목적: 세균성 이질은 항생제의 도입과 환경 위생의 개선으로 현저히 감소하였으나 최근 다시 증가하는 양상을 보이고 있으며, 학교와 사회복지시설의 단체 급식을 매개로 한 집단 발생이 보고되고 있다. 저자들은 세균성 이질로 확진되어 치료받았던 환아에 대해 그 발병 양상 및 임상 경과를 관찰하였다. 방법: 2001년 12월과 2002년 1월에 걸쳐 서울시립동부병원 소아과에 입원했던 이질 환아 22명을 대상으로 역학적 분석과 임상적 세균학적 관찰을 하였다. 결과: 1) 남아가 11명, 여아가 11명으로 남녀비는 1:1이었고, 연령은 14개월에서 11세까지로 평균 $5.5{\pm}1.4$세였다. 2) 임상 증상은, 설사 21명(95.5%), 고열 2명(10.0%), 무증상 1명(4.5%)의 순으로 많았으며, 증상의 지속 기간은 1일에서 12일까지로 평균 $3.9{\pm}2.1$일이었다. 합병증은 없었으며 혈액 검사 소견상 정상이었다. 3) Rectal swab에서 모두 S. sonnei가 배양되었으며, TMP/SMX와 ampicillin에 내성을, ampicillin/sulbactam과 3세대 cephalosporins에 감수성을 보였다. 4) 5일간 전해질 및 수분 공급의 보존적 치료와 항생제(Unasyn) 치료를 병행한 후, 증상이 호전되었으며 대변 배양 검사에서 음성으로 나왔다. 5) 어린이집 내에서 집단 발생하였으며, 가족내 2차 감염에 의한 것으로 추정된다. 결론: 본 보고에서의 세균성 이질은 어린이집에서 2차 감염에 의한 것으로, S. sonnei에 의한 경증 감염이었고 항생제(Unasyn) 치료 후 호전되었다.

Concentrated photovoltaic(CPV) is leading the development of future low cost renewable energy sources. CPV is offering high efficiency systems. This paper proposes technology and market for CPV.

《古韵谱》是王念孙研究古音的著作, 其中收录了《诗经》, 群经, 《楚辞》。《诗经》是研究古音最重要的资料, 本文以《古韵谱》中的《诗经》为研究对象。《诗经古韵谱》的韵例在数量上占有压倒性的优势, 通过该资料得出王念孙创造了古音21部的结论。但是王念孙的韵部体系从21部变为了22部, 原因是从21部中的"东部"独立出来了一个"冬部"。王念孙的22部是清代古音学考古派的最终结果, 因此它具有重大的意义。

To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on thermophilic fungi isolated in Korea. Three species of thermophiles were isolated from compost and were identified as Myriococcum thermophilum, Thermoascus aurantiacus, and Thermomyces lanuginosus. They can grow at temperatures above $50^{\circ}C$ and produce high levels of cellulolytic and xylanolytic enzymes at high temperatures. Notably, the considerable thermostability of the endo-glucanase produced by T. aurantiacus has made the fungus an attractive source of industrial enzymes.

Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) investigation on the phase decomposition of B2-ordered (Ni,Co)Al supersaturated with Ni and Co has revealed the precipitation of $(Ni,Co)_2Al$ which has not been expected from the reported equilibrium phase diagram. The $(Ni,Co)_2Al$ phase has a hexagonal struture and takes a rod-like shape with the long axis of the rod parallel to the <111> directions of the B2 matrix. By aging at temperatures below 873 K, a long period Superlattice Structure appears in the hexagonal $(Ni,Co)_2Al$ Phase. The orientation relationship between the $(Ni,Co)_2Al$ Precipitates and the B2-(Ni,Co)Al matrix is found to be$(0001)_p$ // $(111)_{B2}$ and $[\bar{1}2\bar{1}0]_P$ // $[\bar{1}10]_{B2}$, Where the suffix p and B2 denote the $(Ni,Co)_2Al$ precipitate and the B2-(Ni,Co)Al matrix, respectively. (Ni,Co)Al hardens appreciably by the fine precipitation of the $(Ni,Co)_2Al$ phase. Energy dispersive spectroscopy was used to analyze the compositions of each phase formed in B2-(Ni,Co)Al.

The purpose of this study was to develop of nutritional education activities and effect evaluation in related curriculums for all Dongbu Elementary School children in Jinhae by the teacher in charge. This educational purpose was to build a desirable dietary behavior for optimal growth and health in elementary school children. The educational program contents were developed according to 1) selection of content related curriculums 2) analysis of contents related on dietary habits by grade 3) preparation teaching plans to build desirable dietary habits 4) development of teaching manual by turns. Twelve hours of nutrition education at all school classes were done from March 2 to December 10 2004 in Dongbu Elementary School in Jinhae, Gyeongnam. The education effects were evaluated through the questionnaire surveys before and after the education and their comparative analysis. The results of this study were summarized as follows : Forty percent of the underweight group, $22.8\%$ of the normal group, $42.2\%$ of the obese group had the wrong perceptions on their body figures, but after nutrition education $80.5\%$ of the underweight group, $94.3\%$ of the normal group, $97.9\%$ of the obese group gleaned the correct perceptions on their body figures (p < 0.001). As the effects of the education, the subjects who exercise more than 3 times in a week increased in all groups (p < 0.01-0.001), notably in the obese group. Meal regularity (p < 0.001) , skipping meals (p < 0.001), eating rate and snack selection patterns (p < 0.01-p < 0.001) also improved by nutrition education. We could also observe the effects of the nutrition education through the affirmative statements which appeared in their dietary records. These results showed a possibility of nutrition education activities in related curriculums to improve in dietary habits of school children. Next year, we will start with the system of nutrition teachers in elementary school, but nutrition teacher cannot undertake the task of teaching and food service management alone. Because of that, we intend to develop this program as an alternative proposal for the nutrition education in elementary schools. (Korean J Community Nutrition 10(6) $795\∼804$, 2005)
