comprehensive research model and presents the survey results of these practices of SMEs located in Wisconsin and illinois, U.S., In terms of competitive strategy and priority, value chain activity priority, supply chain and e-business integration focus, SCM best practices implementation focus and challenges, and business performance. The analysis reveals several valuable insights into how SMEs should run their businesses in today's volatile, rapidly changing customer economy.

우리나라 기업의 e-비즈니스 시스템 도입현황과 성과 : 실증분석 (E-Business, Firm Characteristics and Firm Performance : An Empirical Analysis of Korean Firms)

  • This study attempts to examine the factors affecting the introduction of e-Business systems and also, to assess the effects of various e-Business systems on firm performance. Empirical analysis is carried out with firm data of 2009, which is collected from Firm Activity Survey of Statistics Korea. Firm performance is measured by four indexes; operating income per employee, value added per employee, return on assets, and return on sales. Empirical results indicate that a firm is more likely to introduce any e-Business system as its size and its assets per employee are larger and as its ratio of labor compensations to operating costs is lower. Additionally, a firm with higher skill levels and more fruitful management experiences is more likely to have any e-Business system. In general, it appears that the presence of e-Business, especially enterprise resources planning, has positive effects on the firm performance.

An Empirical Study on the Determinants of Intention to Use B2B e-Marketplace

  • As the e-marketplace becomes the core of management activities, researches on motivation, transaction type, strategy, satisfaction, risk management, performance evaluation, etc. have been actively studied, but the factors influencing actual utilization have not been fully. Especially, the factors that affect the intention of the users are limited without consideration of internal environment, external environment, e-marketplace characteristics such as operating rules, characteristics of the company to be used. In order to derive the determinants of B2B e-marketplace use, this study was conducted to examine the relationship between internal environment, external environment, e-marketplace characteristics as independent variables, intention of use as dependent variable, participation qualification, The results were as follows. First, the previous study limited the determinants of intention to use to either internal or external, but this study presented an integrated model that considers both factors. Second, the characteristics of companies participating in e-marketplace were identified by using participation qualification and activity scope as control variables.
