표준기상데이터 작성을 위한 국내 기후특성을 고려한 일사량 예측 모델 적합성 평가 (Applicability of the Solar Irradiation Model in Preparation of Typical Weather Data Considering Domestic Climate Conditions)

  • As the energy saving issues become one of the important global agenda, the building simulation method is generally used to predict the inside energy usage to establish the power-saving strategies. To foretell an accurate energy usage of a building, proper and typical weather data are needed. For this reason, typical weather data are fundamental in building energy simulations and among the meteorological factors, the solar irradiation is the most important element. Therefore, preparing solar irradiation is a basic factor. However, there are few places where the horizontal solar radiation in domestic weather stations can be measured, so the prediction of the solar radiation is needed to arrive at typical weather data. In this paper, four solar radiation prediction models were analyzed in terms of their applicability for domestic weather conditions. A total of 12 regions were analyzed to compare the differences of solar irradiation between measurements and the prediction results. The applicability of the solar irradiation prediction model for a certain region was determined by the comparisons. The results were that the Zhang and Huang model showed the highest accuracy (Rad 0.87~0.80) in most of the analyzed regions. The Kasten model which utilizes a simple regression equation exhibited the second-highest accuracy. The Angstrom-Prescott model is easily used, also by employing a plain regression equation Lastly, the Winslow model which is known for predicting global horizontal solar irradiation at any climate regions uses a daily integration equation and showed a low accuracy regarding the domestic climate conditions in Korea.

  • This paper analyzes robotic technology developed for live-line electricity distribution and its applicability to domestic environment. In doing so, available robotic systems developed for the live-line work are thoroughly investigated and compared in terms of from robotic functionality to economic feasibility. To assess the technology readiness for domestic live-line robot, the rubber gloves based direct live-line engineering methods have been also analyzed and mapped into robotic technology requisites. The results are expected as a fundamental data to help with solving the safety and economics issues when considering development and introduction of compact live-line robot for complex domestic electricity distribution environment.

  • This paper elaborates on difficulties when ones tried to apply domestically developed technology to other countries from both technical and sociological aspects. Next, the author proposes possible solutions to expand the applicability of domestic technology. The main one is breaking down a technology to smaller components so that anybody can clarify the applicability of each component. The author presents an example of this methodology to flood hazard mapping.

  • 작물의 안정적 재배에 있어서 적합한 기후는 필수적 요소이며, 이는 곧바로 작물의 생산량 증가로 이어진다. 국내의 경우, 기후변화에 따른 곡물 및 작물의 수량 예측을 위하여 작물모델을 이용한 연구가 진행되었으나, 각기 다른 작물모델의 사용과 국외 실정에 맞춘 입력 자료의 사용으로 연구 결과의 신뢰성을 낮게 하는 경향이 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국외에서 개발된 작물 모델을 비교 분석하여 국내에서의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 또한, 모델별 입력자료 확보 가능성을 기초로 구동 가능 모형을 선정하였으며, 이의 문제점을 파악한 후 국내 적용방안을 제시하였다.

잣나무 소경재의 재질평가를 통한 실내장식용재 개발 (A Development of Interior Decoration Timber with Pinus koraiensis Small Diameter Logs)

  • Among the domestic softwoods, technical value of Pinus koraiensis small diameter logs which have comparatively low applicability was evaluated and sensitive characteristics and physical characteristics were investigated and analyzed for examining if it can be utilized as the interior decoration material. For the sensitive characteristics of Pinus koraiensis, wood figure, wood grain, wood color and odor were evaluated and for the physical characteristics, growth-ring width and latewood percentage, abrasion, density, shrinkage, swelling, absorption, roughness and hardness were evaluated. Then, the possibility to be developed as the interior decoration material was found. As the result of evaluating sensitive characteristics and physical characteristics of domestic Pinus koraiensis, wood figure, wood grain, color and scent clearly were judged to have excellent visual factor as the interior decoration material. And, physical characteristics were also judged to be excellent, so it is judged to be developed as the interior decoration material. Therefore, as the result of various forms of design pattern with domestic Pinus koraiensis small diameter logs, several patterns of interior decoration can be developed by characteristics of each side and colors of heartwood and sapwood. And, in the future, it can be applied to furniture design or interior decoration material for the proper use. Especially, it is considered to contribute to wood applying industry through the study on the quality of domestic small diameter logs which have low applicability.

  • The CISG has been legislated for playing roles as uniform rules which govern international sale of goods. The job of getting unification of the diverse domestic legal systems required almost half century of work. In the process of making the Convention some rules resulted from compromises of nation's relevant interests. The Convention, however, promoted both the legal certainty and harmonization in international trade in that the uniform rules suggest the appropriate resolution to the legal problems in the course of concluding a contract as well as in remedies for breach of contract. This paper focuses systematically on the scope of applicability of the CISG. The Convention deals with contracts for the international sale of goods. However, it does not apply to all kinds of the international sale of goods. The CISG confines the sphere of applicability to a certain type of sales. First of all, the CISG is limited to those contracts having been concluded between a particular group of persons, which is called a personal aspect of applicability. Secondly, the CISG covers a specific category of sales, which is called a material aspect of applicability. Thirdly, the CISG are concluded within a particular period of time, which is called a temporal aspect of applicability. Lastly, the CISG is limited to contracts falling within a given territorial sphere, which is called a territorial aspect of applicability.

심부시추공 처분시스템의 국내적용 가능성 예비 평가 (Preliminary Evaluation of Domestic Applicability of Deep Borehole Disposal System)

  • 현재 기준개념으로 개발하여 상용화 단계에 있는 심층 동굴 처분기술에 대한 대안으로서 지질학적 조건이 더 안정적인 지하 3~5 km의 심도에 사용후핵연료를 포함한 고준위폐기물을 처분하는 심부시추공 처분기술의 국내 적용 가능성을 예비 평가 하였다. 이를 위하여 심부시추공 처분개념의 기술적 적용성 분석에 필요한 국내 기반암 분포특성 및 심부시추공 처분부지 적합성 평가 기술 분석과 대구경 심부시추기술을 평가하였다. 이들 분석결과를 바탕으로 심부시추공 처분시스템 설계 기준 및 요건에 적합한 심부시추공 처분용기 및 밀봉시스템 개념을 설정하여 예비 기준 심부시추공 처분 개념을 도출하였다. 그리고 도출된 예비 기준 처분시스템에 대하여 열적 안정성 및 그래픽 처분환경에서의 처분공정 모사 등 다양한 성능평가를 수행하고 이들을 종합하여 심부시추공 처분시스템의 국내 적용성에 대하여 다양한 관점에서의 예비평가를 수행하였다. 결론적으로, 심부시추공 처분시스템은 처분심도와 단순한 방법으로 인하여 안전성 및 경제적 타당성 측면에서 많은 장점이 있지만, 불확실성을 줄이고 인허가를 획득하기 위해서는 이 기술에 대한 현장실증이 필수적이다. 본 연구결과는 사용후핵연료 관리 국가정책 수립을 위한 공학적 근거자료로 활용이 가능하며, 심부시추공 처분기술에 관심을 갖는 방사성폐기물 관리 이해당사자들에게 필요한 정보자료로 제공될 수 있다.

  • Recently, as part of an effort to realize the low-carbon green growth, the research to measure the degree of greening about the road facility with United States as its center was performed. In addition, the Green-road certification is enforced and applied. In this study, we would like to examine the applicability of the green-road certification to domestic road to promote the settlement of green-road certification system to contribute the related industry development for the green technology development and application and spread in the roads sector.

서버 중심의 취약성 관리를 위한 SCAP 적용 가능성 (SCAP Applicability for Vulnerability Management of Server-Oriented System)

  • Many organizations need to comply with ISMS-P for information systems and personal information management for ISMS-P certification. Organizations should safeguard vulnerablities to information systems. However, as the kinds of information systems are diversified and the number of information systems increases, management of such vulnerabilities manually accompanies with many difficulties. SCAP is a protocol to manage the vulnerabilities of information system automatically with security standards. In this paper, for the introduction of SCAP in domestic domains we verify the applicability of server-oriented system which is one of ISMS-P certification targets. For SCAP applicability, For obtaining this goal, we analyze the structures and functions of SCAP. Then we propose schemes to check vulnerabilities of the server-oriented system. Finally, we implement the proposed schemes with SCAP to show the applicability of SCAP for verifying vulnerabilities of the server-oriented system.
