1. 개구리 피부점액선의 점액질은 중성, 약산성 및 강산성황화점액질을 포함하되, 선경부 세포에는 중성점액질만이, 선체부 세포에는 3종류의 점액질 성분이 혼재한다. 2. 피부 점액선의 점액질은 건조상태에서 현저히 감소하며 성분별로 볼 때 산성점액질에 비하여 중성점액질이 더욱 심한 영향을 받는다. 3. 점액선 세포내 점액질은 건조상태에 노출된 시간에 따라 점액질 성분상의 변화는 없다. 4. 이상과 같은 현상은 몸의 항상성을 유지하기 위한 생체적응현상의 일단이라고 생각된다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was the collection of dietary and external treatments of atopic dermatitis and it's classification according to physical type. Methods : The author conducted a literature and Internet search in data. Results : We collected the generally used dietary and external treatments. These collected treatments are classified according to the following oriental medical categories; thermic and wet skin type, thermic and dry skin type, chill and wet skin type and chill and dry skin type. conclusion : Wemust use these treatments pertinently according to physical type.

Roof and exterior wall of general formal buildings are designed and constructed through design focused exterior wall system and drainage and waterproof roof system. However, there are no classification of exterior wall and roof in freeform buildings and they are integrated as a surface of freeform buildings. Therefore it is necessary to develop the dry roof construction method using double skin roof system satisfying the design and function of the envelope. In this study, we have an effort to develop construction method of double-skin roof system using metal panel and PV.

This paper proposes a dry-type surface myoelectric sensor for the myoelectric hand prosthesis. The designed surface myoelectric sensor is composed of skin interface and processing circuits. The skin interface has one reference and two input electrodes, and the reference electrode is located in the center of two input electrodes. Considering the conduction velocity and the median frequency of the myoelectric signal, the inter-electrode distance (IED) between two input electrodes as 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm is selected. The signal processing circuit consists of a differential amplifier with a band pass filter, a band rejection filter for rejecting 60㎐ power-line noise, amplifier, and a level circuit. Using SUS440, six prototype skin interface with different reference electrode shape and IED is fabricated, and their output characteristics are evaluated by output signal obtained from the forearm of a healthy subject. The experimental results show that the skin interface with parallel bar shape and the 18mm IED has a good output characteristics. The fabricated dry-type surface myoelectric sensor is evaluated for the upper-limb amputee.

본 연구는 평소 피부 건조함으로 인한 소양감을 가지고 있는 30~40대 남성들을 대상으로 식습관, 기호품습관, 샤워습관 등을 조사하고, 이러한 생활습관과 지각하는 피부 건조함과의 관련성을 파악하여 일상의 불편함을 해결하고 건강한 피부 관리 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 조사대상자들은 대부분 건성 피부로 인해 발생된 일상의 불편함 정도가 매우 높게 나타났으나, 피부 가려움과 건조함 개선을 위해 병원 방문 경험을 묻는 문항에는 '아니오'를 응답한 자가 다수를 차지하였다. 규칙적인 식사 여부를 살펴보면 '그렇지 않다'는 80.0%, '하루 식사 횟수를 보면 '2끼'가 42.5%로 높은 비중을 차지하고 있었다. 피부 건조함과의 상관관계 분석 결과 식습관, 기호품습관, 샤워습관의 대부분 항목이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히. 흡연량이나 단맛 선호수준이 높아지면 피부 건조수준도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 식습관 및 흡연은 피부 건강과 관련성이 있음을 알 수 있고, 피부 건강은 겉으로 드러나는 신체적 건강의 지표라는 점에서 기호 식품의 조절과 규칙적인 식습관을 평소에 갖는 것이 아름답고 건강한 피부를 오래 유지 할뿐 아니라 피부 건조함을 해소하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

1. Autum-dryness syndrome(秋燥) is caused by dry-warm or dry=-cool weather condition when lower-warmer Eumfen(下焦陰分) was injured by jung hyoul hatal(精血下脫) or taking medicines of dryness in autumn. 2. The symptoms of autum-dryness syndrome are headach, fever, chilling, anhydrosis, dry cough, tinnitis, dry lip, dry skin, chest discomfort in cool-dryness syndrome(凉燥) and headach, fever, dry cough, paroxymal cough, dry skin, chest pain, polydipsia, tinnitis, eye redness, sore throat in heat-dryness syndrome(溫燥). 3. Hyangsochongsitang(香蘇蔥頭湯) chn be applied for terating cool-dryness syndrome(凉燥) and chungjogoopyetang(淸燥救肺湯) for heat-dryness syndrome(溫燥). Sang Hang Tang(桑杏湯) can be administered when the evils located in the upper-warmer, and Yukmihwan(六味丸) can be administered when located in the lower-warmer(下焦) 4. According the determination of treatment based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs. When the symptoms of Weifen syndrome(衛分證) are headach, fever, dry lip or chilling or dypsia and the treatment of weifen syndrome apply Hangsosan(行蘇散) or Sang hang tang(桑杏湯). When the symptoms of Qifen syndrome(氣分證) are tinnitis, eye redness, sore throat, chest discomfort, polydipsia, dry cough, watery diarrhea, constipation and Jibaekjihwang(知栢地黃丸) when Ohingulpitang(五仁橘皮湯) Chungjogupyetang(淸燥救肺湯) can are applied for treating Qifen syndrome(氣分證). When the symptoms of younghylfen syndrome(營血分證) are dry cough, watery diarrhea, dypsia, chest discomfort, hematemesis, epistaxis and agyohwang keum tang(阿膠湯) Oknyujun(玉女煎) can be applied for treating Younghyulfen syndrome(營血分證).

Water and ethanol extracts of A. koreanum were prepared and tested for their improving effects on the rat's dry skin induced by household detergent. Rats treated with ethanol extracts of A. koreanum had higher serum HDL-cholesterol and lower LDL-cholesterol levels, when compared to the ones treated with water extracts. Animals treated with ethanol extracts showed that improved protein recovery patterns over time, when it compared to the ones treated with water extracts.

Objectives : The aim of present study was to investigate the skin characteristics of twenty-five healthy Korean subjects. These results can be used as basic data for the development of future herbal applications. Methods : Skin type, hair and scalp condition, water content, sebum content were investigated through the measurement of skin conditions and subjective questionnaire survey to know the skin characteristics of subjects. Results : Most of subject has 'Dry Skin' and they have trouble about their keratin(dandruff), scalp itching, alopecia, hair texture, scalp moisture. Conclusions : More studies are needed to investigate the skin characteristics of healthy Korean subjects.

This study was undertaken to find out how much influence eating habits and food preferences have on basic skin types, namely dry skin, normal skin, oily skin, and combination skin, as well as troubled skin, such as acne skin, sensitive skin, pigment disorder skin and unbalanced oil and moisture skin. The aim of this study was to help establish good eating habits and to reform food preferences in order to maintain healthy skin. For this study, a suey on the eating habits and food preferences of 206 college women in the metropolitan area was conducted. Statistics Program SPSS (ver130.0) was used to analyze the results of the material obtained from the survey. The survey revealed that participants with basic skin types ate a variety of foods, enjoy soft drinks, juice and supplementary food, while those with troubled skin types had daily breakfast and substitute snacks for meals. The survey also showed that alcohol is the dangerous factor for the cause of both sensitive skin and pigment disorder skin. And it showed that various nutrition intake is the main factor for unbalanced oil and moisture skin.
