염소이온 노출개시시기를 고려한 기존 확산계수 모델 수정제안 (Chloride Diffusion Coefficient Model Considering the Initiation Time of Exposure to Chloride Environment)

  • ACI life-365 기준확산계수 모델은 NT build 443 방법에 의한 시험 결과들로부터 만들어졌다. 이 방법은 침지기간 동안의 시간평균 확산계수를 구하는 방법이므로 ACI에서는 침지기간 동안의 시간평균 확산계수를 기준확산계수로 정의한 것이다. ACI 모델에서는 재령에 따른 감소효과를 지수함수 형태로 표현하고 있으므로 이를 고려한 ACI 기준확산계수 모델의 수정이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 염소이온 노출개시기를 고려한 확산방정식의 해석해를 유도하고, 이를 사용하여 NT build 443 방법의 시간평균 확산계수를 기준재령의 확산계수로 변환하였다. 연구결과 life-365 기준확산계수 모델은 기존 값 보다 10% 정도 증가되고 수정되어야 함을 밝혔으며, 이에 따라 NT build 443 방법과 NT build 492 방법의 기존관계를 수정하여 내구수명 평가에 이용할 수 있도록 하였다. JCI 확산계수모델과 ACI 확산계수모델의 직접적인 비교를 위하여 JCI 확산계수모델에 대응하는 기준확산계수를 유도하였으며, 이를 통해 JCI 모델보다 ACI 모델이 더 보수적인 결과를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Experiment and analytical studies on the oil supply characteristics of scroll compressor have been presented. For a scroll compressor, oil supply system consisting of individual lubricating element such as pumps, oil passages and sliding surfaces has been modeled by equivalent electric circuit. By solving the closed network equations of the model, oil flow rates at various lubrication elements could be obtained. Total amount of the oil flow rate drawn into the shaft has been measured and compared reasonably well with the prediction by the numerical simulation.

  • This paper describes a study which was undertaken in Ulsan City. The modified SLP procedures consider the quantitative flow aspect of the facilities layout problem as well as the qualitative closeness rating aspect. Conclusions are drawn as to the effectiveness of the proposed model in providing Ulsan City with better means of making the facilities location allocation decision for Industrial Technology Research Park.

A novel hybrid testing approach for piping systems of industrial plants

  • The need for assessing dynamic response of typical industrial piping systems subjected to seismic loading motivated the authors to apply model reduction techniques to experimental dynamic substructuring. Initially, a better insight into the dynamic response of the emulated system was provided by means of the principal component analysis. The clear understanding of reduction basis requirements paved the way for the implementation of a number of model reduction techniques aimed at extending the applicability range of the hybrid testing technique beyond its traditional scope. Therefore, several hybrid simulations were performed on a typical full-scale industrial piping system endowed with a number of critical components, like elbows, Tee joints and bolted flange joints, ranging from operational to collapse limit states. Then, the favourable performance of the L-Stable Real-Time compatible time integrator and an effective delay compensation method were also checked throughout the testing campaign. Finally, several aspects of the piping performance were commented and conclusions drawn.

  • In this paper, we introduce a new category of fuzzy inference systems baled on information granulation to carry out the model identification of complex and nonlinear systems. Informal speaking, information granules are viewed as linked collections of objects(data, in particular) drawn together by the criteria of proximity, similarity, or functionality. Granulation of information with the aid of Hard C-Means(HCM) clustering algorithm help determine the initial parameters of fuzzy model such as the initial apexes of the membership functions and the initial values of polyminial functions being used in the premise and consequence part of the fuzzy rules. And the initial parameters are tuned effectively with the aid of the genetic algorithms(GAs) and the least square method. The proposed model is contrasted with the performance of the conventional fuzzy models in the literature.

  • In Internet age, traditional transaction concepts are being examined in new perspectives. Electronic commerce, as a new transaction paradigm, is being paid attention to reexamine traditional marketing theories. In this study, equity is adapted to electronic commerce. We add Navigational Equity to existing equity concept: Payment and Service (Huppertz et al 1978). The research model of this study consisted of three major constructs such as equity, normative comparison of equity and consumer satisfaction in electronic commerce. Additionally, the environments of Internet navigation, which include system quality, easy for use, social pressure, playful aspects, and security check, etc. were analyzed. The propositions were drawn from the research model of this study. These propositions will be used to generate hypotheses constructing simultaneous equation model. More empirical study of future is expected.

  • A variational approximation procedure is introduced to study the contact stresses between a representative asperity and a feature generally happening in superfinishing processes such as FAM. After a description of the model under consideration is presented, a system of governing equation for the model is derived fullowed by the assumptions made in order to make progress in model development. Final computation is made to evaluate contact stresses on an elastic asperity tip in small scale in size and a computer simulation is performed for detailed surface profile variations on a representative feature. Numerical results are presented along with a discussion of the conclusions that can be drawn from this analysis.

Analysis of the Supervision of Ecological Subsidies: Based on the Principal-agent Model

  • In view of the problem of the invalidity of the incentive mechanism of the ecological subsidies, which is due to the information asymmetry between the government's supervision and the enterprise endeavor to fulfill their ecological responsibilities, this paper attempts to analyze the supervision of ecological subsidies based on the Principal-agent Model. Two conclusions are drawn: firstly, the government's supervision regarding the effect of the enterprises' fulfilling the ecological responsibilities can significantly reduce the information asymmetry; secondly, the government's incentive strength and the enterprises' endeavor level of fulfilling the ecological responsibilities are both improving the surveillance dynamics. Here is the suggestion: with the increasing of the surveillance dynamics of the government and the transparency of the enterprises' fulfilling the ecological responsibilities, the government should meanwhile increase the subsidies incentive strength, therefore, to promote the effort level of the enterprises' fulfilling the ecological responsibilities to approach to the Pareto optimal value.

사판식 액셜피스톤 펌프-레귤레이터계의 선형화해석에 의한 유압제어특성 고찰 (A Study on Hydraulic Control Characteristics of a Swashplate Type Axial Piston Pump-Regulator System by Linearization Analysis)

  • The regulator system has been modeled and combined to a swashplate type axial piston pump. Linear approximation has been performed for nonlinear coefficient terms of an axial piston pump-regulator model without significantly affecting accuracy. Based on the mathematical model of an axial piston pump-regulator system, a couple of characteristic curves of negative flow control and horsepower control are drawn, which show a good correlation with those of experimental results. So the simplified axial piston pump-regulator model in this paper is expected to be utilized not only for the design and analysis of hydraulic circuit of excavator but also for prevention of engine overload.

  • This paper presents the compressive stress distribution model appropriate to predict the ultimate strength of structural elements using ultra high-strength concrete. From the results of this investigation, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The constant value of strain at extreme concrete compression fiber of 0.0027 is seen to represent satisfactorily the experimental result for ultra high-strength concrete. 2. The current ACI-318 rectangular stress block parameters were found to overestimate the moment capacity of ultra high-strength concrete columns with eccentrically loaded. 3. The equivalent trapezoidal stress distribution model with new parameter $\lambda_1$ and $\lambda_2$ was developed.
