This paper proposes a novel channel assignment scheme called multi-cluster based dynamic channel assignment (MC-DCA) to improve system performance for the downlink of dense femtocell networks (DFNs) based on orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) and frequency division duplexing (FDD). In order to dynamically assign channels for femtocell access points (FAPs), the MC-DCA scheme uses a heuristic method that consists of two steps: one is a multiple cluster assignment step to group FAPs using graph coloring algorithm with some extensions, while the other is a dynamic subchannel assignment step to allocate subchannels for maximizing the system capacity. Through simulations, we first find optimum parameters of the multiple FAP clustering to maximize the system capacity and then evaluate system performance in terms of the mean FAP capacity, unsatisfied femtocell user equipment (FUE) probability, and mean FAP power consumption for data transmission based on a given FUE traffic load. As a result, the MC-DCA scheme outperforms other schemes in two different DFN environments for commercial and office buildings.

This paper developed a web service system providing hydrographic information encoded by GML rules. In order to achieve the goal, every data included in an ENC, which is following the rules of the S-57 and S-52 from the IHO, is transformed into a data structure form of OLE/COM from the OOC. In the system, hydrographic information can be provided through a data provider, and then it can be encoded into GML format for web services. This paper also implemented a web client that requests hydrographic information to the server and renders result data which is a GML format following the rules of S-57.

아이폰을 선두로 하여 세계적으로 스마트폰이 각광을 받기 시작했다. 더불어 스마트폰의 성능이 향상됨에 따라 사용자가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 스마트폰을 이용한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있고 응용 프로그램(Application)도 다양하게 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰과 디지털 아카이브즈 시스템을 접목하여 자료 수집 전문 연구원(아키비스트)에게 보다 쉬운 자료 수집 환경을 제공한다. 또한, 일반 사용자들에게는 아카이브 자료를 쉽게 이용 할 수 있도록 편이성을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 개발자에게 편리한 개발환경과 부대비용이 들지 않는 Google의 안드로이드(Android) 플랫폼을 선택하여 스마트폰 상의 디지털 아카이브즈 시스템을 구현 하였다.

현재 우리나라의 130만여 가구는 지역난방 열에너지를 사용하고 있다. 이러한 지역난방 열에너지 시스템은 한국지역난방공사에서 공급하는 1차측과 이를 개별 가구에 공급하는 2차측으로 구분되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 체계적이지 않고, 전문인력에 대한 의존도가 높은 2차측의 관리 및 유지보수 시 문제점을 보완하기 위한 IoT 기반 열에너지 원격 관리시스템의 구축에 대하여 논의한다.

최근에 유포되고 있는 악의적인 소프트웨어로 Melissa와 Love letter와 같은 전자우편 바이러스가 있는데, 이들은 단순히 전자우편을 열기 만해도 메일 주소록에 등록된 모든 사용자에게 자신을 유포함으로써 막대한 피해를 유발시킨다 본 논문에서는 메일 주소 변형모듈 및 복원모듈을 전자우편 송신부에 추가 도입함으로써 전자우편 바이러스에 의한 바이러스 전파를 차단하는 시스템을 제안한다. 변형모듈은 송신자 행위에 의해서만 수행되어 수신자의 메일 주소를 변형하며, 복원모듈은 송신부의 서버 단에서 전자우편 전송 시마다 수행되어 역변형 과정을 거쳐 메일 주소를 복구한다. 변형모듈은 전자우편 바이러스에 의해서는 실행되지 않도록 구현되며, 전자우편 수신부에서는 추가로 하는 작업이 전혀 없다. 제안한 시스템에서는 새로운 전자우편 바이러스 공격에 대응하기 위해서, 다형성(polymorphism) 기법도 적용한다.

In multi-hop communication systems, two-way relaying is one of the solutions to mitigate the spectral efficiency loss caused by a half-duplex transmission. In this paper, a simple two-way relaying scheme is proposed for two-hop two-user multiple input multiple output (MIMO) systems. In the proposed system, a base station and a relay station (RS), both equipped with two antennas, form a point-to-point MIMO channel, while the RS and two single-antenna mobile users form a point-to-multipoint multiuser (MU)-MIMO channel. Numerical examples show that the proposed system achieves a significant sum rate gain as compared to a one-way relaying system as the distance between a relay and the two users decreases. We also show that although we can expand the proposed scheme to more than two users, its performance gain as compared to that of one-way relaying decreases with an increase in the number of users.

최근 개인 정보 유출 사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있으나, 개인들은 이러한 정보의 유출에 대해 언론의 보도를 통해서 알게 되는 것일 일반적이다. 개인정보의 소유권에 대해 고려해 볼 때, 이러한 현상은 이치에 맞지 않는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제의 해결책으로 모바일 알람 시스템을 제안한다. 모바일 알람 시스템은 사용자의 개인정보 활용에 대한 알람정보를 모바일 문자로 보내고, 문자 수신자는 모바일 대응 프로그램을 통해 알람정보에 따른 동의 및 거부의견을 전달하여 본인이 개인정보 관리에 직접적으로 관여 할 수 있도록 하는 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 기기의 제한된 인터페이스를 고려하여 "개인정보 유출 알람 메시지 트리"를 구성하였다. 개인정보 유출 알람 메시지 트리는 전송된 메시지에 대한 단순응대를 통해 개인정보 통제의 모든 대응 방법 수행을 체계적으로 할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문의 기여도는 모바일 알람 시스템의 알람 메시지 트리 설계를 통해 인터페이스가 한정되어 있는 모바일환경에서 실시간 개인정보 관리 시스템의 구조제안에 있다.

This paper presents an evaluation criteria of an information system availability for guaranteeing availability (service target level) from the perspective of the SLA contract and its technical point of view. In order to verify the effectiveness for information system failure and availability guarantee measures, three cases were examined. In summary, the failure time was reduced by 32% ~ 62% after applying the availability guarantee measure, verifying the excellence in the evaluation of an information system availability.

본 논문은 곡물의 수확후 이력관리를 위하여 미곡종합처리장(RPC, Rice processing complex)에서 곡물의 반입, 건조, 저장 및 가공공정에서의 변화하는 중량 및 함수율 정보를 실시간으로 측정하고 모니터링이 가능한 IT기반의 이력관리시스템을 개발하였다. 곡물의 반입, 건조, 저장 및 가공 등 수확후 처리공정에서 반입 및 배출과정에서 중량 및 함수율 정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 이를 기반으로 수율 및 감모와 같은 품질정보를 DB sever에 저장하였다. 이 때의 Lot No를 생성하여 품질 및 이력정보를 연계하여 이력관리가 가능한 시스템을 구축할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한, MMI(Man Machine Interface)기반의 자동제어시스템과 자동수율 및 재고관리 시스템(YICS)과 TCP/IP통신을 이용하여 곡물을 대상으로 한 IT 기반의 이력관리시스템을 구축하였으며, 미곡종합처리장에서 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증을 수행하였다.

유역의 공간 DB를 DEM을 이용하여 구축할 경우에는 DEM으로부터 유역의 수문학적 지형특성 인자를 손쉽게 추출할 수 있으며, 이들이 자동으로 공간 DB의 속성으로 입력되어 관리될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 유역정보를 관리하기 위한 기반정보인 프레임워크 공간 DB의 구축방안에 대하여 기술하였다. 이롤 위하여 프레임워크 공간 데이터의 범위를 결정하고, 이들의 상호 연관관계를 정의하였으며 실제 유역을 대상으로 프레임워크 공간 DB률 구축하였다. 한편 본 연구에서는 순수 국내기술로 수자원 공간자료 생성 및 수자원 시스템 개발 모듈인 HyGIS(Hydrological Geographic Information System)를 개발하였다. HyGIS를 이용하여 수문학적 지형특성인자 및 공간자료를 추출하였으며, 이들 자료를 실제 유역의 프레임워크 공간 DB를 구축하는 기본 데이터로 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 과정을 통하여 하천 네트워크 기반의 유역관리시스템 개발을 위한 프레임워크 공간 DB의 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.
