위계분석과정을 활용한 초등학교 환경교육 활성화 방안 (Improvement of Environmental Education in Elementary School Using Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate items for improving environmental education in elementary school for the more efficiency policies of environmental education. In this study, we investigated the relative importance of each items through Analytic Hierarchy Process for the various groups of the expert who is related with environmental education. We made hierarchical structure for efficiency education through brainstorming process. The hierarchical structure consisted of 3 high-level items and 8 low-level items. The questionnaires were distributed to 4 groups with 187 experts. After the consistency test of returned questionnaires, we gained 60 available questionnaires of experts. According to the generalization results of all groups, "The pro-environmental attitude of the teacher" is the most important. The second important thing is "The pro-environmental attitude of the schoolmaster" and the third is "Experiential learning and on-the-spot study concerning environment". And the following are "Budget for environmental education" and "Environmental education in discretionary activity", "Teaching materials for environmental education", "The cultivation of the experts on environmental education", "Environment event in school" in order. As the result, we have to intensify the pro-environmental attitude of the teachers and schoolmasters and develop experiential learning and on-the-spot study programs concerned environment to improve environmental education. At the same time, we need the more politic support related with budget for environmental education.

  • A virtual laboratory for measurement and instrumentation must aim to realize an integrated environment. To achieve this goal, we designed and implemented a client/server distributed environment and developed a web-based virtual laboratory system for electronic circuits. The proposed virtual laboratory system is composed of four important components : Principle Classroom, Virtual Experiment Classroom, Evaluation Classroom and Overall Management System. Through our virtual laboratory, the learners will be capable of learning the concepts and theories related to electronic circuit experiments and how to operate the experimental equipments. Also, every activity occurred in our virtual laboratory is recorded on database and printed out on the preliminary report form. All of these can be achieved by the aid of the Management System. The database connectivity is made by PHP and the virtual laboratory environment is set up slightly differently for each learner. Finally, we have obtained several affirmative effects such as reducing the total experimental hours and the damage rate for experimental equipments and increasing learning efficiencies as well as faculty productivity.

SCORM 기반의 컨텐츠 재사용을 위한 상속 모델 (Inheritance Model for Reuse of Learning Contents based on SCORM)

  • SCORM은 교육용 컨텐츠를 SCO라는 객체 단위로 공유하고 재사용하기 위한 국제적 표준이다. 그러나 유사 영역에서의 학습 컨텐츠 재사용시 컨텐츠의 일부분을 변경해야 할 경우에도 컨텐츠 원본을 수정해야 하는 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 상속이 가능한 컨텐츠를 개발할 수 있는 I-SCO 모델을 제안한다. I-SCO 모델은 SCORM 기반 컨텐츠의 오버로딩과 오버라이딩을 통한 상속을 지원하여 컨텐츠의 재사용성을 증대시킨다. 실험에서는 제안한 I-SCO 모델을 설계 및 구현하여 ADL에서 배포하는 실행환경에서 실행시켜 봄으로써 컨텐츠의 상속 기능을 확인하고 I-SCO 모델의 타당성을 입증한다.

  • As an approach to develope a control system with robustness in changing control environment conditions, this paper will propose a robot manipulator control system using multilayer neural network and immune algorithm. The proposed immune algorithm which has the characteristics of immune system such as distributed and anomaly detection, probabilistic detection, learning and memory, consists of the innate immune algorithm and the adaptive immune algorithm. We will demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system with simulations of a 2-link robot manipulator.

  • 21세기와 함께 디지털 시대를 몰고 온 인터넷은 교육의 패러다임을 바꾸고 있고 지식정보화사회의 경쟁력을 결정짓는 가장 중요한 핵심인 창의적이고 도전적인 인재양성이 어느 때보다도 강조되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응해 나가기 위해 교육 분야는 e-Learning을 통한 학습환경 개선에 주력하고 있다. 최근 초등학교에 시범적으로 도입되기 시작한 전자교과서가 이런 면을 단적으로 보여준다. 많은 e-Learning 컨텐츠가 개발되고 있지만 사회의 빠른 변화 속도만큼 컨텐츠의 수명이 짧아지고 있다. 또, 개발된 컨텐츠가 다양한 원격교육 시스템에 그대로는 사용이 불가능한 경우가 많기 때문에 개발된 컨텐츠를 여러 시스템에 사용하기 위한 표준안들이 대두되고 있으며, 그 중에서 가장 유력한 표준안이 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)사의 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)이다. Keris의 사이버가정학습 시스템에서도 이 SCORM 표준안에 따라 개발된 컨텐츠를 사용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 컨텐츠의 재사용성을 높인 SCORM 표준안을 기반으로 하여 Keris의 사이버가정학습 시스템에 적합하고, 학습자들의 실험활동이 강조된 수학과 e-Learning 컨텐츠를 설계하고 개발하는 것을 목적으로 둔다.

일개 의과대학의 온라인 수업 만족도 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Results of Online Learning Satisfaction at a Medical School)

  • 이 연구에서는 일개 의과대학의 2020학년도 1학기 온라인 수업 만족도를 평가하여 분석 결과 및 온라인 수업 구성 원칙에 따라 수업 환경을 개선하였고, 2학기 수업을 재평가하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 온라인 수업 평가를 위해 온라인 수업 플랫폼 이용, 학생 참여도, 수업 방식, 수업 내용, 학생 평가, 수업 지원 등의 영역에 대한 만족도 설문 문항을 개발하였고, 1학기에는 학생 223명과 교수 37명, 2학기에는 학생 218명과 교수 49명이 연구대상자로 설문에 응답하였다. 수집한 자료는 기술통계 및 두 종속 표본 t검정으로 분석하여 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 온라인 수업 플랫폼, 수업 방식, 수업 내용, 수업 지원에 대한 학생들의 만족도는 개선 후 전체적으로 긍정적 변화를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 학생 참여도와 학생 평가 만족도는 개선 후 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 각 학습시기별 결과를 비교한 결과, 기초 및 임상의학시기 학생들의 만족도는 부정적인 차이를 보였으며, 이는 본격적으로 학습량이 증가하는 학습시기로 학생들의 수업 집중도가 떨어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 상대적으로 예비의학시기 및 임상실습시기 학생들의 만족도는 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 연구 결과를 통해 전국 의과대학의 온라인 수업 개선에 의미 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있길 기대한다.

MEMBERSHIP FUNCTION TUNING OF FUZZY NEURAL NETWORKS BY IMMUNE ALGORITHM

  • This paper represents that auto tunings of membership functions and weights in the fuzzy neural networks are effectively performed by immune algorithm. A number of hybrid methods in fuzzy-neural networks are considered in the context of tuning of learning method, a general view is provided that they are the special cases of either the membership functions or the gain modification in the neural networks by genetic algorithms. On the other hand, since the immune network system possesses a self organizing and distributed memory, it is thus adaptive to its external environment and allows a PDP (parallel distributed processing) network to complete patterns against the environmental situation. Also, it can provide optimal solution. Simulation results reveal that immune algorithms are effective approaches to search for optimal or near optimal fuzzy rules and weights.

사용자와 미디어 사이의 상호작용 기능 제공 기반 영상 창작 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of the Image Creation System based on User-Media Interaction)

  • Recently, interactive media which maximizes audience engagement by making the audience appeal on a stage in digital media environment has been distributed more widely. In fact, there has been active movement to develop and promote a new participatory media genre with higher immersion by applying this kind of interactive media concept to advertisement, film, game and e-learning. In the conventional interactive media, digital media had to be enjoyed in particular environment where diverse sensors were installed or through a certain device to recognize a user's motion and voice. This study attempted to design and implement an image creation system which ensures interactions between a user and media in popular distribution-enabled web environment and through PC and smart devices to minimize the image producer-user constraints.

A Reinforcement Learning Framework for Autonomous Cell Activation and Customized Energy-Efficient Resource Allocation in C-RANs

  • Cloud radio access networks (C-RANs) have been regarded in recent times as a promising concept in future 5G technologies where all DSP processors are moved into a central base band unit (BBU) pool in the cloud, and distributed remote radio heads (RRHs) compress and forward received radio signals from mobile users to the BBUs through radio links. In such dynamic environment, automatic decision-making approaches, such as artificial intelligence based deep reinforcement learning (DRL), become imperative in designing new solutions. In this paper, we propose a generic framework of autonomous cell activation and customized physical resource allocation schemes for energy consumption and QoS optimization in wireless networks. We formulate the problem as fractional power control with bandwidth adaptation and full power control and bandwidth allocation models and set up a Q-learning model to satisfy the QoS requirements of users and to achieve low energy consumption with the minimum number of active RRHs under varying traffic demand and network densities. Extensive simulations are conducted to show the effectiveness of our proposed solution compared to existing schemes.

  • Application of machine learning to scheduling problems has focused on improving system performance based on opportunistic selection among multitudes of simple rules. This study proposes a new method of learning scheduling rules, which first establishes qualitatively meaningful criteria and quantitatively optimizes the use of them, a similar way as human scheduler accumulate their expertise. The weighting of these criteria is trained in response to the system states through simulation. To mimic human quantitative feelings, distributed fuzzy sets are used for assessing the system state. The proposed method was applied to job dispatching in a simulated FMS environment. The job-dispatching criteria used were the length of the processing time of a job and the situation of the next workstation. The results show that the proposed method can develop efficient and robust scheduling strategies, which can also provide understandable and usable know-hows to the human scheduler.
