만족요인 분류를 통한 블로그 서비스 품질 개선 방안 연구

  • As the number of blog users has been increasing significantly, a lot of studies have been carried out to find out what makes people use a blog or feel satisfied with it. However, most of the previous studies assumed that dissatisfaction is the opposite of satisfaction and a person who is dissatisfied with a blog does not use it, failing to explain about blog users who do not feel satisfied with their blogs but use them continually. In addition, the studies found out just blog users' motives and satisfying factors in using blogs, and did not suggest any way to improve and promote blog services. Against this backdrop, this study conducted a survey of blog users in order to examine how the satisfying factors of a blog selected through a prior study affect both satisfaction and dissatisfaction of a user. The survey results showed that the satisfying factors are divided into two groups: group A which affect satisfaction and dissatisfaction equally, and group B which affect them differently. Based on the results, this study subdivides group A into high involvement factors and low involvement ones, and group B into motivators, which strongly affect satisfaction, and hygiene factors, which strongly affect dissatisfaction. According to characteristics of each group, this study suggests ways to improve and promote blog services.

The Influence of Sociocultural Attitude toward Appearance and Narcissism on Body Stress

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of sociocultural attitudes toward appearance and narcissism on body stress. Questionnaires are being administered to 206 women in their 20's-50's living in Deagu and Kyunbook province. The Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan-test are used for data analysis. Sociocultural attitudes toward appearance are categorized into media appearance internalization and social recognition of appearance. Narcissism factors are found to be leadership/privilege, ostentation, and superiority. Body stress is categorized into 4 factors: weight stress, skin aging stress, body dissatisfaction, and hair stress. Sociocultural attitudes toward appearance was related to the sub-variables of narcissism, and body stress. Media appearance internalization is the sun-variable of sociocultural attitudes toward appearance and has significant effects on weight stress, skin aging stress, and body dissatisfaction sub-variables for body stress. Ostentation, and superiority being the sub-variables of narcissism, have significant effects on weight stress, skin aging stress, body dissatisfaction, and hair stress, the sub-variables for body stress. Ages of women display distinctions between the sub-variables in sociocultural attitudes toward appearance such media appearance internalization, and in narcissism such leadership/privilege, ostentation, superiority, and body stress such weight stress, skin aging stress, body dissatisfaction, and hair stress. This result can be a necessary base line data for adult women's appearance management by examining the influence of the attitude toward the appearance developed from the relationship with people around body stress.

소비자 불만족 및 통제소재에 의한 불평행동에 관한 연구 -냉장고 구매후 행동을 중심으로- (A Study of Dissatisfaction of Consumers and/or Complaining Behavior Due to Locus of Control)

  • In this study a series of approaches have been made to find out how complaining behavior would show according to the conviction in the locus of control as to where the general contents dissatisfied by consumers and the dissatisfied consumers would place the responsibility for the consequence of behavior and to test the difference of complaining behavior pursuant to demographic variables and the complaining behavior. The results of this study are described as follows: 1. The consumers have largely attributed the locus of responsibility for their dissatisfaction following the purchase of refrigerators to the relevant manufacturers, advertizers, consumer(herself) and distributors, and as for the dissatisfaction by an attribute of refrigerator, a high level of dissatisfaction was revealed on the price and items of properties. 2. There was no difference in the complaining behavior of consumers pursuant to the demographic features. 3. It was revealed that there wee many consumers, among those respondents to questionnaires, who have actually shown their complaing behavior, while most of them would act inthe form o private behavior, because the cases of acting positive way of public behavior, even though they were apt to show complaining behavior, appears to be extremely rare. 4. A significant difference was shown in the complaing behavior pursuant to the conviction in the locus of control.

20대 성인 여성의 스키니 진 착용 실태 조사 (A Study on the Wearing Condition of Skinny Jeans of 20's Women)

  • This study examines wearing conditions of skinny jeans for women in their 20's. The study is based on a questionnaire survey. The survey was conducted on 313 Korean 20's women living in Gwangju to analyze wearing dissatisfaction with skinny jeans. The final analysis included 298 responses and the content of the questionnaire consisted of 28 questions. The study used descriptive statistics for analysis using SPSS Statistics 20.0. According to the questionnaire survey, 20's women are the largest group that wear skinny jeans and they have a positive image of them. However, they do not know the exact size for skinny jeans, whereas they are knowledgeable about their general pants size. The results of the survey on the state of wearing dissatisfaction indicate that they think that the difference in size by each brand is the most difficult part when choosing skinny jeans and they felt lower body uncomfortableness in the waist and abdominal positions. It means that size subdivision and pattern development of skinny jeans should be suitable to all lower body types to resolve wearing dissatisfaction. This study represents base data for size subdivision and pattern development of skinny jeans.

여가적 등산에서의 전문화 활동 추구에 따른 등산복 불만족과 선호 디자인 (Dissatisfaction with and design preferences for mountain gear as determined by specialization activity-pursued for recreational mountaineering)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the dissatisfaction with and design preferences for mountain gear among the segments divided by specialization activity-pursued for recreational mountaineering. Data were collected by questionnaire survey from 900 subjects with the experiences of mountaineering and purchasing mountain gear in the past year, and 891 were used for the data analysis. The results of the study were as follows: Three factors were formulated based on mountaineering specialization activity-pursued: expertise-pursued mountaineering, mountaineering with psychological attachment and activity-oriented mountaineering. Four segments were identified based on the specialization activity-pursued: the emotionally-committed, the continuously-participated, the expertise-pursued, and the passively-participated. Significant differences were found in dissatisfaction with and design preference for mountain gear among the segments. The expertise-pursued tended to be more dissatisfied with color and fabric than the others, and preferred various mountain gear design of shape, color combination and construction line. On the other hand, the passively-participated tended to prefer simple and comfortable style with solid color and simple color combination.

구매후기 정보의 충족/미충족에 따른 소비자의 만족/불만족 인식 및 구매후기 정보의 유형화 (Classification of Consumer Review Information Based on Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction with Availability/Non-availability of Information)

  • This study identified the types of consumer review information about apparel products based on consumer satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the availability/non-availability of consumer review information for online stores. Data were collected from 318 females aged 20s' to 30s', who had significant experience in reading consumer reviews posted on online stores. Consumer satisfaction/dissatisfaction with availability or non-availability of review information on online stores is different for information in regards to apparel product attributes, product benefits, and store attributes. According to the concept of quality elements suggested by the Kano model, two types of consumer review information were determined: Must-have information (product attribute information about size, fabric, color and design of the apparel product; benefit information about washing & care and comport of the apparel product; store attribute information about responsiveness, disclosure, delivery and after service of the store) and attracting information (attribute information about price comparison; benefit information about coordination with other items, fashionability, price discounts, value for price, reaction from others, emotion experienced during transaction, symbolic features for status, health functionality, and eco-friendly feature; store attribute information about return/refund, damage compensation and reputation/credibility of online store and interactive and dynamic nature of reviews among customers). There were significant differences between the high and low involvement groups in their perceptions of consumer review information.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 속성 지각과 후회가 불평 행동과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Internet Shopping Mall Attributes and Regret on the Complaining Behavior and Repurchase Intentions)

  • This study focused on examining methods for the favorable relationship between internet shopping mall and customers from a point of view that it was necessary for internet fashion market getting faced with keen competition to change its marketing focus from securing new customers to customer retention strategies. Measurement instruments were selected to measure these variables and a questionnaire was made. Data was collected in 491 men and women in their twenties residing in Gwangju city using the questionnaire. The analysis results were summarized as follows: First, in the failure to purchase fashion products in internet shopping mall, as consumer's favorable internet shopping attributes, their possibility of complaining and repurchase intentions became higher, and had negative effect on regret and dissatisfaction. Second, attributions of the result of a failure to purchase fashion products in internet shopping mall were found to increase regret and dissatisfaction. Third, customers experiencing regret and dissatisfaction showed a very high possibility of complaining but their possibility of repurchase intentions had negative affect.

간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험하는 무례함, 극복력, 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Incivility, Resilience, and Social Support Experienced by Nursing Students on Burnout in Clinical Practice)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine effect of incivility, resilience, and social support experienced by nursing students on burnout in clinical practice. Methods: Subjects were 140 nursing students who agreed to participate in this study. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS WIN 23.0 program. Results: Burnout showed significantly positive correlation with incivility but significantly negative correlations with resilience and social support. Factors affecting burnout were satisfaction with major-dissatisfaction, satisfaction with major-average, social support, grade, and relationship with peers. Satisfaction with major (dissatisfaction) had the greatest effect on burnout, explaining 41% of the total variance. Conclusion: According to this study, dissatisfaction with major was identified as the most significant factor influencing burnout of nursing students in clinical practice. Therefore, it is important to develop and implement programs that can reduce dissatisfaction with major and increase social support and relationship with peers in order to lower burnout of nursing students. In addition, a systemic management of fourth-grade students with a high level of clinical practice is necessary to reduce the level of clinical practice. The Effect of Instatoon Service Quality on Diffusion Intention through Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction Coexistence

  • Instatoon is a type of webtoons distributed through Instagram, but in the process of advancement of the webtoon industry, it shows the possibility of diversifying into a new genre that meets creativity, and diversity beyond uniform commercial webtoons. Since it does not go through a large platform, the content is freely composed. In addition, it is differentiated from other types of webtoons because in many cases artists create instatoon by adding entertaining elements into their real-life stories rather than drawing fictional ones. Furthermore, instatoons are free to enjoy, satisfaction level is high, but in most cases, even if there is a complaint, readers just enjoy webtoons without expressing it. We aimed to find out how the service quality characteristics of these instatoons affect behavioral intentions through the coexistence of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of readers, and meaninful results were found through empirical analysis. We discusses factors affecting the spread of Instatoons, including readers' satisfaction and dissatisfaction, the importance of relatability, good directing, and informativeness. The study emphasizes the need to approach maintaining existing readers and attracting new ones separately, and to manage readers effectively in the future.

소셜 미디어 과부하가 사용자의 비의도적 회피 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Social Media Overload on Users' Unintentional Avoidance Behavior)

  • Purpose Digital platforms, together with the innovative technologies of modern society, are accelerating the digital innovation of the entire economy and society. Although social media platforms are gradually integrated into daily life, due to social media overload, users limit their use of the platform for a certain period of time or eventually choose to stop using it. In the context of social media platform, the purpose of this paper is to study the effects of information overload, social overload and system function overload on users' unintentional avoidance behavior, mediated by fatique and dissatisfaction. Design/methodology/approach This study empirically examines the influence of social media overload characteristics on users' unintentional avoidance behavior of platform utilization using the S-O-R framework. Data from 236 Chinese social media users were collected through a questionnaire survey, and the hypotheses were validated by evaluating the research model using the SmartPLS 4.0 program using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, based on the S-O-R model, first, it is confirmed that information overload and system feature overload have significant positive(+) effects on fatigue. Second, this study finds that information overload, social overload and fatigue have significant positive(+) effects on dissatisfaction. Thirdly, fatigue and dissatisfaction have significant positive(+) effects on unintentional avoidance. In addition, social overload has no significant effect on fatigue, while system feature overload has no significant effect on dissatisfaction.
