  • Distributed Object Systems are very complex. So, it is difficult to see overall relationship among objects participated in the system. Moreover the performance tuning or maintenance are also important issues of it. So, it needs a way to view the system with low-cost and an efficient method. One of solutions is a visualization tool or system. In this paper, we proposed a tracing facility for Java-based distributed object system, especially RM(Remote Method Invocation). Our up-coming visualization system will use two phase hybrid post-mortem/on-the-fly technique. To support it, the fundamental tracing part must have some flexible and dynamic mechanism. The main idea of our tracing technique is the Plug-in Sensor Model(PSM). The relationship between tracing (monitoring) part and visualization part is closely related. So, we considered the appropriate factors for visualization. We developed 'Traced RMI(TRMI)'. For more precise visualization of a working system, the casuality of events has to be preserved. TRMI can support global event ordering.

  • As the size and complexity of network increase, Distributed Systems Management (DSM) will be significant issue within information network in order to increase the high reliability and to improve the flexibility of network management. The OSI management model has several problems. The key problems are that it does not fully address the problems of how to develop communication protocol in support of DSM, and how to classify the management connection criteria. In this paper, to solve first problem described above, this paper propose the connectionless CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol) to accomplish for effectively managing the distributed management system, and indicate its efficiency; this protocol is available to negotiate among the managing systems, handle the dynamic information. To work out second problem, we introduce the connection criteria in the hierarchy of management systems, and finally evaluate the efficiency of a suggested protocol during cooperative negotiation among the managing systems.

  • Distributed control architecture is based on sharing control and data between multiple nodes on a network Communication and task sharing can be distributed between multiple control computers. Although many communication protocols exist, such as TCP/IP and UDP, they do not have the determinism that realtime control demands. Fiber-optic reflective shared memory creates the opportunity for realtime distributed control. This architecture allows control and computational tasks to be divided between multiple systems and operate in a deterministic realtime environment. One such shared memory architecture is based on Curtiss-Wright ScramNET family of fiber-optic reflective memory. MTS has built seismic and structural control software and hardware capable of utilizing ScramNET shared memory, opening up infinite possibilities in research and new capabilities in Hybrid and Model-In-The-Loop control.

  • An accurate and efficient single-integral semi-numerical model is developed and applied to analyse effects of localized electronic states in the mobility gap on the drain-current versus gale-voltage characteristics of hydrogenated amorphous field-effect transistors. It is shown that the low-density deep-gap states distributed in the midgap also sensitively and largely influence the device electronic performance as well as well as the large-density tail states distributed near the conduction band edge.

  • This paper presents a performance improvement of distributed fuzzy control system by changing the triangular membership function widths according to the input variables. The control region consists of 4 parts according to the sign of error and change of error terms. Each control part is operated by the suitable nonuniform triangular membership function. Through the simulation for the boiler-turbin model of a fossil power plant using decentralized contol, it is verified this proposal

  • An international standard for the product model data, STEP, and a standard for the distributed object technology. CORBA, will play a very important role in the future manufacturing environment. These two technologies provide background for the sharing of product data and the integration of applications on the network. This paper describes a prototype CAD/CAE enviroment that is integrated on the network by STEP and CORBA. Several application servers and client software were developed to verify the proposed concept.

  • Recently, the height of building is more high and the number of moving people is increasing in the building. So we want to be necessary more effective vertical moving tool. Most of high intelligent building can satisfy tills need using many elevators. Many elevators system should need to distribute and distribute many elevator effectively. This paper effectively use many elevators to reduce customer' waiting time and propose the model of mathematical group control system.

  • We propose a randomized distributed scheduling algorithm which can achieve the optimal throughput under the general interference model. The proposed algorithm is analyzed to show an attractive performance in that it can return a maximal schedule with high probability and has a low time-complexity. We also provide the simulation results to validate performance analysis of our algorithm.

  • This paper uses our proposed model for connecting ubiquitous physical objects over the web using URI, while utilizing the already developed frameworks, for ubiquitous service discovery like JINI, UPnP, and RDF/OWL for semantic web. By using this proposed scheme, we have presented architecture of a service oriented modular distributed ubiquitous middleware i.e. MDMA
