A fast, accurate model for calculating roll gap variables are critical to the implementation of computer based automation systems for cold rolling mills. Based on the work of Fleck and Johnson, rollgap simulator with non-circular arc model was developed using the influence function. This developed model is capable of predicting values of force, torque and slip which can be applied over the wide range of rolling conditions including cold rolling/DR/temper mill with high execution speed. Friction coefficient was obtained as a function of operation conditions through analyzing measured data. After combination of rollgap simulator with production strategy, draft schedule for No.3 RCM (Reversible Cold Rolling Mill) in Incheon works of Dongbu Steel was developed. This draft schedule will be installed in the setup computer of No.3 RCM replacing old Hitachi model.

As the global demand for satellite IoT services using small satellites increases, interest in their frequency requirements has also increased. Consequently, International Telecommunication Union Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) preparatory studies for WRC-23 include AI 1.18, which considers new frequency allocations for narrowband mobile satellites. This agenda item was issued in accordance with Resolution 284 (WRC-19), and contributions and reviews by government and satellite operators are underway at ITU-R SG4 WP4C with the aim of completing the study in 2023. Resolution 248 (WRC-19) considers the conditions for transmission of candidate bands and satellites and terminals for narrowband mobile satellite, and all contributions should satisfy narrowband mobile satellite system characteristics parameters within these conditions. However, among the current transmission specifications, there are several views on the exact definition of satellite e.i.r.p., and the derivation schedule of characteristic system parameters for the study is slower than that of the original work schedule. The goal of this paper is to examine the outline of WRC-23 AI 1.18 and the main content of Resolution 284 (WRC-19) and to determine the status of studies related to WRC-23 AI 1.18. The ITU-R's study on this agenda includes updating work schedules, developing the draft required spectrum and system characteristics parameter reports/recommendations, developing draft CPM reports, and examining the various views of transmission specifications in Resolution 284 (WRC-19). Focusing on candidate bands in Region 1 (Europe and Africa) and Region 2 (America), the current status of use in Korea is investigated and future countermeasures in Korea are investigated. In addition, we would like to examine the trend of narrowband mobile satellite through satellite frequency and service status and planning of satellite IoT operators, such as EchoStar, Omnispace, and Sateliot that are participating in the ITU-R study.

Objectives This is one of the manuals of East-West integrative medicine which was created by the committee on integrative medicine of Chung-Yeon Korean Medicine Hospital. The purpose of this manual is to support clinical decision-making and communication between Korean and western medical staff in a Korean medicine hospital during the rehabilitation of patients after knee surgery. Methods The draft was made by two rehabilitation specialists in Korean medicine. After a rehabilitation specialist in western medicine reviewed the draft and exchanged their ideas, a revised version that reflects the goal of consultation was made. Then the committee agreed to adopt the manuals through the process of review and feedback in addition to face-to-face discussions. Results This manual describes clinical decision-making for rehabilitation after arthroscopic partial meniscus resection, meniscus refixation, reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments. Therefore, it contains the schedule of rehabilitation treatment by the surgical technique, general goal of the rehabilitation by phase, guide for patients and postoperative infection management. Conclusions Despite some limitations, this manual has significance as the first example of a decision-making protocol suggestion for East-West integrative rehabilitation treatment after a knee surgery in one medical institution.

전자상거래 관련입법으로서, 미국에는 2개의 통일주법과 1개의 연방법이 있는데, 통일주법으로서는 통일주법전국위원회의(The National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws; NCCUSL)에 의한 1999년 통일전자거래법(Uniform Electronic Transactions Act; UETA)과 2000년 통일컴퓨터정보거래법(Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act; UCITA)의 최종안이 승인되었고, 연방법으로서는 2000년 국내외 상거래에 있어서 전자서명법(The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act; I-Sign Act; 연방전자서명법)이 법률로 제정되었다. 본고는 통일전자거래법(UETA)에 대한 목적, 특징 및 주요내용을 고찰한다.

최근 공사규모의 대형화, 복잡화 등으로 토목, 건축, 기계 등의 복합공종으로 구성된 공사들은 공기절감을 위해 패스트트랙(Fast Track) 방식으로 진행되는 사례가 많으며, 패스트트랙 방식에서는 적정 단계구분이 전체 프로젝트의 공기 책정에 중요한 사안이다. 본 연구에서는 복합공종으로 구성된 건설공사가 패스트트랙으로 진행될 때 적용할 수 있는 단계구분 방식을 제시하고 있다. 이를 위해 연구에서는 토목, 건축공사로 구성된 4개의 축구전용경기장 공사를 적용 사례로 분석하여 세분화된 공정분류체계(Work Breakdown Structure, WBS)를 통해 주요 단계별 공정 구분에 의한 일정표를 분석하고, 5가지 시안을 적용하여 패스트트랙 단계구분의 적정성을 분석한다. 분석된 시안중에서 최소 공기를 갖는 시안에 대하여 패스트트랙 단계구분 및 단계별 주요 공정의 구성 모형을 제시하였다. 이러한 방법론은 패스트트랙이 적용되는 유사한 규모의 대형 복합공사에서 패스트트랙 적용 시에 적정 단계 구분과 단계별 공정 구성 체계에 활용성을 가질 수 있다.

Conclusions The proposal of this manual has a significance for it provides information about decision making process and contents of treatment in one medical institution for East-west integrative rehabilitation treatment after shoulder surgery.

수치적 공정정보들을 시각적 정보로 표현하는 기능은 4D시스템 활용목적 중의 하나로서 기본적 기능에 속한다. 기존의 4D시스템은 수직적으로 공정이 진행되는 건축물공사에 적합한 활용성을 갖고 있으나, 이러한 기본적 기능들이 도로나 철도 시설과 같이 수평적으로 공사가 진행되고 자연지형 조건하에서 작업이 진행되는 토목공사에 직접적으로 적용될 때는 제약점을 갖게 된다. 본 연구에서는 토목공사 시설물에 적용 가능한 4D시스템 개발을 위한 새로운 방법론들을 구성하며, 이러한 방법론에 근거하여 토공사, 터널공사 등의 수평적 시설물의 4D객체 구현이 가능한 4D시스템 개발을 시도하고 있다. 특히 연구에서는 자연지형 조건하에서 작업이 진행되는 성토, 절토작업 등의 토공 작업을 일정과 연동된 4D객체로 구현하기 위해 몰핑기법을 개발하여 적용하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 독자적 구성 방법론들로서 토목공사의 4D시스템 적용을 활성화하기 위한 도구로서 적용이 기대된다.

본 연구는 은퇴설계에 코칭기법의 체계적 대화법을 적용하여 은퇴설계의 필요성을 인식하고 실행력을 향상시키기 위해 '효과적인 은퇴설계를 위한 은퇴코칭모델(RE-TIRE)'을 개발하였다. 문헌검토를 통해 모델초안을 개발하였고, 은퇴설계와 코칭분야 전문가들의 타당도 검증을 통해 수정, 보완하였다. 최종 은퇴코칭모델은 총 5단계로 구성되었다. 첫째, 라포형성과 임파워링으로 구성된 RE(rapport and empowerment)단계는 '관계형성'으로 코치와 은퇴설계를 받으려는 사람 간의 라포를 형성하는 단계이다. 둘째, T(target establishment)단계는 '목표설정'으로 대화의 주제를 선정하고 목표를 설정하는 단계이다. 셋째, I(identification)단계는 '계획수립'으로 은퇴설계 목표를 달성하기 위한 큰 계획을 수립하는 단계이다. 넷째, R(realization)단계는 '실행'으로 계획의 구체적인 수행일정과 방법을 스스로 수립하는 단계이다. 다섯째, E(evaluation)단계는 '평가'로 코칭 세션 동안 느낀 점을 공유하고 향후 계획과 실행방안을 보완하는 단계이다.

Background: The purpose of this study is to analyze the cost for the denture treatment in accordance with the government's plan to expand the National Health Insurance coverage for dental prothesis from July 1, 2012. Methods: We developed the draft of classification of the treatment activities based on the existing researches and expert's review and finalized the standard procedures through confirming by Korean Dental Association. We also made the list of input at each stage of treatments. We conducted survey of 100 dental clinics via post from April 4 to May 20 in 2011 and 37 clinics took part in the survey. The unit of cost calculation is the process from the first visit for denture treatment to setting of denture and adjustment. The manufacturing process performed by dental technician was not included in the cost analysis. Results: The process for the complete denture treatment was classified with 10 stages. The partial denture treatment was classified with 8 stages. The treatment time per each denture is about 5.6 hours for complete dentures and about 6.6 hours for partial dentures. The treatment cost were from 591,108 won to 643,913 won for complete denture and from 670,219 won to 738,840 won for partial denture in 2011, depending on the location, type of the clinics and the types of physician's income. Conclusion: This study shows the example of cost analysis for the treatment to set the fee schedule. Measures to get representative and accurate information need to be made.
