Discussion on the Guidance of Dual Numeral System (이중 수사(數詞) 체계 지도에 대한 논의)

  • Korean uses a dual numeral system consisting of native and Chinese words. This dual numerical system is customarily selected in real life, mixed with two methods, or irregularly transformed. Therefore, the burden on both students and teachers is increased in the learning guidance process of numeral. This study recognized the need to improve the difficulty of learning guidance due to the dual numeral system. To this end, the context in which the numeral system method is selected, various modified cases, and related guidance contents of the current curriculum and textbooks were analyzed and organized. As a result of the analysis, there were characteristics of the selection and deformation of the numeral system method, which appears according to the actual situation using numerical. However, the criteria for characteristics were ambiguous and there were no specific guidance guidelines in the curriculum and textbooks. In this case, since the role of the teacher is more important, the teacher should be aware of the detailed characteristics of the actual situation related to the dual numeral system and let the student understand through experience and practice on various aspects of the use of the dual numeral system.

Design and Analysis of Coaxial Optical System for Improvement of Image Fusion of Visible and Far-infrared Dual Cameras (가시광선과 원적외선 듀얼카메라의 영상 정합도 향상을 위한 동축광학계 설계 및 분석)

  • In this paper, we designed a coaxial dual camera incorporating two optical systems-one for the visible rays and the other for far-infrared ones-with the aim of capturing images in both wavelength ranges. The far-infrared system, which uses an uncooled detector, has a sensor array of 640×480 pixels. The visible ray system has 1,945×1,097 pixels. The coaxial dual optical system was designed using a hot mirror beam splitter to minimize heat transfer caused by infrared rays in the visible ray optical system. The optimization process revealed that the final version of the dual camera system reached more than 90% of the fusion performance between two separate images from dual systems. Multiple rigorous testing processes confirmed that the coaxial dual camera we designed demonstrates meaningful design efficiency and improved image conformity degree compared to existing dual cameras.

  • This paper provides an evaluation of an optimization-based, multiple-input double-output (MIDO) run-to-run (R2R) control scheme for general semiconductor manufacturing processes. The controller in this research, termed adaptive dual response optimizing controller (ADROC), can serve as a process optimizer as well as a recipe regulator between consecutive runs of wafer fabrication. In evaluation, it is assumed that the equipment model could be appropriately described by a pair of second-order polynomial functions in terms of a set of controllable variables. Of practical relevance is to consider a drifting effect in the equipment model since in common semiconductor practice the process tends to drift due to machine aging and tool wearing. We select a typical application of R2R control to chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) in semiconductor manufacturing in this evaluation, and there are five different CMP process scenarios demonstrated, including mean shift, variance increase, and IMA disturbances. For the controller, ADROC, an on-line estimation technique is implemented in a self-tuning (ST) control manner for the adaptation purpose. Subsequently, an ad hoc global optimization algorithm based on the dual response approach, arising from the response surface methodology (RSM) literature, is used to seek the optimum recipe within the acceptability region for the execution of next run. The main components of ADROC are described and its control performance is assessed. It reveals from the evaluation that ADROC can provide excellent control actions for the MIDO R2R situations even though the process exhibits complicated, nonlinear interaction effects between control variables, and the drifting disturbances.

A Biographical Reconstruction of the Process Involving Changes in Elderly Support: From the Perspective of the Rural Elderly (노인부양의 변화과정에 대한 생애사적 재구성 - 농촌노인의 관점을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of the current research is to reconstruct the process in which changes in elderly support take place from the perspective of the elderly in rural areas. Six elderly couples were interviewed three times with the use of Schütze's 'autobiographical-narrative interview'. The entire interviews consisted of 17 sessions. Interviewed data was analyzed, following the method of Schütze's 'autobiographical-narrative interview analysis'. Research findings were as follows: Elderly support as experienced by the current elderly couples is mainly 'family support', which turned out to be 'dual structural shift' in the process of modernization. That is, there has been an 'internal structural shift' from 'family support on intergenerational, mutual support dimension' to 'family support on intragenerational self-support dimension' on the one hand. An 'external structural shift' has been noticed that realizes the 'socialization of family support' on the other hand. Additionally, a 'discrepancy' was captured between support norm and support behavior as occurred in the process of 'dual structural shift'. Perception on the 'dual structural shift' has proven 'ambivalent'. On the basis of these results, a critical discussion of modernization theory ensued, along with some implications for practice.

Change of Refractive Index and Residual Stresses of Ta2O5 Thin Film Prepared by Dual Ion Beam Sputtering Deposition as the Substrate Temperature and Assist ion Beam Energy (이중 이온빔으로 제작한 Ta2O5 박막의 기판 온도 및 보조 이온빔 에너지에 따른 굴절률과 판류응력의 변화)

  • The optical properties and intrinsic stress of $Ta_{2}O_{5}$ thin films deposited by Dual ion-Beam Sputtering: (DIBS) and Single ion-Beam Sputtering (SIBS) were studied as a function of the substrate temperature and assist ion beam voltage. The refractive index showed the maximum value (n = 2.144) at $150^{circ}C$ in the SIBS process. When the substrate temperature has above $150^{circ}C$ in the SIBS process the refractive index decreased. In the DIBS process, the increase of the substrate temperature affected the increase of the refractive index at a maximum value (n = 2.1117, at $200^{circ}C$). The low temperature process $(<100^{circ}C)$ can greatly reduce residual stress with the assist ion gun, but the high temperature process was unaffected. As the assist ion beam voltage increase from 250 to 350 V the refractive index increased to 2.185. However, the refractive index was decreased at the range of 350-650 V, As the assist ion beam voltage increased, the stress of the deposited film decreased to 0.1834 GPa at 650 V.

  • A recovered jitter of CDR(Clock and Data Recovery) Circuit based on Dual-loop DLL(Delay Locked Loop) for data recovery in high speed serial data communication is changed by depending on the input data and reference clock frequency. In this paper, 2-step DPC which has constant jitter performance for wide-range input frequency is proposed. The designed prototype 2-step CDR using proposed 2-step DPC has operation frequency between 200Mbps and 4Gbps. Average delay step of 2-step DPC is 10ps. Designed CDR circuit was tested with 0.18um CMOS process.

  • A composite adaptive dual fuzzy controller combining the approximate mathematical model, linguistic model description, linguistic control rules and identification modeling error into a single adaptive fuzzy controller is developed for a nonlinear system. It ensures the system output tracks the desired reference value and excites the plant sufficiently for accelerating the parameter estimation process so that the control performances are greatly improved. Using the Lyapunov synthesis approach, proposed controller is analyzed and simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm.

  • In this paper design and implementation of ship's distributed remote control system using dual-microprocessor is presented for real time process. The proposed system is implemented with the single chip microprocessors in tightly coupled mode and results in speed up of $s_p$=1.74. Under the assumption that the nodes are interconnected in multidrop, the overall system performance such as average throughout-delay characteristics and effective throughput are analyzed using M/G/1 queneing model, and results show that the proposed node can be used in medium sized distributed monitoring and control system.

  • A robot application system is developed for dual purpose of stud welding and are welding to weld plates in the manufacturing of elevator cabin. The production quantity is not so big to accommodate separate stations for stud welding and are welding respectively while the need for randomization of the processes is urgent. A robot with specification for spot welding is chosen, which is appropriate for stud welding. Some implementations are made so that the robot may also be shared for are welding process. Common jig and fixture is designed for the dual purpose. Important aspects in the procedure of system design, installation, and commissioning are stated, and signal set-ups and logic diagrams are illustrated.
