러시아 모스크바 공항철도의 도입과 시사점 (Introduction & Suggestion about Airport Rail System of Moscow, Russia)

  • Moscow is one of well-developed city about intermodal transport system by subway line. But some airports which located in suburb area have really bad transport system connecting downtown Moscow, and many people have experienced a lot of inconveniences. Russian Railways (RZD) established airport rail company in year 2005 and they have operated Aero-Express train from downtown of Moscow to major airports. Intermodal transport system was considered to the construction of Russian airport rail system, and various types of tickets and airport rail terminals are operated by RZD, and subsidiary businesses with airline companies are promoted. This study will analyze the success factors of Moscow airport rail system and introduce the success effects, and considering points for the operation of Incheon airport rail terminal in the future.

시공단계별 영향을 고려한 터널 전력구의 유한요소해석 (Finite Element Analysis of Underground Electrical Power Cable Structures Considering the Effects of Construction Sequence)

  • 본 논문에서는 도심지 지하에 터널 전력구를 건설하는 경우 시공단계별 영향을 고려한 구조해석을 수행하였다. 해석대상의 도심지 지하에는 여러 종류의 다양한 라이프라인 구조체가 설치되어 있다. 터널전력구의 구조해석에는 지반체의 유한요소해석 프로그램인 MPDAP을 사용하였다. 라이프라인 구조체와 터널 전력구 사이의 이격거리가 가장 작은 대표적인 3개의 단면에 대하여 구조해석을 수행하였다. 터널의 굴착단계별 유한요소해석에서 발생되는 평형불균형성 문제는 평형섭동개념을 적용하여 해결하였다. 또한 터널 굴착에 의한 시간의존 변형의 영향은 하중분담율을 사용하여 시공단계별로 고려하였다. 본 연구에서 검토한 3개의 대표단면에서는 터널 전력구 주변 지반체에서 발생하는 최대변위값은 허용변위값이내를 보여주었다.

  • Construction of buildings downtown is increasing as much as ever with a strong demand. A Top-Down Method is suitable for its advantage in minimizing its disturbance to the neighborhood. In general, the Pre-founded Column, one of the most important aspects of the Top-Down Method, has been made with an H-Shape Steel Column. However, due to its structural and economical benefits, the usage of CFT(Concrete Filled Tube) columns in the place of Pre-founded Columns is increasing. To promote their applications, we analyze the merits of CFT columns by comparing them with I-Shape columns and propose further research.

  • Downtown traffic culture of the car focus of our country have developed. But, it was been interested in railroad to saturation of situation, environmental problem. Also, it is getting interest which is international by departure point of network connecting from Europe to Northeast Asia. Private capital project of railroad is activated but Construction companies payability is real that is worsen day by day. Therefore, Construction companies is destroying element enterprise's inefficiency and the waste, be interested in Project Management Information System as part of information. I wish to approach in efficiency of railway construction by presenting professional construction company's Project Management Information System.

  • As a result of an increase in population of the Metropolitan area and a steady change of circumstances in many parts, the city is sprawling out into the suburbs. This phenomenon causes the necessity of modification of present urban plan. It is risen as a point of issue that construction systems of new railway routes and underground construction, which should be followed the new urban plan in case of inter-regional railway and regional railway. It is hard to find sufficient financial resources, nevertheless the railway improvement definitely affects regional development and improvement of social environment. Also, there is a limit to government subsidies. In this respect, it is necessary to set up a new idea about movement of existing railway routes and improvement of the equipment. This study examines the present problems of railroad construction system in urban downtown area and introduces a suitable institutional way through referring to the instances of other countries.

  • In recent downtown high land due to an increase in the utilization of land from the property line to maximize the proximity of the construction and use of underground structures has increased. The nature of urban underground retaining structure construction safety, environmental management, and civil contrast situations, construction periodt perspective, this method is widely used in the backhand. Recent Patents DP method and the method of the DBS method than in the SPS process is deleted according to the PRD process cost savings are generated. The workability and safety study of two kinds of method, such as air speed, and considering the reduction of indirect costs in terms of economic efficiency is considered to be a superior method.

  • Recently, sewer-pipe constructions replacing deteriorated pipes are currently underway in the downtown area. To resolve many problems in the conventional method of open-cut construction, lining-board system using light-weight GFRP panels is developed. The pultruded GFRP panels can be successfully used for the developed lining-board system as temporary decks and retaining walls in virtue of light weight, high strength and high durability. In this paper, the structural safety and serviceability of the lining-board system are examined through FE analyses and experiments. Further more, a field application of the lining-board system is presented. The field application shows that quality and environment of construction can be significantly improved.

  • If we build new building after demolition of commercial building that is located in the downtown, it will be caused a social and environmental problem as wasting of resources and generating of waste. In this study, I investigated about remodel ins, this conclusion is given below. 1. Reconstruction cost is 2.1 times, and construction period is 1.4 times as much remodeling. So remodeling has an advantage. 2. For repairing and reinforcing timeworn building, we reinforced it as using carbon fiber sheet (girder, slab) and injecting method steel plate bonding Also, we tried to maintain efficiency of new building as using epoxy to protect concrete crack. 3. In the side of waste products and cost, remodeling has much more advantage than reconstruct. But demolition used construction period much. Because it had to be reused as repairing and reinforcing. And there was no difference between remodeling cost and reconstruct cost. If we develop research with enterprise.university.laboratory to exploit material and equipment and to train specialized engineer who will has a capacity to know construct repair and reinforce, it can be attribute to prevail remodeling in new construct market.

  • In downtown, construction noise related claims are the most important issues. Sometimes noise related claims halt the construction process. Therefore, Introduction of noise reduction measures is common to construction process with a loud noise. This case is about concrete pouring for mat foundation of super tall building. Concrete pouring process using High Pressure Pumping machine causes high noise level in the vicinity of area. And large number of transit-mixer truck cause traffic congestion. This paper introduces effort and process to prevention of construction noise claims on massive scale concrete pouring.

  • In recent years the downtown, Top-down method has been applied in a major method to solve the complaints due to noise, vibration, dust and safety issues such as cracking due to settlement when the excavation close to the building. Until it is installed underground permanent foundation, the Pre-founded Column is a pile foundation as well as a column to bear the upper construction load. The Pre-founded Column is constructed by PRD method generally. The EnP(Enlarging Pile) method can be expanded locally boring diameter of the embedment zone as compared to the PRD method existing general. Since the bearing capacity is increased by the boring diameter is expanded, the embedment length is reduced, the construction cost is reduced.
