According to the result of research for an efficient analysis of forest site, it presents distinguishing of satellite image and methodology of TPI (Topographic Position Index). The prediction of forest site distribution through this research, specified Gyeongju-si area, gives an effect to distinguishing honor system through Quickbird image with the resolution 0.6m. Furthermore it was carried out through TPI grid that is abstracted by DEM, slope of study area and type of topography, as well as it put its operation on analysis and verification of relativity between the result of prediction on forest site distribution and the field survey report. It distinguishes distribution of country rock that importantly effects to producing of soil, using 1: 5000 forest maps and grasping distribution type of soil using satellite image and TPI, it is supposed to provide a foundation of the result on prediction of forest site. With the GIS techniques of analysis, inclination of discussion, altitude, etc, and using high resolution satellite image and TPI, it is considered to be capable to provide more exact basis information of forest resources, management of forest management both in rational and efficient.

At the same time, the study also compared the differences in the effect of growth of loan to valuation bank in banks of different sizes, ownership rates and bank values. Research design, data and methodology: With panel data estimation techniques along with robust standard error for a sample of the banks listed on Vietnam stock exchange from 2012 to 2019. Results: Growth of loan has a positive impact on Bank Valuation (by Tobin's Q). A closer investigation provides evidence for the differential valuation effect of loan growth depending on different features of banks. Specifically, loan growth is found positively and significantly associated with Bank Valuation in small and non-state-owned banks only. Besides, bank size, deposit, and return on equity are found negatively associated with Tobin's Q, while loan loss provisions exhibit a positive relation with this measure of Bank Valuation. Conclusions: These findings provide contributions to the literature on the existence of the effect of loan growth on Bank Valuation. At the same time, the study also provides practical implications for policy makers in banks and investors.

  • Omni-channel strategy is an innovative paradigm for integrated information distribution of inventory, sales, operations, marketing, delivery, pickups and returns in supply chain management. Recently the distribution strategy faces new challenges with the advent of mobile distribution channels. Social media with countless apps imposes additional stress on supply chain operations. Due to these changes, distribution network in supply chain is changing naturally and rapidly from multi-channel to omnni-channel platform. Recently numerous domestic distributors establish and adapt this new supply chain optimization tool as a part of seamless flow of movements of goods from one channel to other channels. The objective of this paper is to present a preliminary findings on how omnni-channel affects the supply chain management. A survey is used to ascertain in the degree of omnni-channel implementation and statistical evidence is provided to test sets of hypothesis. The results of the questionnaire showed that consumers' purchasing styles differed by gender, age, purchase purpose, and product type. In particular, women consider purchasing experience in omni-channel to be important. As food and household goods can be conveniently shipped, consumers prefer online purchasing it. Conversely, consumers tend to favor omni-channel strategy in connection with offline experience in IT products.

  • Purpose: This study has three main purposes: first, to examine the effect of transactional leadership on knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. Second, to examine the effect of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. Third, to examine the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between transactional leadership and innovative work behavior. Research design, data and methodology: The quantitative method is considered appropriate for this study, and a questionnaire is used to collect data from a total of 107 employees who participated in the study. The SmartPLS-SEM version 3.0 is used to analyze data. Results: The results reveal that transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. However, transactional leadership directly has no significant effect on innovative work behavior. In addition, knowledge sharing positively and significantly affects innovative work behavior. This finding demonstrates that knowledge sharing becomes an essential mediator of transactional leadership and innovative work behavior in distribution market. Conclusions: This study makes a novel contribution by unboxing the limited understanding of the effect of transactional leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by knowledge sharing in the lens of social exchange theory. Also, this study highlights that transactional leader develops bonding and willingness among employees to share their knowledge to foster innovative work behavior.

  • Purpose - This study investigated relationship quality and/or loyalty, from the viewpoint that merchants and consumers could develop the traditional market. It reorganized variables to find the conditions of values that could stimulate consumers' motives to revive the traditional market. Research Design, data, and methodology - This study employed 202 copies of effective questionnaires, based on the data of Yang & Ju (2012), to conduct correlation, regression, and structured equation modeling (SEM). Results - The results emphasized product and store atmosphere as store selection attributes to consider in the minimum error correction (MEC) model; service factor was not significant. Further, consumers valued relationship quality in the test of mediated effects of the sub-factors of store selection attributes, including consumers' social and emotional value. The relationship quality significantly influenced consumers' value in traditional markets that needed to improve and develop using several variables. Conclusions - This study revealed connections between attributes, consequences, and values using the causal relation model, to generate an optimal model based on a practical and theoretical background and proposed ways to obtain consumer-related information easily.
