Drones are emerging as a new security threat, and the world is working to reduce them. Detection and identification are the most difficult and important parts of the anti-drone systems. Existing detection and identification methods each have their strengths and weaknesses, so complementary operations are required. Detection and identification performance in anti-drone systems can be improved through the use of artificial intelligence. This is because artificial intelligence can quickly analyze differences smaller than humans. There are three ways to utilize artificial intelligence. Through reinforcement learning-based physical control, noise and blur generated when the optical camera tracks the drone may be reduced, and tracking stability may be improved. The latest NeRF algorithm can be used to solve the problem of lack of enemy drone data. It is necessary to build a data network to utilize artificial intelligence. Through this, data can be efficiently collected and managed. In addition, model performance can be improved by regularly generating artificial intelligence learning data.

A drone performs a mission through remote control or automatic control, which uses wireless communications technology. Recently the increasing use of drones, the drone signal RF detection is necessary. In this paper, we propose an efficient dron RF detection method through simulations considering Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and dedicated protocol dron communication method in ISM(Industry Science Medical) band.. After configuring an environment where a common terminal and a drone signal are mixed, a general terminal and a drone signal are distinguished from each other by using a RF characteristic according to a dron movement. The proposed drone RF detection method is the WRMD(Windowed RSSI Moving Detection) operation and the Doppler frequency identification method. The simulation environments consist to mixed for two signals and four signals. We analysis the performance to proposed drone RF detection technique thorough detection rate.

With the popularization of drones and the ease of use of the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), drone photogrammetry for terrain information has been widely used. Drone photogrammetry enables the realization of high-accuracy three-dimensional topography for the entire area with less effort and time compared to the past direct survey using GNSS or total station. From 3-D topographic data, various topographical analysis is possible. To improve the accuracy of drone photogrammetry, direct GCP surveying in the field is essential, and the numbers and reasonable positioning of GCPs are very important. In the case of beaches or tidal flats on the west coast of Korea, the numbers and location of GCPs are important factors in efficient drone photogrammetry because of the size of the area, difficulties of movement, and the risk from tides. If the RTK (Real-time kinematic) or PPK (Post-processed kinematic) method is used, the increased accuracy of the drone's location enables high-accuracy photogrammetry with a small number of GCPs. This study presents an efficient drone photogrammetry method in terms of time and economy by comparing and analyzing the results of drone photogrammetry using Non-PPK with low-cost PPK-Kit, based on the tests of various numbers and locations of GCPs in the university field including various slopes and structures like coastal terrain.

This research explored methods for improvements to be made within the field of drone usage within the construction industry based on an investigation of factors which limit their efficiency and productivity. Limiting factors and improvement measures were presented in terms of technology, service, law and policy for employing drones at construction sites. Our first suggestion is, from a technical point of view, that companies need to expand professional manpower and infrastructure for systematic management. Second, in terms of service expansion, it is necessary to have management capabilities for operation such as the use of drones with enhanced safety and reinforced on-site education and personal information management. Third, in terms of legal and institutional support measures, it is necessary to prepare a plan for reforming the legal system for revitalization and to expand the training of professional manpower. This study may contribute not only to the development of drone technology, but also to effectively respond to various problems that appear at construction sites.
The use of drone-bots is demanded in times regarding the reduction of military force, the spread of the life-oriented thought, and the use of innovative technology in the defense through the fourth industrial revolution. Especially, the drone's surveillance and reconnaissance are expected to play a big role in the future battlefield. However, there are not many cases in which the concept of operation is studied scientifically. In this study, We propose search algorithms for reconnaissance drone through simulation analysis. In the simulation, the drone and target move linearly in continuous space, and the target is moving adopting the Random-walk concept to reflect the uncertainty of the battlefield. The research investigates the effectiveness of existing search methods such as Parallel and Spiral Search. We analyze the probabilistic analysis for detector radius and the speed on the detection probability. In particular, the new detection algorithms those can be used when an enemy moves toward a specific goal, PS (Probability Search) and HS (Hamiltonian Search), are introduced. The results of this study will have applicability on planning the path for the reconnaissance operations using drone-bots.
In the case of fixed CCTV, there is a problem in that a shadow area occurs, even if the visible range is maximized by utilizing the pan-tilt and zoom functions. The representative solution for that problem is that a plurality of fixed CCTVs are used. This requires a large amount of additional equipment (e.g., wires, facilities, monitors, etc.) proportional to the number of the CCTVs. Another solution is to use drones that are equipped with cameras and fly. However, Drone's operation time is much short. In order to extend the time, we can use multiple drones and can fly one by one. In this case, drones that need to recharge their batteries re-enter into a ready state at the drone port for next operation. In this paper, we propose a system for precised positioning and stable landing on the drone port by utilizing a small drone equipped with a fixed forward-facing monocular camera. For our conclusion, we implement our proposed system, operate, and finally verify our feasibility.

As drone technology advances, the cases of using drones in the construction industry are increasing rapidly. Research by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, has shown that drone use in the construction sector is expected to expand the fastest, and research has been carried out continuously to utilize drones in the construction industry. In this way, we will identify drone research trends in the construction industry as a basic data that will provide direction for future research. This paper collected papers for 10 years from 2011 to 2020 and keyword analysis through Gephi 0.9.2. This paper was classified by the study details of the paper with the upper keywords by year, through which it analyzed the changes in the direction of the study by field. The data in this paper is designed to contribute to the development of balanced drone utilization research, despite the limitations of 10-year statistics.

In this paper, we propose the implementation of a drone delivery system using artificial intelligence in a situation where the use of drones is rapidly increasing and human errors are occurring. This system requires the implementation of an accurate control algorithm, assuming that last-mile delivery is delivered to the apartment veranda. To recognize the delivery location, a recognition system using the YOLO algorithm was implemented, and a delivery system was installed on the drone to measure the distance to the object and increase the delivery distance to ensure stable delivery even at long distances. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the recognition system recognized the marker with a match rate of more than 60% at a distance of less than 10m while the drone hovered stably. In addition, the drone carrying a 500g package was able to withstand the torque applied as the rail lengthened, extending to 1.5m and then stably placing the package down on the veranda at the end of the rail.
One of the major advancements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the use of Internet of Drones (IoD), which combines the Internet of Things (IoT) and drone technology. IoD technology is especially important for efficiently and economically operating C4ISR operations in actual battlefields supporting various combat situations. The purpose of this study is to solve the problems of limited battery capacity of drones and lack of budgeting criteria for military drone transcription, introduction, and operation. If the mission area is defined and corresponding multi-drone hovering check points and mission completion time limits are set, then an energy and time co-optimized scheduling and operation control scheme is needed. Because such a scheme does not exist, in this paper, a Drone Force Deployment Optimization (DFDO) scheme is proposed to help schedule multi-drone operation scheduling and networked based remote multi-drone control.
