A Study on the Vibration Reduction and Performance Improvement of the CD/DVD is used from the Vehicle (자동차용 CD/DVD 데크의 진동 저감 및 성능 향상에 관한 연구)

  • Dynamic characteristic of CD/DVD deck for vehicle is analyzed in this paper. Generally CD/DVD deck for vehicle is used from inferior environment with the vibration of the vehicle and shock of outside and so on. Therefore it must have the structure which is stabilized from the vibration to prevent read error. For this purpose, vibration characteristic of the deck for vehicle should be identified. To analyze characteristic of the deck system, we perform the signal analysis and modal testing using the FFT analyzer. Also we change the design factor degrading the performance of the deck system and verify the efficiency improvement using the acceleration measurement occurring to the sound discontinuation.

  • The reduced power quality due to some of disturbances on power system has great influence on the efficient and life of load for bad with serious economic loss. The response of load about disturbance needs to analysis quantitatively in detail to improve load characteristics. In this research, a power supply device is developed to supply disturbed power similar to that of power system. The developed device can output a voltage and frequency from 180[V] to 240[V], 55[Hz] to 65[Hz] respectively. The most outstanding feature of this device is a function to be performed steady and dynamic state characteristic experiment on load or appliances. Also, this device is designed to include high accuracy ouput and simple measurement.

  • A Hybrid type Linear Pulse Motor(LPM) for low cost is designed as single side stator structure. The static and dynamic characteristics measurement systems are designed. Experimental measurement systems, which measure the static and dynamic characteristic of the LPM, are uggested for the prototype LPM. It becomes known the values of the thrust forces. Finally the microstep drive method is adopted to the drive of prototype LPM. The waveform difference is measured between the microstep method and rectangular wave. From the experimental results, it can be confirmed that the repetitive ripple of the thrust force of the prototype LPM are reduced by taking the microstep drive method.

  • Dynamo based vehicle inspection device is end of line device for automobile industry. The device is utilized as implementing vehicle functionality inspection such as brake force, cruise control, kick-down acceleration, CAN inspection. As dynamo based inspection device is broadly adopted in automobile industry, the dynamic study is required to verify the vehicle test equipment reliability. This research recommends appropriate dynamic brake force inspection procedure and theoretical background for developed equipment. Dynamic characteristic of brake force implementation to roller is simplified. With simplified characteristics, the indirect brake force measurement strategy is developed and adopted. Comparison of each brake force result, the appropriate brake force inspection criterion is given.

  • Adopting articulated bogie system, the HSR350x and KTX have similar physical mechanical characteristic, but they show different dynamic characteristics due to different position of suspensions and those physical properties. The low level vibration frequency which effects on the ride comfort of passengers and the high level vibration frequency which is related to noise of vehicle have been measured by accelerometers mounted on Wheel sets, Bogies and Car bodies to analysis the dynamic characteristics of the High-Speed Trains. The KTX number 36 is utilized to measure the lateral and vertical acceleration value of car body, and total measurement system of HSR350x have been used to acquire acceleration data. The sampling frequency of data is 500Hz generally, but the Car body at TT2 of HSR350 has 1000Hz exceptionally.

  • This paper presents the analyzed results of dynamic characteristics including steady state characteristics of the boost input type ZVS converter using the active clamp circuit by the state space averaging method. From the results, it can be seen that the converter has the 5th order transfer functions and the stable closed loop characteristic is obtained by using the compensated error amplifier with 2-pole and 1-zero. The validity of all analyzed results are verified by measurement.

  • In the phase-shift measurement method, the distance light travels can be obtained based on the phase difference between the reference signal and the measured signal. When the object having various colors is measured, the intensity of the measured signal much varies even at the same distance, and it causes different phase delay due to wide dynamic range input to a signal processing circuit. In this work, an measured intensity control method is proposed to solve this phase delay problem.

  • A new method is proposed for the on-line measurement of the fiber orientation of sheet materials. The measurement of fiber orientation is very important in manufacturing paper sheets, non-woven fabrics, and glass sheets, because fiber orientation strongly affects product properties represented by, for example, dimensional stability of paper. A method developed in this research utilizes anisotropy of dielectric constants of sheet materials as a key characteristic to determine the fiber orientation. The new on-line sensor, consisting of 5 microwave dielectric resonators set in different directions, was designed to detect the fiber orientation while paper is running with high speed on a paper machine. This sensor can determine the direction and the degree of fiber orientation from the measured direction of the maximal dielectric constant and its variation, respectively. The fundamental performance of this system was examined by the static measurement of printing grade paper, which gave a satisfactory result. Then, the dynamic measurements were done at a speed of 1,000 m/min by using a high-speed test-coating machine.

  • While high speed / precision investigating for maximization of Textile Machinery business is requesting a machine which has highly endurance, stability and reliance abilities following customer request. In this research, load volume that gives influence on loom is measured and analyzed for water jet loom in real operation time to driving system adhered torque sensor to each a module. As well, measurement and analysis technology are developed about torque and vibration of driving systems for textile machinery by comparing dynamical analysis of water jet loom with gained result, basic materials about development of high value added textile machinery which has endurance and stability are presented.
