In this study, the whole deformation conditions of domestic old tunnels and reinforcement methods for deformation tunnels were investigated and analysed, and the present conditions, occurrence cause and reinforcement methods of cavity behind the tunnel lining were investigated and analysed comprehensively. The deformation causes of domestic old tunnels could be classified in three kinds : change of earth pressure operating tunnel ground, material problem of concrete lining, mistake of design and construction. As a result of analysis, the tunnel deformation was occurred by not specific cause but various cause As a result of investigation for 455 domestic tunnel data, more than 70% of the tunnel deformation was related to leakage and the other deformation cause also accompanied leakage mostly. An applied reinforcement method was related to leakage and flood prevention measures, but application of reinforcement method for boundary area between tunnel and ground and tunnel periphery which influence on the tunnel stability was still defective. The cavity of domestic old tunnel occupied about 16% of the total tunnel length and about 68% of cavity was located in the crown of tunnel, and besides, the occurrence cause of cavity was analysed to design, construction and management cause. The filling method for cavity using filling material was comprehensively appling to cavity behind tunnel lining.

To attempt to measure the effect of domestic product P.H.A. kit 'Hepa-S' after completion of 'Hepa-Vax' vaccination schedule, P.H.A. test and R.I.A. test on the 330 healthy adults were carried out. The results obtained were as follow ; 1. The positive anti HBs rate after completion of 'Hepa-Vax' vaccination were; in P.H.A. test with domestic product P.H.A. kit 81.2%, in P.H.A. test with foreign product P.H.A. kit 82.7%, and in R.I.A. test 95.8% 2. Using the result of R.I.A. test as the standard, sensitivity of P.H.A. test with domestic product P.H.A. kit was 84.8% and specificity was 100.0% 3. Using the result of R.I.A. test as standard, sensitivity of P.H.A. test with foreign P.H.A. kit was 86.4% and specificity was 100.0%. 4. The concordance rate of P.H.A. test with domestic product and foreign product kit was 98.5%. On the result of this study, there was no significant difference in the validity between the domestic product P.H.A. kit 'Hepa-S' and the foreign P.H.A. kit $'Hebsgencell^{TM}'$. So that it is recommendable to use domestic product P.H.A. kit instead of foreign product P.H.A. kit.

The analysis of exotic style in domestic fashion brand items aims to offer the ideas necessary for the style and item developments and to analyze exotic images and styles accepted in domestic fashion market. Therefore this study analyzed the domestic fashion brand items and categorized the main exotic factors and styles so that would catch on to its characters and appearance frequency. As for the research method of this study, the frequency and content multi-dimensional analysis were used in the investigation of the exotic images appearing in the domestic fashion brands. The styles of exotic image in domestic fashion brand items are 'natural' style, 'primitive' style, 'ethnic' style, and 'maximalism' style. Also, the main exotic factors in each exotic style were composed of a few exotic images such as 'natural', 'primitive', 'ethnic', 'romantic', 'elegance', 'splendid', 'seductive', 'retro', 'traditional', 'classical', 'bohemian', 'vintage', 'kidult', 'artistic', 'extreme compromise', and 'modern'.

The domestic seismic retrofit guide was primally enacted in 1988, then the mandatory target have been consistently. As a result, the rate of earthquake-resistant is achieved 58.3% in public facilities. On the other hand, the rate of earthquake-resistant is low as 24.8% in education facilities. As education facilities damaged from Gyeong-ju, Po-hang earthquake occurred in South-Korea and the rate of earthquake-resistant is low, the seismic retrofit of existing education facilities got to be ordinary people's interest. Therefore, domestic researchers have been developed seismic retrofit methods which can apply to existing educational facilities, It is expected to become more active in the future. However, it is insufficient to consideration that how far domestic technology has been developed. Therefore, the objective of this study is to measure the level of domestic research through comparative analysis between domestic and foreign researches that seismic retrofit methods which can apply to existing educational facilities.

This study analyzed and derived a plan to reduce fuel consumption of domestic aircraft. Specifically, this study tested fuel consumption in the short-distance flights of B737. Fuel consumption was calculated by substituting the simulation variable values into Matlab. The strength of this study is that the actual operating environment was reflected by collecting the B737 flight data. As a result of the study, the domestic fuel consumption rate in the computed flight plan was less than the current fuel consumption rate. Existing limitations of this study is that it was difficult to reflect the various variables constituting the flight environment, and thus there can be errors in the measurement of the fuel consumption. There are two major expected applications from this study. First, applying the plans from this study will lead to a reduction in the amount of fuel and thus provide positive economic effects for commercial airlines. Second, the plan from this study will provide a basis for pilots to predict fuel consumption more accurately. In conclusion, this study proposes a fuel saving plan with useful applications for pilots and airlines.

Currently disputes related to sports arise in various ways. Moreover, as the awareness of the rights of the people in the field of sports grows the chances of disputes occurring increases. Therefore, the number of sports disputes which will be dealt with by courts will increase. On the other hand, there are demands for fast and efficient legal resolutions for diverse sports disputes. However, as a dispute resolution system, the current domestic arbitration for sports disputes exposed several problems: the lack of professional arbitrators for sports disputes, procedural elements of delay, and the lack of promotion of the arbitration system. This study will first analyze the system for the resolution of domestic sports disputes. Then this study will review of the system for the resolution of international sports disputes and propose the establishment of an arbitration system for the resolution of domestic sports disputes.

In viewpoint of visual merchandising, display is recognized as important means of expressing fashion as well as essential factor of stimulating customers' interest in purchase. However, visual merchandising Is relatively new area and the number of specialized display personnels are limited Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the practice of display in domestic fashion industry. For this study the display personnels working in 51 fashion brands were interviewed. The result was analyzed by using frequency count and percentage. It was found that few human resources were undertaking display work in various and abundant stores with relatively frequent display replacement. And main part of display work was performed outside office hours which brought out extension of working tome. Comparatively more budget assigned for ladies 'brand than mens' brand, youngsters 'than middle-ages' and obtaining display-related information was belong done mostly via domestic documentary sources and market researches. In general, optimistic attitudes were significantly shown by the interviewees that the importance of display is increasingly recognized, in the domestic fashion industry and therefore the prospect of display found to be expected as prosperous.

This study proposes SMS(Safety Management System) improvement of domestic railway by intensively comparing railway safety system overseas to reinforce domestic railway safety. UK railways well known the well-organized railway SMS has brought up safety issues on their process of private management. With this process, also, domestic SMS improvements is requested by increasing sense of the safety for general public. This study expects Korean railways to become a well-organized that as removing insecure factors of domestic railway based on result comparing and analyzing the manual, factors and requirements of guideline for internal and external SMS.

This study was carried out to estimate price and domestic consumption functions of chestnut using time series data for the period 1970~1989. Using a regression analysis method, price and domestic consumption functions of chestnut in Korea are estimated. The result of this study reveals that the optimum function of price for chestnut is PR= -249.33965 + 163532.56817 EX/POP-4.10177 PD+4.02877 DC+6056.98339 GDP/POP($R^2$=0.88207), and that optimum function of domestic consumption for chestnut is ln DC=14.97145+1.48279 ln PD/POP - 0.32853 ln GDP - 0.02337 ln PR - 0.12117 ln EX($R^2$=0.98689). On the ground that instability of prices make the income of producer and family finances of consumer unstable, the object of price-policy should be to stabilize price of chestnut in Korea.

The study of this study is to suggest the advanced vision of LRT O&M through comparing the domestic and japanese. Currently local government attract a private capital to construct the LRT competitively. It was investigated the O&M field participation of Light Rail Transit by the Seoul metro which operates Seoul subway 1,2,3,4 lines at this time. But, according to the restricted operation experiences in domestic, Japanese companies which operates a Light Rail Transit in Japan were analysed using several statistics. It were compared with operation plan of domestic execution design phase of representative 4 lines. The analysis gives us some points in common and suggestions that are very important and prerequisite for advancing seoul metro into LRT O&M business.
