청년실업문제 해결을 위한 기업 맞춤형 교육의 현황 및 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study of the State and Improvement of the Company Oriented Education for the Countermeasure of Youth Unemployment)

  • 우리나라의 청년실업률은 일반 실업률에 비해 매우 높은 수준이다. 청년실업의 경우, 경제성장의 동력이 되는 인적자본 축적을 저해한다는 점, 빠르게 비경제활동 인구화로 전환된다는 점 등 때문에 매우 심각한 문제이다. 정부는 청년실업해소를 위하여 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 청년실업 대책 중에서 기업 맞춤형 직업교육의 유형에 포함되는 직장체험 프로그램, 인력채용패키지 사업, 청년취업인턴제, 그리고 정부지원 사업은 아니지만 대표적인 기업 맞춤형 교육인 계약학과 등에 대해 그 특징과 현황을 살펴보았다. 또한 기존의 기업 맞춤형 직업교육의 문제점들을 분석하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 개선모델(M-to-M)을 제시하였다.

에너지 자립을 위한 도시농업 활성화 추진정책 방안 (Driving Projects of Urban Agriculture for the Energy Independence)

  • This study compared and analyzed existing studies and released papers to identify the "definition and scope of urban agriculture" which correspond to the circumstances of Korea based on the fact that urban agriculture was selected as one of the measures to pursue green growth by the Presidential Committee on Green Growth (PCGG) and the discussions and deliberations among PCGG, government, academia, civic organizations, and experts. It also aims to present the ways of policy to facilitate the development of urban agriculture based on the mentioned identification. This research proposes the definition of urban agriculture as 'all agricultural activities that incorporates multi-functional public benefits of agriculture performed within the administrative district of a city. However, the scope of urban agriculture should exclude the agricultural sites, the methods, and the activities that are against the multi-functional public benefits of agriculture, which will be determined depending on the spaces, methods, and purposes of planting food crops. In order to facilitate the development of urban agriculture, the government should implement the policy measures as following: (1) to analyze spaces for farming, and provide the spaces to the citizens; (2) to prepare legislation and institution that will allow citizens to use the farming spaces continuously; (3) to develop Korean-style urban agriculture model that fully reflects the features of Korean cities; (4) to develop a system where the urban citizens can easily learn and experience the urban agriculture; and, (5) to provide incentives that will attract active participation of urban citizens such as carbon mileage. (6) to analyze effect of urban agriculture to save energy and food self-sufficiency.

구조방정식을 활용한 회전교차로 통행 규칙 준수 여부 평가 (Assessment of Drivers' Compliance with Traffic Rules for Roundabouts Using a Structural Equation Modeling)

  • 국내 회전교차로의 역사가 짧기 때문에 회전교차로에 대한 운전자들의 인지도(통행 규칙, 정의, 위치 등)가 낮을 가능성이 존재하며, 이는 통행규칙 준수에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있다. 이러한 가정을 기반으로 본 연구는 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 회전교차로에 대한 인지도와 회전교차로 통행 규칙 준수 간의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 경기도 고양시에 거주하는 운전자 526명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 설문항목은 회전교차로 인지도, 운전 경력, 회전교차로 통행 규칙 준수 여부에 대한 내용이 포함되었다. 설문조사 내용은 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 분석하였으며, 분석 결과 회전교차로에 대한 인지도가 높을수록, 운전 경력이 높을수록 통행 규칙을 잘 준수하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 기반으로 회전교차로 도입으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 초기 부정적인 영향을 감소시키기 위한 이용자 교육 및 홍보방안을 제시하였다.

차량용 블랙박스와 운전자의 사생활 보호 : 미국에서의 사고기록장치(Event Data Recorder : EDR) 규제를 중심으로 (Car Black Box and the Protection of Drivers' Privacy : In Light of the Regulation on EDR(Event Data Recorder) in U.S.A.)

  • Frequently faced with dangerous situations, for evidentiary purpose in case of civil and criminal liability challenges, car drivers in Korea have been armed with so-called 'black boxes'; however, which are just video recorders in vehicles rather than real 'black boxes' that are equipped in the airplanes. In the United States, they are called EDRs(Event Data Recorders), more technically, which means that they record data of events happened while driving, such as velocity changes, airbags deployment, seatbelt wearing etc. just like in the airplanes. EDR technology is quickly becoming more advanced, more widely available, and less expensive; however, new concerns are emerging : the privacy of drivers. In U. S., vehicle manufacturers and insurance companies and the governmental agencies including the courts and legislatures are the main parties in terms of the EDR concerns. In order to determine the best way to regulate EDR, it is necessary to balance all the merits, such as safety, privacy, truth, justice and efficiency, to support a legal framework regulating the EDR concerns. This article, in light of the regulation of EDR and experience therof in the United States, examines EDR technology itself, particularly with respect to the automobile industry, describing its history, its current state, and trends that may change it in the future; and explains how the National Highway Transportation Safety Agency (NHTSA), legislatures, courts have approached EDR data. At the early stage of regulation on EDRs in Korea, examining U. S. legal framework and usages would help for successful establishment of legislation and regulation.

만성 경부통을 가진 시내버스 운전기사에게 복합 운동프로그램의 효과 : 사례연구 (The Effects of Combined Exercise Program to Intra-City Bus Driver With Chronic Neck Pain : Case Report)

  • Background: Although many of those who drive for a living are exposed to repetitive and awkward posture and whole body vibration which cause them cumulative trauma disorder, therapeutic studies related to the problems from the transport unit are still somewhat inadequate. The purpose of this case report is to identify the effect of combined exercise program on patients suffering chronic neck pain caused by long hour of intra-city bus driving. Method: A total of 4 subjects are selected as patients, all of whom have more than 10 years of experience in intra-city bus transportation services. These people have suffered from neck pain for years. We ran the combined exercise program 3 times a week for 4 weeks and respectively evaluated the results after the 2nd and 4th week. We implemented conventional physiotherapy for 40 minutes, another 40 minutes of combined exercise program, and then educated the patients to enable themselves to do active stretching program as a home program. The combined exercise program contained 3 different stages. 1st stage: active stretching program, 2nd stage combined stabilization exercise and strengthening exercise, 3rd stage: proprioceptive exercise Result: After 4 weeks of intervention, there was enhance in the range of motion. $12^{\circ}$ increase in flexion, $10^{\circ}$ in extension, $6^{\circ}$ in lateral flexion respectively, and $10^{\circ}$ in rotation on average. VAS(visual analgue scale) decreased by 33% on average, NDI(neck diability index) by 28% and fatigability by 23%. Conclusion: There were improved results in the range of motion, NDI, VAS, and in fatigability after applying combined exercise program to intra-city bus drivers exposed to whole body vibration and cumulative trauma disorder.

자율주행 모빌리티 탑승자의 멀미 예방 및 완화를 위한 효과적인 인터렉션 디자인 연구 (The Study of Interaction Design for Preventing and Reducing of Carsickness of Passengers in an Autonomous Mobility)

  • 자율주행 4단계 이상의 모빌리티 탑승자는 주체적으로 운전을 하지 않기 때문에 멀미를 느낄 가능성이 커진다. 따라서 탑승자의 편안하고 생산적인 이동을 위해 멀미를 예방하거나 완화해 주는 방법에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 멀미에 관한 선행 논문들을 통하여 멀미의 원인과 멀미를 예방하고 완화할 방법들에 대해 선행조사를 하였고 일반인을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하여 차량 탑승 시 멀미가 발생하는 구체적인 상황에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 바탕으로 멀미 완화를 위한 4가지 인터렉션 가이드를 설계하였고 CVT(Concept Value Test)를 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 사람들은 멀미에 대한 대응으로 시각보다는 청각이나 체감각을 선호하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 경향은 CVT에서도 유사하게 나왔고 본 연구를 통해 향후 구체적인 인터렉션 디자인의 제안과 검증이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

자기동이 가능한 2상 SRM의 자기적 특성에 관한 연구 (The Study on Magnetic Characteristics of 2 Phase SRM with Self-Starting Capability)

  • 중소형 가변속 전동기구는 성능뿐만 아니라 가격경쟁력이 중요한 요인 중에 하나로 인식되고 있다. 가변속 전동기중에서 SRM을 중소형 전동기로서 적용할 때 가격경쟁력 측면에서 보면 단상이나 2상이 적합하다. 그러한 이유로 전력용량이 비교적 작은 가정용 전동기구에는 거의 단상 혹은 2상 SRM이 연구되고 있다. 그러나 단상 SRM은 근본적으로 발생토오크가 블연속적이여서 운전특성이 떨어지고 자기동능력이 없어 기동을 위한 보조적인 장치가 항상 필요하다. 또한 2상 SRM은 연속적인 토오크를 만들 수 있으나 기동에 관해서는 아 도 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 제안한 2상 6/3 SRM은 일반적인 다른 SRM과 달리 고정자 철심에 자속의 교번 없이 구동이 가능하여 철손을 줄일 수 있다. 또한 일반적으로 단상과 2상의 SRM에서 실용화에 있어서 가장 장애가 된 자기동이 안 되는 문제점을 회전자의 비대칭 형상을 이용하여 구동특성의 저하없이 자기동 능력을 가지게 되었다. 특성 해석을 위해 FEM 해석프로그램인 FLUX2D을 사용하였다.

Biomechanical Analysis of Golf Driver Swing Motion According to Gender

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in biomechanical variables of golf driving motion according to gender. Method: A total of 21 healthy golfers (11 men and 10 women) who have more than 5 years of professional experience and have been registered in the Korea Golf Association was recruited. A 250-Hz 8-camera motion capture system (MX-T20, Vicon, LA, USA) was used to capture the motion trajectories of a total of 42 reflective markers attached to the golfer's body and club. Moreover, two 1,000-Hz AMTI force plates (AMTI OR6-7-400, AMTI, MA, USA) were used to measure the ground reaction force. The mean and standard deviation for each parameter were then calculated for both groups of 21 subjects. SPSS Windows version 23.0 was used for statistical analysis. The independent t-test was used to determine the differences between groups. An alpha level of .05 was utilized in all tests. Results: There were differences in joint angles according to gender during golf driver swing. Men showed a statistically significantly higher peak joint angle and maximum range of angle in sagittal and frontal axis of the pelvis, hip, and knee. Moreover, women's swing of the pelvis and hips was found to have a pattern using the peak joint angle and range of angle in the vertical axis of the pelvis and hip. There were the differences in peak joint moment according to gender during golf driver swing. Men used higher joint moment in the downswing phase than women in the extensor, abductor, and external rotator muscles of the right hip; flexor and adductor muscles of left hip joint; and flexor and extensor muscles of the right knee. Conclusion: This result reveals that male golfers conducted driver swing using stronger force of the lower body and ground reaction force based on strength of hip and thigh than female golfers.

상하수도 미래비젼과 대한상하수도학회의 역할 (Future vision of the Korean society of water and wastewater in water sector)

  • Since its foundation in September 1986, the Korean Society of Water and Wastewater has made a significant contribution to the water sector in Korea over the past 30 years. The 30th anniversary commemorative committee reviewed the establishment goal of the society and its development strategy for organization and present the "Future Vision of Korean Society of Water and Wastewater" for the next 30 years. The future vision of the society is defined as "Aiming for the healthy life and preservation of the environment through the development of water and wastewater technology and experience". Promotion strategies for implementing the future vision are as follows: 1. Leading water and wastewater technology, 2. Develop water and wastewater policy, 3. Strengthen water and wastewater capacity, 4. Reinforce institutional governance. The driving target to be achieved through the implementation strategy is "To lead the global standards of water and wastewater." We also presented national issue, policy issue, and technical issues in the water sector. Climate change, unified Korea, water safety, and national welfare were selected as national issues related to water and wastewater. This approach was taken from the perspective of policy consumers such as citizens, civil society, experts, and local government/industry. By presenting policy issues and technical issues that address national issues, authors have proposed a future policy direction for the Korean Water and Wastewater Society to make critical contributions to national development.

승용차 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 드라이브 기어 베어링의 효율개선 방법에 관한 연구 (Efficiency Improvement of Transfer Drive Gear Bearings for an Automotive Automatic Transmission)

  • An automatic transmission of automobiles enables comfortable driving experience with lower transmission shifting jerks. However, the assembly structure is more complicated and requires additional components with lower efficiency than the manual transmission system. Extensive research has been conducted to improve the overall transmission efficiency by optimizing each component of the automatic transmission assembly. This study focuses on enhancing the friction torque of double angular contact ball bearings used in automatic transmission. The friction torque of the bearing varies with the operating conditions such as the operational load and rotating speed. Since reducing the friction torque of the bearing tends to deteriorate the durability of the bearing, it is necessary to design the bearing having a minimum required friction torque by determining the durability life of an automatic transmission assembly, In this study, the theoretical life and friction torque of conventional and newly-developed bearings are calculated. The difference in the friction torque between the new and existing bearings are also evaluated.
