현대의 인터넷 환경에서는 다양한 서비스 채널을 통해 정보의 유통이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 환경에서는 기존의 정보보호의 한계를 이용하는. 특히 사회 공학적 공격 기법을 활용하는 DoI(Denial of Information. 정보거부) 공격과 같은 사이버공격으로 인해 중요한 보안 문제를 유발 할 수 있다. DoI 공격은 악의적인 공격자가 유용한 정보임을 가장하여 의도적으로 악성정보를 포함하여 유통함으로서, 네트워크 사용자가 원하는 정보를 찾아서 자기 것으로 만드는데 필요한 다양한 가용 자원을 소모하도록 하는 공격이다. 본고에서는 현재 만연하는 DoI 공격의 형태 및 상황을 알아보고. DoI 공격을 대응하기 위한 프레임워크는 어떤 것이 있는지 살펴본다.

360 video is attracting attention as immersive media with the spread of VR applications, and MPEG-I (Immersive) Visual group is actively working on standardization to support immersive media experiences with up to six degree of freedom (6DoF). In virtual space of omnidirectional 6DoF, which is defined as a case of degree of freedom providing 6DoF in a restricted area, looking at the scene at any viewpoint of any position in the space requires rendering the view by synthesizing additional viewpoints called virtual omnidirectional viewpoints. This paper presents the performance results on view synthesis and their analysis, which have been done as exploration experiments (EEs) of omnidirectional 6DoF in MPEG-I. In other words, experiment results on view synthesis in various aspects of synthesis conditions such as the distances between input views and virtual view to be synthesized and the number of input views to be selected from the given set of 360 videos providing omnidirectional 6DoF are presented.

Seeing so many people who use trickery and schemes become successful these days, a lot of people are concerned that the ethical values of our society are breaking down. The saint who created I'Ching presents ways to see through the characteristics of people and ethical values, claims that carrying out these values in everyday life while being aware of misfortunes can lessen our faults or make them disappear, and presents ways to conduct moral actions to people with the hopes of walking down the right road. The Do in Dodeok, which means "ethics" in Korean, stands for "body." Until now, there has been a lack of research on the do in I'Ching. Therefore, the goal of this study was to research the idea and specific actions of Do implied in Gyeomun and Shibik of I'Ching, to aid application of abstract Do to fit the different situations of people. In the beginning, Do was not categorized. It was heavens Do if it was in the heavens, earth Do if it was on the earth, and human Do if it referred to people. I'Ching presents various different ideas of Do to apply natural Do to people. The researcher divided Do largely into heavens Do, earth Do, human Do, heavens, earth and human Do, middle Do and changing Do, and aimed to present various examples of application of Do including Do of a man, Do of heaven and earth, Do of heavens and gods, orders of the heavens, Do of a woman, Do of a family, Do of a saint, Do of a great person, Do of a noble man, Do of a child, Do of a household, Do of the heavens, earth and people, good fortune of men, and wrong Do and frugal Do, to show how and when Do is used and aid in execution of Do through I'Ching. The practice principle of Do according to I'Ching is for people to understand the various types of Do presented by I'Ching, and help all people become saints and noble men by conducting Do at the right time and place. If people make an effort to keep the principle of Do presented in I'Ching, all trickery and schemer will disappear and a society of great unity will be created, where all members are happy.

본 논문에서는 모바일 인터넷으로 대표되는 제2차 IT혁명에서 세계 주도권을 노리고 있는 일본에 초점을 맞춘다. 특히 NTT DoCoMo의 i-mode 서비스, 즉$\ulcorner$휴대전화와 인터넷의 성공적 융합$\lrcorner$이라 할 수 있는 "모바일 인터넷"에 대한 분석과 성공전락 등을 통하여 향후 한국의 모바일 인터넷이 추구해야 할 방향성과 그 과제에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

MPEG-I is actively working on standardization on the immersive video coding which provides up to 6 degree of freedom (6DoF) in terms of viewpoint. In a virtual space of 3DoF+, which is defined as an extension of 360 with motion parallax, looking at the scene from another viewpoint (another position in space) requires rendering an additional viewpoint using multiple videos included in the 3DoF+ video. In the MPEG-I Visual workgroup, efficient coding methods for 3DoF+ video are being studied, and they released Test Model for Immersive Video (TMIV) recently. This paper presents a patch packing method which packs the patches into atlases efficiently for improving coding efficiency of 3DoF+ video in TMIV. The proposed method improves the reconstructed view quality with reduced coding artifacts by introducing guardbands between patches in the atlas.

Ganoderma naturally growing in Ch'ungch'ongbuk-do, Ch'ungch'ongnam-do, Chollabuk-do, Chollanam-do, Kyongsangbuk-do and Kyongsangnam-do was surveyed during 1982∼1984. Four kinds of Ganoderma, red, yellow, white and black were found. But two kinds of Ganoderma, purplish and blue, did not found.. Their shapes were kidney or round and other types. Of them red Ganoderma was about 95% in distributional frequency while white and black Ganoderma were very rare.

본 논문해서는 m-커머스의 대표적인 성공 사례로 꼽히고 있는 NTT DoCOMo의 i-mode 서비스에 초점을 맞추어 성공요인과 그러한 성공을 이끌어 내는데 결정적인 역할을 담당한 웹 페이지 기술언어에 대해 살펴보았다. 분석 결과에 근거하면, i-mode 서비스의 대대적인 성공은 끊임없이 Positive Feedback의 계기를 만들어 냄으로써 가능하게 되었는데, 그것은 다름 아닌 C-HTML이라는 웹페이지 기술언어의 채용이 많은 역할을 하고 있다.

This paper aims to summarize why I write, how to find a motif, and how to polish and finish a manuscript. For William Carlos Williams, practicing medicine and writing poetry were two parts of a single whole, not each of the other. The two complemented each other. Medicine stimulated Williams to become a poet, while poetry was also the driving force behind his role as a doctor. Alexander Pope, the 18th century English poet, wrote a poem entitled "The Epistle to Dr. Arbuthnot" that was dedicated to a friend who was both a poet and a physician. In this poem, we receive an answer to the questions of "Why do you write? Why do you publish?" Pope writes, "Happy my studies, when by these approv'd! / Happier their author, when by these belov'd! / From these the world will judge of men and books." When I write, I first reflect on whether I only want to write something for its own sake, like "a dog chasing its own tail," instead of making a more worthwhile contribution. When my colleagues ask me, "Why do you write essays as well as scientific papers?" I usually answer, "Writing is a process of healing for me-I cannot bear myself unless I write." When the time comes to sit down and put pen to paper, I remind myself of the saying, festina lente (in German, Ohne Hast, aber ohne Rast, corresponding to the English proverb "more haste, less speed"). If I am utterly exhausted when I finish writing, then I know that I have had my vision.

As a primitive immersive video technology, a three degrees of freedom (3DoF) $360^{\circ}$ video can currently render viewport images that are dependent on the rotational movements of the viewer. However, rendering a flat $360^{\circ}$ video, that is supporting head rotations only, may generate visual discomfort especially when objects close to the viewer are rendered. 3DoF+ enables head movements for a seated person adding horizontal, vertical, and depth translations. The 3DoF+ $360^{\circ}$ video is positioned between 3DoF and six degrees of freedom, which can realize the motion parallax with relatively simple virtual reality software in head-mounted displays. This article introduces the standardization trends for the 3DoF+ video in the MPEG-I visual group.
