The importance of biocomposites has increased owing to the changes in global consumption trends and rapid climate change. Technologies using mushroom mycelium cultivation, and molding methods for mycelial application have gained attention as potential strategies for producing eco-friendly composites. Currently, mushroom mycelia are used as raw materials for food and cosmetics; however, research on their utilization as biocomposite materials is limited. Therefore, the potential for the development of mushroom mycelium-related products and technologies is high. This review analyzes the domestic and international patent application trends related to the technologies for composite (packaging, insulation, adhesives, and leather) and food (substitute for meat) materials using mushroom mycelium, as an eco-friendly biocomposite material, to provide objective patent information that can further research and development (R&D) in this field.

본 연구는 1996-2015년 기간 동안 개인이 아닌 기업이나 기관이 미국 특허청(USPTO)에 출원 및 등록한 특허자료를 사용하여 우리나라 지식전파의 지역화 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 Jaffe, Trajtenberg, and Henderson (1993)이 제시한 '샘플-매칭(matched-sample)' 분석틀을 활용하였으며, 지식 생산의 지리적 집적 분포를 통제한 후 국내에 있는 발명가의 특허를 국내 다른 발명가가 인용할 확률과 해외에 있는 발명가가 인용할 확률을 비교하는 방식으로 지식전파의 지역화 효과를 추정하였다. 분석결과, 우리나라 지식전파의 지역화 효과의 증거를 발견할 수 없었으며 오히려 감소하고 있는 추세를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지식 창출의 지리적 집적 정도를 통제한 후에는 국내 발명가의 특허를 타 기관이나 기업 소속의 국내 다른 발명가가 인용할 확률과 해외에 있는 발명가가 인용할 확률이 같거나 오히려 후자가 높은 것을 의미한다. 아울러 본 연구는 국내 지역별 및 산업별 지식전파의 지역화 효과와 함께, 한국의 지역화 효과를 대만과 일본의 경우와 비교분석 하였다.

본 연구에서는 국내·해외의 성과평가 사례들에 대하여 조사 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고, 특허 창출 성과자료 또는 기업현황 자료의 분석을 통해 국가 R&D 성과평가 체계에 맞는 질적, 양적 특허성과 평가 지표와 평가 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 또한 이를 해외 수출 및 기술력이 우수한 특정 기업군에 적용하기 위하여 실태 조사 결과를 바탕으로 특허전략 지원사업 성과 분석 사례 연구를 하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 특허전략 지원사업이라는 한정된 사업 범위 또는 사업 특성에서 기인하는 성과평가 지표 개발의 한계점은 있으나 이전 연구 및 국내·해외 사례 분석을 통해 질적 평가체계를 검토하고 활용 가능한 특허성과의 평가 지표를 제시하고자 하였다. 지원사업 성과와 관련된 데이터 접근 및 수집의 문제로 인해 성과분석이 충분한 수준으로 이루어지지 못한 한계점을 가지고 있으나 그럼에도 불구하고 향후 R&D 지원사업, 특허전략 지원사업 등의 종료 후에도 추적조사를 통해 후속 성과분석 등이 이루어 질 수 있으므로 사업종료 시의 성과추적조사에 활용할 수 있는 성과지표 및 성과분석의 가이드 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 여러 산업 분야에서 범용적으로 활용될 수 있는 NFT(Non-Fungible Token)에 대해 토픽 모델링 기법을 활용하여 최근의 NFT 산업 동향에 대한 분석 결과를 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 산업 동향을 파악하기 위해 특허 데이터를 활용하였으며, NFT 표준안이 처음으로 발표되었던 2017년부터 2023년 10월까지 특허정보검색서비스 키프리스에 등록된 NFT 관련 국내·외 특허 각각 371건, 454건의 특허 데이터를 수집하였다. 다음으로 전처리 작업에서 불용어, 표제어를 제거 후 명사 단어만을 추출하였고, 분석 방법으론 빈도수에 따른 상위 50개의 단어를 나열하고, 단어마다 계산된 TF-IDF 값을 같이 확인하여 산업 동향의 핵심 키워드를 도출하였다. 다음으로, LDA 알고리즘을 활용해 국내·외 별로 특허 데이터에서 잠재된 4개의 주요 주제를 도출하였다. 도출한 주제별로 내용을 분석하고, 실제 NFT 산업사례를 근거로 들어 NFT 산업 동향 분석내용을 제시하였다. 선행연구에서는 논문 데이터를 통해 학술적 관점에서 동향을 제시하였다면 본 연구는 현장 실무에 기반을 둔 데이터를 활용하여 실용적인 동향 내용을 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, NFT 산업계 관련자들이 시장 현황 파악 및 새로운 아이템 창출을 위한 참고용으로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

Aims: We have examined and analyzed trends of acupuncture related patents to understand the status of acupuncture technology and research trends of acupuncture in major countries including Korea, the United States, European Union and Japan. Methods: To analyze the patents, we searched and analyzed the total of 1,048 on-line DB based patents under time limit of July, 2006. Results: According to the search results, Korea is mostly superior compared to the others in number of domestic patents. However, Korea patents is inferior in number of international patents and leave much to be desired in industrial applications because of low patents barrier of personal patents and the absence of prospective clients. In addition, in this study, we show an index of international competitiveness and preliminary data of necessity of international cooperation in a field of acupuncture researches. Conclusion: These data suggest that Korea has strong possibility to recover competitiveness for guaranteeing valuable patents, if there are international cooperation and intensive managements of industries in advanced country markets.

This project is planned to grasp the present situation of traditional medicine part in our country and to study protection method about this by the intellectual property which is the international concerning point recently. Through this, we will be able to devise means to deal with protection method of traditional medicine being developed by WIPO now. Traditional medicine field In our country Is organized with specific condition separated into the part of institution and the part of non-institution. So, because of the closed peculiarity, we have experienced the difficulties to understand the real facts about traditional medicine. We cannot be indifferent to the matter anymore. Because the expectation of object people is high, we could expect the realization of research content. In 1 detail project, we investigated the situation of traditional medicine in our country through various collecting methods for excavation of oriental treatment technique and herb medicine which is worth protecting. With it, we sorted again into 56 kinds of 11 parts through analysis of validity in the way of oriental medicine. And we tried to link this up 2 detail project which is about legal and institutional guarantee concerning protection. furthermore, we tried to find approach ways for security of objectivity into 4 steps with the example of model disease. we could complete practical classification of traditional medicine in our country. In 2 detail project, we studied the protection method by the intellectual property through research result in 1 detail project. For this, we observed an outline of the intellectual property including a patent application analysis in folk traditional medicine part, and problems of traditional medicine protection and world trend by traditional knowledge protection tendency and the patent law In domestic traditional medicines, the aspects unprotectable with the patent law now were remained. So, we suggested supplementary plan. And we also suggested the freedom of utilization between traditional medicine possession countries (in-situ utilization) and the demand compensation payment for a third country (ex-situ utilization) in connection with international movement.

사용후핵연료의 파이로처리기술에 대한 국내외 특허동향을 분석하였다. 1975-2009년에 걸쳐 한국, 미국, 일본 및 유럽연합에서 출원된 특허에 대하여 출원국별, 출원인별, 연도별 및 세부기술분야별로 구분하여 그 내용을 비교함으로써 파이로처리기술 개발 현황을 분석하였다. 그리고 주요 출원인의 세부기술별 특허활동지수로부터 특정분야의 기술개발 편중도, 분석대상 특허의 피인용횟수와 패밀리수로부터 각국의 기술 경쟁력을 조사하였다. 또 장차 파이로처리기술의 실용화에 대비하여 필수 요소기술들을 도출하고 그에 대한 현기술 수준과 기술개발동향 등을 파악하였다.

국내 포토레지스트 스트리퍼의 연간 소요량은 약 1000억원 규모(50, 000톤)로 대부분 전량 수입에 의존하고 있으나, 폐스트리퍼에는 각종 불순물이 함유되어 있어, 소각 또는 낮은 수준으로 재활용되어 오는데 그치고 있다. 최근 경제적 측면과 효율성 측면에서 스트리퍼 폐액의 재활용 기술이 폭넓게 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스트리퍼 폐액의 재활용에 관한 특허 기술을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 2007 9월까지 미국, 유럽연합, 일본과 한국에서 출원 및 공개된 특허로 제한하였다. 특허들은 전체적으로 검색어를 사용하여 수집되었고, 기준 기술 이외의 것을 여과하였다. 특허기술의 경향은 년도와 국가별, 기업 및 관련기술 분야별로 분석되었다.

정부가 주도하는 종래의 하향식 무기체계 개발방식은 기술의 발전속도가 급격하게 빨라짐에 따라, 기술 진부화라는 문제에 직면하게 되었다. 이에 따라 정부는 방위산업 분야에도 기업 주도의 상향식 사업추진 방식을 점진적으로 확대 적용해오고 있다. 상향식 사업추진 방식의 핵심 성공요소는 무엇보다도 방산 기업의 기술기획 역량이다. 본 논문은 국내 방산 기업이 기술기획 활동에 활용할 수 있도록 데이터 마이닝 기법을 통해 특허 데이터를 분석하는 방법을 제시하였다. 주요 내용은 군 통신·전자 분야에 해당하는 기업선정 기법을 제안하고 국제특허분류(IPC)에 대해서 주성분 분석과 군집 분석을 수행하는 것이다. 이를 통해, 9개 기업의 특허를 기반으로 군 통신·전자 분야의 기술을 4개의 그룹으로 분류하고 각 그룹의 대표 기업을 도출하였다.

기술의 발전과 융복합화가 진행되면서 전유 메커니즘에 대한 기업들의 관심이 나날이 증가를 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 IT기업의 전유 메커니즘 효과성에 대해 파악을 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구 검토와 전문가를 통해 최종적으로 7개의 전유 메커니즘을 도출하고 이를 실증분석하였다. 분석결과, SW기업에서는 리드타임, 특허, 영업비밀, 보완적 판매 및 서비스, 디자인 등록, 보완적 제조, 학습곡선효과 순으로 그 중요도가 나타났다. HW 기업에서는 특허, 영업비밀, 리드타임, 디자인 등록, 보완적 판매 및 서비스, 학습곡선효과, 보완적 제조 순으로 그 중요도가 나타났다. 또한 공통적으로 특허, 영업비밀, 리드타임이 중요한 요인으로 선정이 되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업에서 전유 메커니즘 전략을 수립하는데 있어 유용한 가이드라인으로 활용이 가능할 것으로 보인다.
