최적반력을 가지는 도어 씨일의 단면설계 (Design of Door Seal Section with Optimal Reaction Force)

  • In order to improve the function of a door seal, its section design technique is discussed in this study, Its roles are prevention of an inflow of dusts, noise interception, insulation, wateproof, and the vibroisolating action which reduces vibration between the body and the door of a car while running, and the buffer action which sustain the proper reacting force as the door is closed. In this study, the optimal cross section of a door seal is designed using nonlinear finite element analysis (commercial finete element analysis program EASi-SEAL) and tables of orthogonal arralys with respect to relations between door and door seal to secure the satisfactory airtight property with the minimum force to shut the door.

승용차의 개폐력 보조 문 (Power-Assisted Door for a Passenger Vehicle)

  • SD (Smart Door) is a human friendly power-assisted door system initially targeted for passenger car doors. The Smart Door offers comfort and safety to passengers or/and drivers by supplying additional power. Amount of power supplied by the Smart Door system is depend on the environment where the automotive is situated. It realizes comfort, for example, when the force applied by the passenger to the door is expected to be abnormal, the SD system tries to compensate passenger's effort by supplying additional force. In this study, to enhance the ease of opening and closing the doors of the passenger vehicle, a Smart Door with a power assist mechanism consisting of a motor was developed and analysed. A power assist mechanism mounted within the vehicle's door is designed and modeled for simulation purpose. The required force necessary to control the designed mechanism during the vehicle's roll, pitch and the opening angle of the door has been considered. To this end, we propose a power-assisting control strategy called "gravity cancellation". The system is analysed by numerical simulation with the gravity cancellation control algorithm.

지하철 역사 승강장의 스크린도어 도입에 관한 연구 (The Study of Introducing the Screen Door in Subway Station)

  • In this paper, the problem of subway platform is analyzed and the alternative as a screen door is suggested. This paper aims to improve the facility law in subway platform. Because facility law related to platform is absent, the study scope is limited to detail design that is matched to rules. Field survey is performed to 300 persons that are 150 men and 150 women in Shingil station in which the screen door is established. Also the persons are used the screen door at least 3 times. It makes the field survey credible. The study is proceeded as follows ; First, the law related to platform, the problem of platform, and the plan and status of screen door are analyzed. Second, the definition, and composition of screen door are examined. Then, kinds of screen door is analyzed and the advantage and disadvantage of each kind of screen door are compared. Third, the necessity of establishing the screen door is examined through field survey and error range of stop position is investigated. Through this flow, final results is abstracted. Direction of facility related to subway platform, applied objective and range are suggested based on this study. This study focuses the stability of platform, pleasantness, and energy saving and suggests facility improvement direction through introducing the screen door and further study.

냉장고 도어 개방력 개선을 위한 힌지 스토퍼의 형상설계 (Shape Design of Hinge Stopper to Improve Refrigerator Door Opening Force)

  • In this study, the shape design optimization of a refrigerator door hinge stopper was performed to reduce the discrepancy in the opening forces of the left and right doors of a double-door refrigerator. A finite element model was constructed and analyzed by quasi-static analyses to evaluate the structural performance of the door hinge stopper. The reaction moment calculated at the hinge axis was used as a measure of the door opening and closing forces. The design objective is to increase the door opening force by 50% while maintaining the door closing force and the maximum stress calculated in the body of the hinge stopper at the current level. A new design concept with a contacting slot was proposed to decouple the door closing and opening forces. Shape optimization was performed to determine the dimensions of the new design of the hinge stopper, and the rib pattern was determined by topological optimization to further increase the door opening force. It was observed that the new design met all design requirements.

  • 전자상거래시장의 급격한 성장과 글로벌 소싱의 확대는 택배서비스산업 발전의 동인이 되어왔으며, 기존의 선도업체는 물론 다국적 물류기업의 국내 택배서비스시장 진출 확대로 그 경쟁이 점차 가열되고 있다. 따라서 국내 택배서비스산업에 속한 기업들의 경쟁력 제고가 절실한 시점이다. 국내 택배서비스산업에 관한 이전의 연구들 대부분은 서비스 전략적 탐색, 정책적 제언, 사용자 만족에 관한 것으로 최근 택배서비스에서 정보시스템이 차지하는 비중을 실질적으로 다루지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 택배서비스 제공업체들을 대상으로 수행한 사례연구를 통해 택배정보시스템을 조사, 비교 및 분석하여 경쟁력 제고를 위한 전략적 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 국내외 택배서비스산업 현황 및 경쟁력 제고에 관한 문헌을 탐구하고 둘째, 택배서비스시장을 선도하는 국내 4개 업체 실무자를 대상으로 수행한 인터뷰를 통해 획득된 데이터를 근거로 정보시스템을 분석하였으며 셋째, 택배서비스 경쟁력 제고를 위해 개선되어야 주요요인을 도출하고 정보시스템 발전방향을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 차별화된 택배서비스 제공을 통해 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위해서는 정보시스템을 도구로 다음과 같은 실천이 필요함을 확인하였다. 첫째, 정보시스템의 응용대상을 내부통제위주의 프로세스에서 고객접점중심으로 이동시켜 고객서비스를 강화하고 둘째, 운송차량의 이동경로 중복 및 회귀 등으로 발생하는 물류비용을 최소화하기 위해 RFID와 같은 정보기술을 이용하여 최적화된 라우팅시스템을 개발하며 셋째, 정보시스템을 활용한 신규서비스를 발굴하는 것이다.

외부 충격 감도에 따른 실시간으로 탐지하고 전송하는 Door-Lock 시스템 (Door-Lock System to Detect and Transmit in Real Time according to External Shock Sensitivity)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 악의적인 사용자가 내부 출입을 위해 물리적인 충격으로 Door-Lock을 파손하는 경우가 있다. Door-Lock 시스템에 설정되어 있는 아날로그 변위 값과 일치하면 관리자 스마트폰에 실시간으로 파손 정보를 전송함으로써 신체 및 재산을 보호한다. 연구방법은 Door-Lock이 물리적인 충격으로 파손될 경우 등록된 사용자들에게 실시간으로 파손 정보를 전송하는 시스템을 제안한다. 그리고 Door-Lock에서 감지한 충격 정보와 감도조절부의 데이터를 비교한다. 제안한 시스템의 웹 서버에서는 Door-Lock에서 전송한 충격 정보를 DB에 저장한 후 충격 정보가 DB에 저장된 충격 감지 전송 기준 값보다 크면 SMS 모듈로 관리자에게 실시간으로 전송해서 악의적인 사용자의 불법적인 출입 정보를 확인한다.

  • The purpose of study is to provide efficient initial approaches for counseling in social work practice settings. First, it attempts to identify the correlation between the Myers-Brigg's Type Indicator(MBTI), a personality index based on the theory of psychological typology, and Personality Adaptation Types(PAT) models. Second, it attempts to develop a counseling method which can be applied to the initial interview, using the paradigm of door to therapy such as "Open Door", "Target Door", and "Trap Door" based on the PAT theory. The result of the quantitative study showed the correlation between MBTI and PAT as follows: MBTI Extrovert and Feeling(E, F) type was statistically correlated to hysterical PAT. MBTI Extrovert, Intuition and Perceiving(E, N, P) type was statistically correlated to Obsessive-Compulsive PAT. In conclusion, this study finds that when a clinical social worker approaches a client with the client's MBTI personality type and an interventional personality adaptation theory approach such as "Open Door", "Target Door", or "Trap Door", the efficiency of communication is increased significantly.

  • 본 연구는 온라인 쇼핑몰과 고객관의 거래관계에서 계약 당사자는 아니지만 온라인 쇼핑몰의 상품배달을 대신해주는 택배회사의 배달에 대한 서비스품질 속성이 고객의 온라인 쇼핑몰에 대한 구매만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정에서 진행되었다. 연구결과 택배업체의 배송에 대한 서비스품질 속성이 택배회사 뿐만 아니라 온라인 쇼핑몰의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 온라인 쇼핑몰은 자신들의 고객들에 대한 만족도를 높이기 위하여 오프라인을 통하여 상품을 직접 고객에게 배달하는 택배회사에 대하여 많은 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

LRF와 카메라를 이용한 강인한 엘리베이터 문 인식 (Robust Elevator Door Recognition using LRF and Camera)

  • The recognition of elevator door is needed for mobile service robots to moving between floors in the building. This paper proposed the sensor fusion approach using LRF (Laser Range Finder) and camera to solve the problem. Using the laser scans by the LRF, we extract line segments and detect candidates as the elevator door. Using the image by the camera, the door candidates are verified and selected as real door of the elevator. The outliers are filtered through the verification process. Then, the door state detection is performed by depth analysis within the door. The proposed method uses extrinsic calibration to fuse the LRF and the camera. It gives better results of elevator door recognition compared to the method using LRF only.

자동차 도어 경량화를 위한 판재형 사이드 임팩트 빔 개발 프로세스 (Development Process of Side Impact Beam for Automotive Light-Weighting Door using Sheet Type)

  • This paper presents the development process of automotive side door impact beam for passenger cars. Weight reduction while maintaining functional requirements is one of the major goals in the automotive industry. In this study, thin-walled side door beam using quenchable boron steel was designed to reduce the weight of conventional side door tubular one. In order to estimate design for the proposed side door beams, the static side impact protection tests(FMVSS 214) were conducted using the finite element method. Based on the simulation results, geometry modification of the side door beam has been performed via creating new reinforcing ribs. Furthermore, the manufactured frontal impact beam was mounted on the real side door of a passenger car, and then static impact protection test carried out. It is concluded that the presented test results can provide significant contribution to the stiffness of side door impact beams and light-weighting door research.
