개인정보 침해위험이 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 - 국내은행의 스마트뱅킹 서비스 중심으로 (Empirical Validation of Personal Information Violation Risks with Use Intention : Focusing on Domestic Smart Banking Services)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is how personal information protection risks affect the intention to use domestic smart banking services. VAM(Value based Adoption Model) model is validated as a theoretical background, selecting ease of use, usefulness and perceived security as a benefit factor, and considers perceived cost, technical complexity, and risk of personal information leakage as a sacrifice factor. Methods: The method of this study used questionnaire survey to collect 365 data on suer's perception on smart banking services, and also performed a structural equation modeling method using by AMOS 23. Results: The result of this paper shows that all hypothesis are accepted statistically significant except 1 hypothesis. Conclusion: This research is concluded that perceived value is affected on statistically positive impact on ease of use, usefulness and perceived security, and negative impact on perceived cost and risk of personal information violation, not statistically technical complexity.

국내 도로터널내 차량항력계수 관련 연구 (A Study on Vehicle Drag Coefficients in Domestic Road Tunnels)

  • 터널환기력 중 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있는 교통환기력을 추정하는데 있어서 항력계수는 중요한 설계인자이다. 현재 국내 도로터널 환기시스템 설계시 적용하고 있는 항력계수는 국내 차량특성을 고려하지 않은 외국자료의 인용, 폐색율 만에 기초하며 슬립스트리밍효과를 고려하지 않고 있는 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 터널내 교통환기력의 정확한 추정에 목표를 두고 (1) 현재 운행 중인 국내차량 특성을 고려한 전면 투영면적를 추정하고, (2) 도로서비스 수준별 차량배치상황을 CFD분석하여 슬립스트림밍 효과를 분석하여 차량 1대당 저항계수인 $K_{blockage}$와 항력계수를 분석하였다.

Epichlorohydrin의 유해성과 작업환경 관리 (Hazards Assessment and Workplace Management of Epichlorohydrin)

  • Objectives: Epichlorohydrin is a material that has been predicted to have high volatility and strong toxicity and is used normally in working area. Therefore, the hazardous and dangerous level and the foreign management system about epichlorohydrin should be invested at home and abroad and through hazard assessment for occupational environment measurement and exposure status of industrial workers in domestic working area. Methods: To assess risk and to suggest Development and Adoption to prevent health damage of workers owing to the epichlorohydrin exposure, the hazardousness and dangerousness of epichlorohydrin and its practical examples and regulation level for domestic and abroad health impairment are researched on the base of various references. Results: The epichlorohydrin caused skin and mucus membrane irritation, respiratory paralysis, kidney and live damage under the influence of acute toxicity and in animal study, it was confirmed as a doubtful carcinogenic substance to trigger reducement of sperm number and reproduction ability, abnormal spermatogenesis, mutagen, increase of forestomach epithelium and occurrence of papilloma and so on, as well as it induced stimulus asthma and allergic contact dermatitis for exposure workers. Conclusions: Epichlorohydrin was found to occur allergic contact dermatitis, carcinogenesis doubt and reproduction toxicity and was verified as a material which would be established reinforcement of management level to care health of handlers, such as denotement dangerousness of skin absorption.

Environmental Damage Theory Applicable to Kenya

  • Purpose: This study seeks to establish the environmental damage theory applicable to Kenya. The analysis is based on annual data drawn from World Bank on carbon dioxide emissions (CO2e) and gross domestic product per capita (GDPPC) for Kenya spanning 1963 to 2017. Research Methodology: The study adopts explanatory research design and autoregressive distributed lag model for analysis. Results: The results revealed a coefficient of -0.017 for GDPPC and 0.004 for GDPPC squared indicating that economic growth has negative effect on CO2e in the initial stages of growth but positive effect in the high growth regime with the marginal effect being higher in the initial growth regime. The findings suggest a U-shaped relationship consistent with Brundtland Curve Hypothesis (BCH). Conclusions: The findings emphasize the need for sustainable development path that enables present generations to meet own needs without compromising the capacity of future generations to meet their own. Sustainable development may include, investment in renewable energies like wind, solar and adoption of energy efficient technologies in production and manufacturing. The study concludes that BCH is applicable to Kenya and that developing affordable and effective mechanisms to boost sustainable development implementation is necessary to decrease the anthropogenic impact in the environment without any attendant reduction in the economic growth.

ISO/IEC에서의 국가별 무역기술표준 개발 참여 평가 (Assessing Participation in the ISO/IEC Standards Development by Country)

  • A country's participation in international technical standards development directly relates to its trade competitiveness. Many countries adopt international standards or influence their development process through the ISO/IEC. This study applies the ABCD Model to assess such activities through a constructed ITS index, not only in terms of 'level' of contribution but also in terms of 'process' participation that can give important implications related to the future potential influence of countries in standards development. Having examined seven countries, Korea showed the lowest score implying the need to enhance its performance in both 'international standards adoption' and 'internationalization of domestic standards'. Korea needs to more actively participate in currently on-going standards development processes, establish more offices that improve accuracy in the development, and consider participating in additional committees where domestic interests may potentially be at stake. Although KATS has improved greatly in regards to its relevant activities and database construction, a more active and specific plan must be made to allow its efforts to successfully influence Korea in international standards development. Confronted with strong challenges from directly competing countries in trade like China and Japan that showed better ITS scores, there is a need for Korea to step up its research and participation in this field.

통합기술수용이론 요인 기반 국내 화물운송 플랫폼 수용의도에 관한 연구 (A study on Factors Affecting to Domestic Cargo Transportation Platform Adoption Using the UTAUT Model)

  • This study is to examine the perception and difference of existing market participants on the intention of accepting domestic cargo transportation platform and analyze the effect of the intention on acceptance using UTAUT. Through the analysis, we can quantitatively examine the expectation of the cargo transportation platform expected by the participants in the transportation market and suggest implications. As the results of the analysis of variance conducted to understand the difference according to the variables of each industry, it was found that there was no difference in attitude according to the cargo transportation platform for workers of various companies such as transportation, distribution, and manufacturing. The results of the test showed that performance expectation, effort expectation, significance influence, and social impact had a positive (+) effect on acceptance intention. However, the hypothesis that perceived risk would have negative (-) effects on acceptance intention was not significant and was rejected.

건축행정시스템의 단계적 BIM 도입 범위 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ranging of Phased BIM Introduction Into the Architectural Information System)

  • 본 연구는 국내외 건축행정시스템 실태 및 관계법령을 검토하고, 건축서비스산업 실태를 분석하여 건축행정시스템의 단계적 BIM 도입 범위를 제안하였다. 국내외에서 건축행정시스템의 BIM 도입은 대체로 미진한 상황이고 싱가포르만이 별도의 BIM 제출 서비스를 제공하는 등 선도적으로 BIM을 도입하고 있다. BIM 적용 대상 건축물에 대한 기준은 건축인허가 절차와 연속되도록 하는 것이 바람직하므로 관련법에서 규정하는 건축물의 규모 및 종류를 분석하여 단계적 도입 범위를 설정하였다. 각 범위에 포함되는 건축물 설계의 건축사사무소 규모별 참여비율을 분석한 결과 건축물의 층수와 연면적이 증가할수록 소규모 건축사사무소의 설계 수행 비율은 감소하고 대규모 건축사사무소의 비율은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. BIM 도입이 대규모 건축사사무소 위주로 진행되고 있으므로 건축행정시스템의 BIM 도입은 대규모 건축물부터 점차 작은 규모의 건축물로 단계적으로 확산해 나가는 것이 바람직하다. 최종적으로 본 연구는 건축행정시스템의 BIM 도입을 6단계로 나누고 건축행정절차에 따라 세분한 BIM의 활성화 및 연착륙을 유도하는 로드맵을 수립하였다.

의료영상정보공유를 위한 병원정보시스템의 표준화 연구 (Study on the Standardization of Hospital Information System for Medical Image Information Sharing)

  • As the adoption of PACS and hospital information system among university hospitals and hospital level institutions grows bigger, the need of sharing and transferring medical information among medical institutions is rising. For the medical information, which is saved in the hospital medical system, to be transferred within the same hospital, domestic, or foreign medical institutions, a standard protocol is necessary. But realistically, most of the domestic hospitals do not abide by H7L which is the HIS standard and so, information transferring is not possible as of present. As such, the purpose of this research is to implement the information between HIS and PACS to an international standard by constructing HL7 messages through HL7 Interface. which will eventually make possible information transferring between different hospitals. Our research team has developed a method which will make the PACS equip hospitals that do not follow HL7 standard which will make possible to transfer information between HIS and PACS through HL7 Message. By constructing message files, which follow the form of HL7 Message in the HL7 Interface, they can be transferred to PACS through the ftp protocol. The realization of the HIS/OCS Interface through HL7 enables data transferring between domestic and foreign medical institutions possible by implementing the international standard in the PACS and HIS data transferring process. The HL7 that our research team has developed made patient data transfer between medical institutions possible. The Interface is for a specific system model and in order for the data transfer between different systems to be realized, interfaces that are fit for each system must be needed. If the interface is improvised and implemented to each hospital's information system, the data sharing among medical institutions can be broadened.

국내외 클라우드 서비스 이용약관 비교 분석 연구 (A Comparative Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Cloud Service Agreements)

  • 미래창조과학부는 2015년 9월부터 '클라우드 컴퓨팅 발전 및 이용자 보호에 관한 법률'을 시행하여 국내 클라우드 산업의 활성화를 도모하고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 발전법은 발전기반 조성 및 이용 촉진을 위한 신뢰성 향상과 이용자 보호를 주된 내용으로 한다. 클라우드 시장의 수요확대를 위해서는 개별적인 이용자의 신뢰도를 높이는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 아직까지는 클라우드 서비스 이용 활성화 지원을 위한 실무적 접근이 미흡한 상황이다. 실제로 국내에서는 클라우드 서비스 이용약관의 기준이 마련되어 있지 않고 서비스 제공자별로 이용약관들이 서로 다른 형식으로 존재하여 이용자가 약관들을 일일이 비교하기 어려울 뿐만 아니라 불공정 약관으로 인한 피해가 발생할 우려가 있다. 따라서 이용자 보호를 위한 클라우드 약관의 불공정성에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내·외 시행 중인 클라우드 서비스 이용약관을 비교·분석하고 미국 클라우드 표준 고객 협회의 클라우드 서비스 약관 가이드를 참고하여 클라우드 서비스 표준약관의 방향성을 제시한다.

  • The most recent building trend is going large, high rise, high strength as overlarge project is developing in domestic construction business. Belite cement has properties like low heat, excellent long term strength, and durability without admixture(fly ash, silica fume). so, Beilte cement is suitable for mass structure which is needed high strength, high fluidity and low heat property. This study is to examine the possibility if site adoption microwave-use early strength estimation method. Based on the existed study related the portland cement, the interrelation between Belite cement and microwave-use early strength estimation method is required. In this study, interrelation between mortar and Evaluating strength estimation method is investigated before the concrete experiment.
