  • This study empirically investigated the changes of performance evaluation systems under the environment of supply-chain e-commerce. The objectives of e-commerce include obtaining financial profit, internal innovation through processes integration, learning with information flow, and customer satisfaction through quick response. These objectives are generally consistent with the four evaluation measures of balanced scorecard(BSC). This study, first, demonstrated that perceived environmental uncertainty(PEU) has a significant effect on the adoptions of e-commerce and BSC, and severe competition positively influences the use of e-commerce. With cluster analysis and subgroup analysis, we also showed that under the high adoption levels of e-commerce, the high utilization of BSC can improve the supply-chain performance of a firm. In addition, it was found that the use of e-commerce indirectly and significantly affects supply-chain performance through inter-organizational information flow, and the supply-chain performance of a firm leads to the improvement of organizational performance.

In line of that, the problem of the industrial structure like huge accidents of 1990' converted the recognition of safety. And to improve the conversion, the research of a safety management was needed. In this paper, we thought 4M1E(Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment) as the cause of accident using the principal of process, assuming that output is accident. Applying 4M1E to the structure of QFD(Quality Function Deployment), we propose the safety function deployment, which has the flow line as followed; demand safety, safety characteristic, direct cause, 4M1E and safety management.

  • In this paper, the e-grocery sector of the U.S. is used as an illustrative example of how to assess consumers' demands for customer relationship management and to investigate whether these demands coincide with effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies suggested by academic researchers and provided by practitioners. Surveys evaluating the perceived importance of CRM items were administered accordingly. The findings show that, overall, consumers' did not differ considerably to the experts. The results of descriptive analyses showed that academicians had a more closely in-lined view with consumers than did practitioners. Although not statistically significant, practitioners perceived loyalty programs to be more important than did consumers or academicians. This might suggest that loyalty programs are primarily serving as a way of data mining, and are thus failing to provide benefits to consumers. Overall, items related to technology deployment were perceived to be more important by practitioners than consumers or academicians.

Findings show that usability positively influences online Thai users' satisfaction. Moreover, eWOM has a significant positive influence on satisfaction, but eWOM has an indirect effect on the intention to purchase. Practical implications are further discussed.
