지방 항구도시의 토지이용 변화에 관한 연구 - 전라남도 여수시를 중심으로 - (A Study on Changes of Land Use in the Local Port City - Focused on Yeosu in Jeonnam Province -)

  • This study is on the formation and the development process of urban space by referring to the literature in Yeosu where is the important location in logistics & transportation and maritime since the Japanese colonial period. There are many factors and results of the development process in Yeosu by the opening port, railroads, loads and industries. The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of the formation process of urban space and the characteristics of physical space in Yeosu. The results are as follow; The urban formation and development process in Yeosu where was a small fishing village in the 1910s is largely divided into four processes. Formation: the population increased due to constructions such as of a railroad, a port, and roads and there were many reclamations around the center of the old city center in the Japanese colonial period. Stagnation: There was no urban development due to stagnation, war, and the Yeo-sun Incident. Expand: the industrialization of the Yeocheon Industrial Complex and Gwangyang Steel and other areas around Yeosu led to a surge in Yeosu's population. To cope with this, the city was expanded through three land readjustment projects and the development of large-scale residential complexes. Decline and Remodeling: Yeosu's urban space declined due to the decline of fisheries and the decrease in marine and railway logistics. And the expansion and improvement of the transportation network for hosting the Yeosu World Expo increased the accessibility of the old city center, transforming it into a tourist city using cultural heritage and nature.

선박 건조공정 개선을 위한 상황인지 컴퓨팅 기반의 강재적치처리시스템 (Context-Aware Steel-Plate Piling Process System For Improving the Ship-Building Process)

  • 선박 건조공정의 초기 단계인 강재적치처리공정에서는 입수한 강재를 어느 선박블록을 제작하는데 사용될 것인가에 따라 수십 개의 적치장을 이용하여 분류한다. 이 과정에서 강재를 잘못된 적치장에 적치하는 적치 오류, 무거운 강재를 다루는데 수반되는 작업자 안전 취약성, 각 적치장의 강재 정보 관리의 미비로 인한 작업 계획의 불확실성 등으로 인하여 생산성이 크게 저하된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 상황인식 컴퓨팅 기술을 적용하여 지능형 강재적치처리시스템을 구축하였다. 연구의 효율성을 위하여 강재적치처리 작업과정을 보여줄 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 제작하였으며, 센서, RFID 태그, 실시간 위치추적시스템과 같은 기술을 활용하여 공간 내에 있는 객체들의 위치 및 작업 처리 상태 등, 상황정보를 실시간으로 획득할 수 있도록 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 공간을 구축 하였다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 적용한 선박 건조 생산성 제고는 물론 대규모 생산현장에 IT를 적용하는 제조IT 융합연구의 새로운 모델을 제시하였다는데 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다.

수주생산환경에서 견적변경 요인에 따른 견적관리 프로세스의 설계 및 구현 (Design and implementation of quotation management process according to quotation change factors in make-to-order manufacturing environments)

  • 수주생산 환경에서 제조업체의 견적정보는 다양한 고객요구에 대응하여, 프로젝트의 입찰, 수주, 그리고 생산할 제품의 기초정보로 사용하는 중요한 정보이다. 이 견적정보는 고객요구, 제품생산 환경의 변화, 기술제휴사의 도면정보 변경, 그리고 제품의 기술 개선 등의 여러 요인에 의해 변경된다. 이러한 변경으로 인하여, 제조사가 고객의 요구사항을 반영하여 작성중인 견적정보에 다양한 변경이 발생한다. 이러한 다양한 변경요인에 따른 견적정보의 변경은 수주생산 기업의 입장에서 견적관리업무에 많은 부담을 주고 있다. 특히, 견적의 변경요인으로 인한 견적정보 변경은 고객중심의 주문생산 환경에서 고객의 요구사항에 의해 불가피하고 빈번하게 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 견적생성 프로세스를 기준으로 견적변경 프로세스를 제시하고, 일관적이고 효율적인 견적변경처리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 견적의 변경이 발생하는 요인을 정의하고, 각 요인에 대한 변경유형을 정의하였다. 그리고 견적변경에 대한 발생 요인별 사례를 통하여 견적변경 프로세스가 견적관리시스템에 적용되는 과정을 보여준다. 또한 제안된 견적변경 요인, 견적변경 유형, 견적변경 프로세스, 그리고 견적체계 관리의 유용성을 보여주기 위하여, 고객 중심의 수주생산기업인 'H'사의 선박엔진 부문의 통합 견적관리시스템에서의 견적변경처리 기능 및 절차에 적용하였다. 그 결과, 견적변경 요인에 따른 견적변경 처리 및 관리가 효율적으로 수행됨을 확인하였다.

  • 고분자 분리막의 대표적인 형태 중 하나인 평판형 분리막은 제조가 용이하여 실험실에서 분리막 소재 연구에서부터 실제 상용 분리막 생산에 이르기까지 널리 활용되는 분리막의 형태이다. 정밀여과 및 한외여과 등에 사용되는 평판형의 다공성 고분자 분리막은 주로 상분리 공정을 통해 제조할 수 있으며, 여기에는 비용매 유도 및 증기 유도 상분리 공정이 활용된다. 그러나 상분리 공정 특성상 주변 환경과 실험자에 따라 샘플 간 편차가 쉽게 발생하여 재현성의 확보가 어려운 점이 있다. 따라서 개발된 제조기술을 스케일업 및 재현성 확보를 위해 제어된 환경에서 연속식 대면적 제조가 가능한 롤투롤 제조장치가 필요하며, 본 연구에서는 실험실 스케일의 제조기술을 나이프 및 슬롯다이 롤투롤 공정으로 스케일 업 했을 때 나타나는 제조 환경 차이에 따른 분리막의 특성 변화를 비교하였다. 최종적으로 연속식 제조공정 인자에 대한 최적화를 통해 대면적 제조 시 분리막의 균일성을 확보하였다.

회전 열공구를 이용한 쾌속 열용삭 공정 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Rapid Heat Ablation process Using Rotary Hot tool)

  • In order to realize a three-dimensional shape on CAD, the machining process has been widely used because it offers practical advantages such as precision and versatility. However, the traditional machining process needs a large amount of time in cutting a product and the remained material causes trouble such as inconvenience due to cleaning process. This paper introduces a new rapid manufacturing process called Rapid Heat Ablation process (RHA) using the rotary hot tool to overcome limitations of traditional machining process. The rotary hot tool to satisfy requirements of RHA process is designed and produced. In order to examine relationships between kerfwidth and process parameters such as heat input, speed of tool and speed of revolution, experiments were carried out. In addition, relationship between the kerfwidth and the effective heat input was obtained. Based on the experimental results, double-curved shape was ablated to show the validity of proposed process. In the procedure, the rough cut and fine cut were performed according to the conditions of process parameters without tool change process. The practicality and effectiveness of the proposed process have been verified through ablation of three-dimensional shape.

0.13μm Cu/Low-k 공정 Setup과 수율 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on 0.13μm Cu/Low-k Process Setup and Yield Improvement)

  • In this study, the inter-metal dielectric material of FSG was changed by low-k material in $0.13{\mu}m$ foundry-compatible technology (FCT) device process based on fluorinated silicate glass (FSG). Black diamond (BD) was used as a low-k material with a dielectric constant of 2.95 for optimization and yield-improvement of the low-k based device process. For yield-improvement in low-k based device process, some problems such as photoresist (PR) poisoning, damage of low-k in etch/ash/cleaning process, and chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) delamination must be solved. The PR poisoning was not observed in BD based device. The pressure in CMP process decreased to 2.8 psi to remove the CMP delamination for Cu-CMP and USG-CMP. $H_2O$ ashing process was selected instead of $O_2$ ashing process due to the lowest condition of low-k damage. NE14 cleaning after ashing process lot the removal of organic residues in vias and trenches was employed for wet process instead of dilute HF (DHF) process. The similar-state of SRAM yield was obtained in Cu/low-k process compared with the conventional $0.13{\mu}m$ FCT device by the optimization of these process conditions.

냉연 스테인리스강판의 레이저 절단 특성 (Process Optimization for the Laser Cutting of Cold Rolled STS Sheet)

  • This study was aimed to characterize the laser cutting process for the cold rolled stainless steel sheet. The principal process parameters of the cutting process were applied to both the continuous wave form and the pulsed wave form for the laser output mode. The laser-oxygen cutting process and the laser-nitrogen cutting process were also considered to characterize the quality and efficiency of the cutting process. The laser-oxygen cutting process revealed the better productivity than the laser-nitrogen cutting process, since the laser energy and the exothermic oxidation energy exerted on the laser-oxygen cutting process simultaneously during the entire cutting process. However, the straightness of the cutting section, which was considered as the most important factors, was inferior to that of the laser-nitrogen cutting process due to the formation of chromum oxide on the cutting surface. Frequency and duration of the pulsed wave form act as the main factors for the better quality, When the frequency increased from 100 Hz to 200 Hz and the duty increased from 20% to 40%, the quality factors such as the height of dross and the surface roughness were improved remarkably. The increase in the frequency from 200 Hz to 300 Hz, on the other hand, revealed the less effective in the cutting quality.

STEF을 이용한 프로세스 표현에 관한 연구 (A Study for Process Representation using STEP)

  • This study proposes a process information model which can integrate various activities during the product development process, the system which can manage the process. Development process information will allow designers and managers to access previous tasks readily and utilize the information in making decisions at hand. While developing products in heterogeneous and distributed environments, concurrent and collaborative designs can be achieved by STEP. The process model in this study divides the task of product development into two fundamental parts, Specific Process(SP) and Normal Process(NP). SP includes the specific information and refer to those defined by prior STEP. NP is routine process excluded from being defined as SP. Due data information can be added to manage development pace and to show delayed tasks. As two or more different processes can be linked to show the entire development flow, Static STEP information can be dynamically interlaced. Remote location operations can be incorporated on the Internet using STEP, and information can be shared. The system has been built upon a process model schema so that task stage, design history, and different development style can be managed and accessed for each component. The system has been proven efficient in information management and exchange by several scenario testings.

조선 산업에서 프로세스 마이닝을 이용한 블록 이동 프로세스 분석 프레임워크 개발 (Analysis Framework using Process Mining for Block Movement Process in Shipyards)

  • In a shipyard, it is hard to predict block movement due to the uncertainty caused during the long period of shipbuilding operations. For this reason, block movement is rarely scheduled, while main operations such as assembly, outfitting and painting are scheduled properly. Nonetheless, the high operating costs of block movement compel task managers to attempt its management. To resolve this dilemma, this paper proposes a new block movement analysis framework consisting of the following operations: understanding the entire process, log clustering to obtain manageable processes, discovering the process model and detecting exceptional processes. The proposed framework applies fuzzy mining and trace clustering among the process mining technologies to find main process and define process models easily. We also propose additional methodologies including adjustment of the semantic expression level for process instances to obtain an interpretable process model, definition of each cluster's process model, detection of exceptional processes, and others. The effectiveness of the proposed framework was verified in a case study using real-world event logs generated from the Block Process Monitoring System (BPMS).
