A Study of the E-book Services for Children Through Libraries (도서관을 통한 어린이 전자책 서비스에 관한 연구 - A대학 도서관의 이용 현황 분석을 중심으로 -)

  • The objective of this study is to move the initiative of children's electronic books from portal sites to libraries and to help improving libraries' information services through their systematic study. The present use state of an e-book site for children that is currently serviced by A-academic library was mainly analyzed for the study. The desirable acquisition policies were also suggested for the activation of the juvenile e-book services for libraries.

Comparative analysis of hospital websites with JCI accreditation across four nations (국내외 JCI 인증병원의 웹사이트 비교 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the characteristics of hospital websites across four nations(e.g., South Korea, Singapore, Thailand and India). We selected English websites of 58 hospitals with JCI accreditation. For the analysis of websites, we developed assessment tool with four domains(e.g., contents, convenience, design, interactivity). The results showed that Korean hospitals provided more channels for appointment on the website compared to other countries. In contrast, foreign hospitals used actively SNS(e.g., Facebook, Twitter or Youtube) on the websites. They also provided more information on diverse services(e.g., airport pickup services, treatment costs, consultation services).

  • The world wide web has been growing rapidly. Due to the development, many companies are using the e-commerce through the web as an another tool for the their deal with customers. The internet is utilized as the new distribution business and channel for the most companies. This innovative changes made many people to purchase products through the web. However, there are a lot of problems during the process of supply chain channels. This research is about the impact of service quality on the customer satisfaction in the business-to-consumer(B2C) e-commerce. It was performed by utilizing the methodology for measuring the degree of service quality which has been adopted in the service quality research area. The quality of service is made up of six dimensions(factors): reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible, and convenience. Therefore, we studied the influence of these six factors upon the customer satisfaction, and the results will be summarized.

  • T Abstract This study investigates the influence of differential factors on learner satisfaction by field-independent learning style in e-learning. Most of data were collected from students. Participants were classified based on a learning style typology (field-independent/dependent) and, then, analyzed was the influence of key factors on learner satisfaction using multiple regression analysis. This study suggests that e-Learning service providers need to differentiate learners based on learning style in order to improve learner satisfaction. Specially, Field independent learners are more likely to be satisfied by the teacher's provide degree of joyful, degree of contents, degree of learning control pacing, ability of problem solving and consistency.

  • With the development of information technology and the rapid diffusion of Internet, the scale electronic commerce management is increasing year by year. Domestic small businesses also devote themselves to the creation of profits for the present and for the future, through active electronic commerce management.   • 자가통제평가(CSA : Control Self Assessment)는 핵심사업 목적을 달성하는데 개입되는 위험 그리고 그러한 사업위험을 관리하기 위하여 설계된 내부통제를 공식적이고 문서화된 협력적 프로세스에 의하여 검토하기 위하여 사용되는 방법론이다. 현재 많은 기업에서 효과적인 조직통제와 비즈니스 프로세스 개선을 위하여 전문 감사인과 경영인들이 기업지배구조 조직의 강력한 위험관리 도구로서 자가통제평가의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 자가통제평가는 해당 조직의 담당부서나 팀에서 내부통제평가를 통하여 내부통제상의 재무보고, 준법, 사업 및 운영상의 효율성 등을 확보하기 위해서 설치되며, 효과적인 모니터 장치로서 기업지배구조상의 업무 프로세스를 정비하고 업무에서 발생하는 제반 정보의 흐름을 원활하게 해서 조직에게 손해가 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 위험으로부터 회사를 사전에 차단하는 기능을 한다. 이러한 부분에서 효과적인 자가통제평가 시스템을 구축하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 e-Business 관련 기업지배구조의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 자가통제평가 모델에 대한 개발 필요성과 관련 자가통제평가 세가지 기본 모델들을 통하여 장단점을 제시하고, 자가통제평가 모델의 필요성을 논의하였다.

  • This study is analyse method for Industrial disester prevention of E-9 foreign workers. To do this, We adapted tp TRIZ 's creative problem solving theory and AHP, QFD. TRIZ is determined some parameters for problem solving and selected the inventive principles for each parameters. So, We made new parameters and inventive principles under theory of the TRIZ process for reduced to the foreign worker's disaster rate. After, The derived parameters and the inventive principles are used to evaluate the importance of factors through the AHP, and determine the weight of the relation through QFD expansion. Finally. this paper applies statistical data according to the determined model process, analyzes the result and proposes improvement method for the prevention of disaster of foreign workers.

A Study on the Cost-Effect Analysis between Portal-Based and SNS-Based Advertisements (e러닝에서 소셜커머스 기반의 광고와 포털사이트 기반의 광고 간 투자비용 대비 효과에 관한 비교 연구)

  • Recently, the social commerce on Facebook.com and Twitter.com, which is represented by SNS (Social Network Service), has been expanding in the form of a combination of SNS market. This study attempted to examine the cost-effect analysis between portal-based advertisement and SNS-based advertisement in order to establish an effective advertising strategy for e-learning content providers. The results showed that portal-based advertisement is more effective than SNS-based advertisement in terms of advertising effectiveness against cost. According to these empirical research results, this article discusses the practical implications for e-learning content providers in an attempt to enable them to take competitive advantage.

Adsorption Characteristics of Hydrogen Sulfide on Iron Hydroxide-based Adsorbent (수산화철계 흡착제의 황화수소 흡착 특성)

  • This study was carried out to examine the characteristics of hydrogen sulfide adsorption using an iron hydroxide-based adsorbent. The prepared adsorbent was discussed with regard to its adsorption capacity and analyzed via surface analysis methods to illustrate the physical characteristics of hydrogen sulfide adsorption. As the drying temperature increased, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent decreased from 29.15wt% to 22.73wt%. The adsorption capacity was decreased as the space velocity increased and showed an adsorption capacity of about 3.65 at $3,157.6h^{-1}$. The effect of sulfur dioxide was to decrease the adsorption capacity from 29.15wt% to 27.94wt%. The adsorbent exhibited the amorphous type in its physical appearance based on XRD and EDS analysis.

  • Personalized recommendation technology is one of the most important technologies in electronic commerce environment. It helps users overcome information overload by suggesting information that match user's interests. In e-commerce environment, both mobile device users and smart device users have risen dramatically. It creates new challenges. Our method suggests product information that match user's device interests beyond only user's interests. We propose a device-centered personalized recommendation method. Our method uses both purchase and share behavior for user's devices interests. Moreover, it considers data type preference for each device. This paper presents a new recommendation method and algorithm. Then, an e-commerce scenario with a computer, a smartphone and an AI-speaker are described. The scenario shows our work is better than previous researches.
