우리나라 아파트 관리문제의 시대적 변천 고찰 -한국일보 기사분석을 통하여- (The Changes of Apartment House Managerial Problems through the Daily Newspapers -From the first number to 1991 the articles of the Han-Kook Newspaper-)

  • This is study on the changes of the Apartment House Managerial Problems to grope for the way of more practical management about increasing the apartment house in Korea. The documentary research method was used for this study and the Han-Kook newspapers (1954-1991) was used as an analysis data. On the basis of it, we examined the changes, such as the number of whole articles by time series and the column of head title. We also classified it into several subjects and analyzed it. Finally, we attempted to divide an chronological section on the Changes of the Apartment House Managerial Problems. On the basis of this study, we expect that various documents, related laws and regulations will be analyzed in no distant future. These is going to make the Apartment House Managerial Problems gave more systemic and efficiency.

주거학 전공자를 위한 주거복지 교육 프로그램 모델 개발 (Educational Program Model of Housing Welfare)

  • The purpose of this study was to survey curriculum of the department of housing and to develop housing welfare educational program in order to offer the information helpful to the professional of housing education and housing policy makers. Documentary research and content analysis methods were used in this study. Data drawn from internet homepage of each universities and public institutions. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) There were 30 universities which has related to the department of housing and the name of major was very various. The half of their curriculum were housing and interior design. 2) The housing welfare educational program should be step by step. The first is basic step to learn basic theory of housing and to establish concept of housing welfare. The second is application and practice step of housing design and housing policy and housing economics. The third is specific application step to consider that who were taker from the housing welfare policy and to take practical training in field.

Risk Assessment in the UK Health and Safety System: Theory and Practice

  • In the UK, a person or organisation that creates risk is required to manage and control that risk so that it is reduced 'So Far As Is Reasonably Practicable (SFAIRP).' How the risk is managed is to be determined by those who create the risk. They have a duty to demonstrate that they have taken action to ensure all risk is reduced SFAIRP and must have documentary evidence, for example a risk assessment or safety case, to prove that they manage the risks their activities create. The UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) does not tell organisations how to manage the risks they create but does inspect the quality of risk identification and management. This paper gives a brief overview of where responsibility for occupational health and safety lies in the UK, and how risk should be managed through risk assessment. The focus of the paper is three recent major UK incidents, all involving fatalities, and all of which were wholly avoidable if risks had been properly assessed and managed. The paper concludes with an analysis of the common failings of risk assessments and key actions for improvement.

Success Story: How Storytelling Contributes to BTS's Brand

  • Good storytelling is at the heart of BTS as both a brand and a band. Modern brands know that story is no longer an option, but a requirement for keeping audiences engaged. With their consistent and creative reliance on story, BTS has transformed the K-Pop landscape, providing a framework for others in the industry that relies on open-structure narratives, sincerity, and active audience engagement, among other components. To investigate BTS's storytelling strategies, this article breaks down how stories permeate BTS's content, from music and videos to the Bangtan Universe and documentary films. The importance of transmedia storytelling and participatory audiences is also examined. The analysis resulted in a proposed framework that suggests the following components: 1) story as central to the brand; 2) authenticity and sincerity; 3) idol participation in creative output; 4) use of transmedia storytelling and story gaps; 5) intertextuality and cohesion; 6) opportunities for audience engagement; and 7) dedicated creative staff. Utilizing this framework can help K-Pop groups elevate their brands, better use storytelling elements, and gain larger, more engaged audiences.

  • The design and implementation of the so-called Mexican Fourth Transformation(Cuarta Transformacion, 4T), as an alternative form of government, faces daily the attack and violence of conservatism through a permanent campaign that seeks to instill fear in society, based on a web of lies that tries to create the image of a situation of political ungovernance in the public opinion. This work is a documentary analysis that accounts for the types of harassment of the conservative elite against the 4T; the objective is to show the forms of violence that threaten democracy. In conclusion, this study attempts to argue that the violence that conservative neoliberals caused against the 4T has its origin in that they feel threatened, because the reform policy of AMLO goes against their class interests.

여성 한복의 형태 및 장식의 변화 분석 -결혼사진에 나타난 신랑, 신부 어머니 복식을 중심으로- (Analysis of Attires and Decorative Features in Formal Context -Emphasis on Formal Attires of Bride and Bridegroom′s Mothers in Families′Wedding photographs-)

  • The purposes of the study were to analyze the changes in formal attires and decorative features of middle age Korean women during the last half of 20th century and to find out any significant differences in formal attires according to periods. The study was a documentary research, and data were collected from 344 family wedding photographs by convenient sampling. The statistics used were content analysis, frequency and a time series analysis, and the results were as follows : 1. Four schematic clusters of formal attires were categorized according to skirt(chima) length and width, jacket(jogori) length, motifs and decorative features; simple classic, decorative classic, fashionable, and extravagant fashionable. Simple classic attires were popular until 1960s, the decorative classics were appeared from late 1960s to 1970s, fashionable attires were introduced from the late 1970s and the attires became more luxurious and extravagant until 2000. 2. Color symbolism in couples mothers'attires according to the couples gender - pink or red for the bride's mother and blue or green for groom's mother - was introduced from the late 1970s, and reached the maximum level by the early 1980s but slowly disappeared after the late 1980s. 3. The complete fashion cycle did not exist in the formal attires'change, however, since the Period of data were ranged from 1943 to 2000, the 57 years period may not long enough to measure a complete fashion cycle.

컨버전스 트렌드에 의한 패션 디자인 (Convergence in Fashion Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of convergence which is one of the trendy issues as a new digital paradigm of Integrative thinking in 21st century, to analyze the plastic feature and internal meaning of convergence expressed in fashion design, and to grasp the cultural symbolism through this aesthetic analysis. Because there have been considerable discussions on convergence, centering on industrial product area associated with media, I will proceed my study on the basis of them. For this, the documentary study and practical case study have been executed. This study will be helpful to find a direction of future fashion design trend. Convergence in digital stage can be defined as a phenomenon which different functions of product move towards one direction for greater efficiency, and not only as a technical integration between functions of product, but also an extension of area. Convergence can be classified by their use as (1) convergence for convenient daily life (2) convergence with intelligent scientific technology (3) convergence for entertainment on the basis of sensual experience. The plasticity of convergence designs feature as a open dynamic structure which potentiate transformation and their internal meaning can be inquired such qualities as integrative multiplicity, efficiency, mobility, intelligence. Specially convergence fashion design has protection qualify resulting from wearability on body. Ultimately convergence fashion design as a future digital paradigm can be thought as both eco-friendly design and human-centered design from positive technology-based viewpoint, because it is easy to transform according to our environment, convenient to reserve, and efficient to enhance spatial usibility.

완주 송광사 나한전 단청안료 분석 (Analysis of Dancheong pigments at the Nahanjeon Songkwangsa Temple, Wanju)

  • 전라북도에 소재한 유형목조문화재의 단청기록화 사업의 일환으로 송광사 나한전(전라북도 유형문화재 제172호)에 채색된 안료에 대한 X-선형광분석을 실시하였으며, 이들에 대한 색상별 안료의 성분과 보수시기의 동일성을 비교하였다. 분석결과 주성분 및 미량성분을 검토한 결과 나한전에 사용된 안료는 청색은 군청(($3NaAl{\cdot}SiO_4{\cdot}Na_2S_2$), 녹색은 양록($Cu(C_2H_3O_2)_2{\cdot}3Cu(AsO_2)_3$, 주황은 장단($Pb_3O_4$), 황색은 크롬옐로($PbCrO_4$)로 분류되었다. 나한전 외부, 내부의 안료 성분분석으로는 채색 시기를 구별하긴 어려웠다.

패션필름의 형식과 내용표현의 유형 (The Type of Format and Content Expression of Fashion Film)

  • This study analyzed the type of format and content expression of fashion films, from the perspective of promotion and advertisement. For the analysis, a reference research and case study were employed. Our results showed that the format type of fashion films are categorized as movie type; films that convey a story through lines and provide an interesting element as well as artistic value;, video clip films which consist of intriguing sections in a short-length film;, animation type; films that deliver a message through the virtualized world and a created character;, and music video fashion films that use the musical technique to convey how the story of fashion film is structured. The type of content expression of fashion films are divided into direct expression, which exposes the collection of clothes and accessories directly in fashion films;, metaphorical type; which visually delivers the brand image and product;, and the documentary type; that delivers the brand story and historical facts related to the brand. The study on the analysis of fashion films through type of format and content expression shows how fashion brands effectively and strongly promote their products, enhance their brand values, and increase an interest among the customers.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외식산업을 중심으로 한 서비스산업 종사원의 인식된 사회적 교환관계와 조직시민행동 간의 영향관계를 파악하여 서비스산업의 인적자원관리의 효율성을 제고하는데 있으며, 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌적 연구와 구조모형분석을 이용한 실증적 연구를 함께 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 사회적 교환관계는 인식된 상사지원, 인식된 동료지원, 인식된 조직지원으로 구성하였고, 조직시민행동은 개인에 대한 조직시민행동과 조직에 대한 조직시민행동으로 구성하여 각 변수들 간의 영향관계를 파악하였으며, 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 서비스산업의 인적자원관리 방안을 제시하였다.
