GIS 예방진단 시스템을 위한 정시간성 보장형 통신기기 개발 (Development on Communication Device with Timeliness Guaranteed for "GIS Preventive and Diagnosis System")

  • There has been increasing interests of condition monitoring and diagnosis for electric equipment, which lead to the development of this system domestic and abroad. In the past, operators' interest was how to quickly repair and restore the electric equipments after failure. But, due to the North American Blackout in 2003 and the aging of equipments, users have paid attention to the condition based monitoring of electric equipment to prevent a fault like outrage. GIS-PDS("GIS Preventive and Diagnosis System") requiresa large amount of measurement data with timeliness for monitoring and analysis of real-time state of GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear). We developed the timeliness-guaranteed communication device for GIS-PDS.

항공 시뮬레이터를 위한 OpenSceneGraph기반의 고도 정보 구현 방안 (Implementation of Altitude Information for Flight Simulator in OpenSceneGraph)

  • When it comes to develop flight simulator, HAT (Height Above Terrain) is required to provide altitude information to the pilot who learns how to control an airplane in landing and takeoff situation. However, there might be inconsistent problem between real terrain and simulation information since current implementation of HAT simply depends on center of gravity point on the airplane. To overcome mentioned problem, in this paper, we propose how to obtain more accurate altitude information than existing scheme by making use of HAT and HOT (Height Of Terrain) information of landing equipments according to movement of the airplane. Moreover, we demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed scheme through new flight simulator developed through OSG(OpenSceneGraph) by taking example of terrain information for domestic airport.

  • Risk importance measures are widely wed to rank risk contributors in risk-based applications. Typically, Fussell-Vesely (F-V) importance and risk achievement worth (RAW) are used in the component importance raking for the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) analysis of safety system in nuclear power plants (NPPs). This study was performed as part of feasibility study on RCM for domestic NPPs, which is focused on the component importance ranking approach the maintenance recommendation. The approach of modulizing faulting tree basic events was applied in the simplification process of the PSA model and the validity of the approach was evaluated As a result of the case study, this paper included the importance and the maintenance recommendations for the safety-related equipments associated with safety injection and containment spray in large loss of coolant accident sequences.

보육시설의 피난안전 관련 주요 기준 분석 및 실태조사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Major Standards and Actual Conditions of Evacuation Safety in Child Care Facility)

  • 최근 보육시설의 확충과 보육환경의 개선, 보육서비스 질 향상에 대한 사회적 욕구는 급속히 증가하고 있으며, 특히 화재 등으로부터 안전환경 확보가 범국가적 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 보육시설은 영유아 등 재실자의 대부분이 피난능력이 떨어지는 재해약자로 구성되어 건물 내 설치층수, 피난시설의 설치 적정성 등이 피난안전을 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 보육시설 설치현황, 국내외 관련 기준의 비교분석, 피난 관련 시설의 실태조사 등을 통하여 보육시설 피난안전성 측면에서의 문제점과 개선요소를 파악하였다. 그 결과 화재안전 관련 법규정의 체계화, 비상재해대비시설의 설치기준 및 관리에 대한 소방기관과의 연계, 스프링클러 등 보다 강화된 소방설비 설치규정의 개선, 화재위험시설과 동일 건물 내 설치금지 등이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

Exploratory Study on the Success Factors of Rehabilitation Medical Device Cluster

  • Purpose - As Korea is reaching a post-aged society, the number of chronic illness is increasing, and the demand for rehabilitation medical device is growing. Although there is high potential for the growth in rehabilitation industry, because most of the related companies in Korea are relatively small, lacking capital or R&D resource, it is difficult for them to create an innovative product, and currently most of the high-tech equipments are imported. Therefore a medical device cluster, where business, research, medical institutes and universities may work cooperatively to enhance research development and solve issues is necessary for future development. Research design, data, methodology - In this method we have done a literature review of the rehabilitation industry and industrial cluster. Based on the studies, we have conducted an exploratory factor analysis by studying examples of foreign and domestic medical clusters and drawing success factors in forming a medical cluster. Next based on the studies we have conducted a survey to domestic medical device companies to find their difficulties and needs to form a successful medical device cluster. Results - This paper provides both theoretic review on success factors of forming a medical device cluster and practical analysis using case study and survey. Conclusion - The significance of this paper is that based on the literature review, we have compared actual examples of domestic/foreign medical clusters and drawn difference and coincidence between literature and actual cluster success factor. We were also able to conduct a survey on actual medical device companies and through the results we were able to search difficulties and necessities of medical device companies.

국내 고속전력선통신 도입을 위한 기술기준 분석 (Analysis on Technical Standard for High Speed Power Line Communications)

  • This paper represents analysis on domestic technical regulation of high speed power line communications(PLC). Also it gives comparison of regulations for several countries which include U.S., Europe, and Japan. Power line communications radiates harmful interference in below 30MHz. This may intervene other radio equipments. The technical regulation must protect interference and provide clean radio environment. Finally this paper gives the proposal which is drafted by field tests for introducing high speed PLC.

  • Wood Plastic Composite(WPC) has been introduced as a new constructional material in Europe and North America. The maintenance-free durability against weather was accepted by customers and the environment-friendly merits ignited the abrupt increase of market size. Domestic major companies have kicked off the WPC business at the market of outdoor constructional materials. Due to the high contents of natural wood fiber, the production equipments should be modified to remove the moisture, to prevent thermal degradation and to promote output rates. Materials including functional fillers play a critical role in rheological properties, which affects the physical and mechanical properties of the last products. More research might be performed for synergy effects combined by various academic fields from mechanical and chemical engineering to polymer process and material science.

건설장비 플릿관리 시스템 적용시 생산성 분석 (Productivity analysis using a Fleet Management System for Construction Equipment)

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래와 IoT 기술의 접목을 통하여 건설산업을 발전 시키기 위한 다양한 연구가 국내·외에서 진행되고 있다. 특히 다수다종의 건설장비가 투입되는 대단지 토공현장에서 건설장비의 관제 시스템은 생산성 증대를 위하여 매우 중요하다. 이러한 이유로 건설장비 최적운영 플릿관리 시스템이 개발되었고, 현장에서 적용과정 중에 문제점이 도출되어 단계별로 개선이 필요하게 되었다. 건설장비 최적운영 플릿관리시스템의 현장 적용과정을 검증하기 위해 실제 현장에 사용되었던 데이터와 본 시스템을 이용하여 생성된 현장자료를 입력하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 데이터를 비교하여 생산성 분석을 진행하였다. 분석은 굴삭기와 덤프에 국한하여 진행하였으며, 분석결과 시간당 작업율이 4 %대로 증가, 반면에 원가는 4 %로 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 적용한 현장에 따라서 분석결과는 상이할 수 있지만, 토공현장 단지사업에서 장비의 작업량 증가와 원가 감소를 보여준 것은 생산성 증대를 검증한 것으로 사료된다.

국내 의류학분야 학과의 어패럴CAD 교육현황 (The Present Situations of the Apparel CAD Education in Clothing Departments in Domestic Colleges)

  • Nowadays the Apparel CAD is required in the clothing industries. So many domestic Apparel education institutions are interested in the Apparel CAD education. By investigating the present Apparel CAD education situations in college, the writer shows some data that are helpful to solve the problems in these parts. The purpose of this study is to give some helps in teaching the Apparel CAD in college. The results of this study are as followings, as the use of CAD systems is growing in the clothing industries, many colleges are concerned with the Apparel CAD. As a result, many colleges equip the Apparel CAD systems and the Apparel CAD is taught as special lectures, the part of other courses or regular course in many colleges. Apparel CAD should be taught as a regular course in colleges. And it should be taught systematically with Design CAD and Pattern CAD. But it is taught limitedly as special lectures, the part of other courses and post graduate studies. So it is impossible to educate the students professionally. As many colleges the CAD equipments are not opened to the students, the student's use of CAD systems are limited, so educational environment needs to improve to use CAD systems freely.

휴대용 음향기기 소음실태 및 소음도 평가 (The Survey for the Maximum Noise Level of Portable Audio Equipments and Its Assessment)

  • Recently, the impact on hearing induced by using of portable audio equipment have been actively studied. In general, Because they turn the volume up with loud background noise, they may expose to louder noise. In this study, we investigated the maximum noise level of 20 the domestic potable audio equipment and estimated the impact of the hearing induced by portable audio equipment in according to exposure time. As a result, the use of portable audio equipment is assumed to be more three hours when the level of more than 50 % of volume is most likely to affect the hearing.
