문제기반학습 연계 시뮬레이션(SIM-PBL) 교육이 응급구조과 학생들의 비판적 사고경향과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The effect of SIM-PBL eduction on critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy in paramedic students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of the simulation education integrated with problem based learning on critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy on paramedic students. Methods: The study subjects were 48 students. Pre and post design with nonequivalent control group was assigned. The experimental group received the one week education for 4 weeks(4 sessions in total) with 90 minutes for each session. The control group received a regular skill training curriculum. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher improvement of self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition preference compared with the control group. Conclusion: These findings indicate that simulation education with scenario was effective in improving the critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy in paramedic students.

상사의 특성이 비인격적 감독과 LMX를 매개로 부하의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of the Characteristics of Leader on the Organizational Commitment of Subordinates through Abusive Supervision and LMX)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 상사의 특성(권위주의성향, 절차공정성, 직무불안정성)이 비인격적 감독과 리더-멤버 교환관계지각(LMX: leader-member exchange)을 매개로 부하의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 국내 대기업에 종사하는 과장급 이하를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상사의 특성(권위주의성향, 절차공정성, 직무불안정성)이 비인격적 감독을 매개로 부하의 조지몰입에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설1, 가설2, 가설3은 채택되었다. 둘째, 상사의 특성(권위주의성향, 절차공정성, 직무불안정성)이 LMX를 매개로 부하의 조직몰입에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설에서는 권위주의성향(가설4), 직무불안정성(가설6)은 기각되고 절차공정성(가설5)은 LMX를 매개로 부하의 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 상사의 특성(권위주의성향, 절차공정성, 직무불안정성)이 비인격적 감독과 LMX를 매개로 부하의 조직몰입에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설7, 가설8, 가설9는 모두 채택되었다. 본 연구는 상사의 특성이 부하의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어 비인격적 감독과 LMX를 매개한다는 구조적인 관계를 밝혔다는 점에서 학문적인 의의를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 본 연구의 결과는 기존 국내 외에서 다양하게 시도되었던 비인격적 감독 이외에 향후 새로운 연구를 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

문화성향과 종결욕구에 따른 틀효과에서의 차이 (The Differential Effects of Cultural Disposition and Need for Cognitive Closure on Framing Effects)

  • 한국의 대학생을 대상으로 문화성향(개인주의-집단주의, 또는 수평적-수직적 사고)과 종결욕구 수준(저-고집단)의 조합에 따른 틀효과에서의 차이를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 Singelis 등[1]의 INDCOL 척도와 이성수[2]의 NFC 척도를 사용하여 문화성향과 종결욕구 수준에 따라 집단을 분류한 후, 다섯 가지의 의사결정 시나리오에 대한 위험추구와 위험회피의 틀효과 차이를 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 이득틀 조건에서는 위험회피 대안의 선택 비율이, 반면 손실틀 조건에서는 위험추구 대안의 선택 비율이 상대적으로 더 높았다. (2) 두 가지 문화성향(개인주의-집단주의, 수평적-수직적 사고성향)에 따른 틀효과 차이는 각각 유의하지 않았으나, 종결욕구가 높은 집단은 종결욕구가 낮은 집단에 비해 손실틀 조건에서 위험추구 대안에 대해 상대적으로 더 높은 선호도를 보였다. 마지막으로 (3) 개인주의 문화성향과 수평적 사고성향에서는 종결욕구 수준에 따른 틀효과 차이가 유의하지 않았으나, 집단주의 문화성향과 수직적 사고성향에서는 종결욕구 수준에 따른 틀효과의 차이가 유의하였다. 즉, 틀효과에 대한 집단주의 문화성향과 수직적 사고성향의 영향은 종결욕구 수준이 낮은 집단보다는 높은 집단에서만 관찰되었다.

개인사업자의 조세회피성향에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical Analysis on the Disposition of Tax Avoidance by Individual Businesses)

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to a fundamental prevention of tax avoidance behaviors by individual businesses. For the purpose, this researcher surveyed factors surveyed individual business managers' disposition(type) of tax avoidance to determine factors influencing the avoidance, and proposed direction for further studies. Several hypotheses suggested here were verified to find that factors such as tax system, tax psychology, tax knowledge, social culture and the expectation of tax avoidance had effects on individual businesses' disposition of such avoidance. The multiple regression analysis made here showed that such factors as tax psychology, tax system and the expectation of tax avoidance affected the disposition of such avoidance and that the disposition was most influenced by tax system, followed by the expectation of tax avoidance and tax psychology in order. In conclusion, factors that have positive relations with tax avoidance, or tax burden and tax administration and those that have negative relations, or tax ethics and sanction are not helpful to preventing the avoidance. This is not consistent with previous results. Now behaviors of tax avoidance by individual businesses are prevailing and becoming more serious. In this sense, objective measurement devices should be developed to make possible further scientific studies about such behaviors. For the development, support by appropriate policies is needed.

인성과 실내환경적 성향과의 관련성에 관한 연구-컴퓨터 모의실험을 이용한 실내이미지 선호연구- (Relationships between Personality and Interior Environmental Disposition-Focused on Interior Image Preference Computer Simulation-)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships between personality and interior environmental disposition, such as disposition toward traditional/modern, feminine/ masculine and simple/complex characteristics. Korean Testing Center's standardized test which measures activity, emotional stability, dominance, reflectiveness, sociability, autonomy, and achievement was used to measure personality. The three key disposition variables were measured using a visual instrument which was developed in this study. To create images, 3$\times$2$\times$2 factorial composition producing 12 types of images was used. Four set of images were developed to measure each categories of each dispositional characteristic controlling other systematic variables and extraneous variables effects. Thereby total 48 visual images were simulated. The subjects were 107 students. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, chi-square. test and pearson's correlation coefficients. Major findings were as follows; 1)Disposition toward oriental tradition were more likely appeared in higher emotional stability personality 2) Disposition toward tradition were more likely to be dominated than one toward modern in case of higher autonomy personality.

청소년의 문화성향과 자기관이 친사회적 행동의 이유에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Adolescents' Cultural Disposition and Self-Construal on the Reasons for Prosocial Behavior)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the difference in the self-construal and the reason for prosocial behavior by cultural disposition. Further, this paper also aims to analyze the relationships among adolescents' cultural disposition, self-construal, and prosocial behavior and to analyze the path to moral reasoning. Data were collected from self-report questionnaires filled out by 385 adolescents in Cheongju. These data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Pearson's correlation, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS ver. 12.0. The major results of the study were as follows: first, adolescents who perceived higher individualism showed a higher independent self-construal, and adolescents who perceived higher collectivism showed a higher interdependent self-construal. Second, adolescents who perceived higher collectivism attributed prosocial behavior to internal reasons and adolescents who perceived both higher individualism and collectivism attributed prosocial behavior to self-focused reasons as compared to the adolescents who perceived them to be lower. Third, as a result of the mediator analysis, the cultural disposition of adolescents including individualism and collectivism influenced the internal reasons for prosocial behavior through independent selfconstrual. Further, the cultural disposition of adolescents influenced internal reasons, self-focused reasons, and other focused reasons for prosocial behavior through interdependent self-construal. Based on these results, the implication was discussed and a follow-up study was suggested.

간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 자아존중감이 셀프 리더십에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Critical Thinking Disposition and Self-esteem to Self-leadership of Nursing Student)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of critical thinking disposition and self-esteem to self-leadership in nursing students. Methods : In this study, 273 data was collected from nursing students of K-university in South Korea from Sep. 2015 to Nov. 2015, and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 Statistics Program. Results : The results showed that both of critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy according to school year are significant to self-esteem. It was found that critical thinking disposition, self-esteem and self-leadership has a positive correlation. Critical thinking disposition and self-esteem were predictors of self-leadership with 46% of influence. Conclusions : The nursing training program needs to be developed to promote critical thinking and self-esteem in the nursing curriculum, so that the nursing students can demonstrate the ability as a nursing leader in the various fields of clinical practice and health care.

The influence of internet-use Anatomy class on critical thinking disposition - Flipped learning method applying-

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of internet-use Anatomy class, as one of the Flipped learning method, on critical thinking disposition. The class for this study was conducted from March 1 to April 10, 2018. The study involved a total of 180 people in the first year of a University located in C province. Data collection was carried out before and after the Flipped learning method application. Frequency analysis, Paired t-test, Pearson correlation, and Regression analysis were used for the analysis. According to the analysis, 28.3% of men and 71.1% of women and before applying the program analysis of correlation between Flipped learning perception and critical thinking disposition showed a significant correlation between confidence(sub-component of critical thinking) only (p<.005). Comparing the scores of critical thinking before and after the program, it was found that Truth seeking (p<.001), Open-mindness (p<.005), Confidence (p<.001), Systematicity (p<.005), Analyticity (p<.001), and Inquisitiveness (p<.001) scores had increased significantly except Maturity (p>.005). And the regression analysis of Flipped learning method applying influence on critical thinking disposition were significantly affected (p<.001). Based on the results of this study, it was possible to determine that Flipped learning method had a positive effect on critical thinking disposition.

간호대학생의 그릿(Grit)과 비판적 사고성향이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Grit and Critical Thinking Disposition on Nursing Students' Clinical Competence)

  • Objectives: A descriptive survey was used in this study to identify the relationship between nursing students' grit, critical thinking disposition, and clinical competence and to examine factors that influence clinical competence. Methods: Data were collected from 241 nursing students and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 24.0 PC program. Results: Clinical competence was found to have significant pure correlations with critical thinking disposition (r=.49, p<.001), and grit (r=.31, p<.001). The most influential factors influencing nursing students' clinical competence were critical thinking disposition (β=.35, p<.001), and grit (β=.28, p<.001), and these factors explained 33% of the variance in clinical competence. Conclusions: The findings indicate the need to develop and apply strategies and educational programs to enhance individual nurse's critical thinking disposition and grit. Furthermore, exploration is needed on ways to enhance clinical competence.

치기공과 학생의 자기존중감, 비판적 사고성향 및 현장실습 스트레스 간의 연관성 (Association between self-esteem, critical thinking disposition, and field practice stress of dental laboratory technology students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to verify the effects of self-esteem and critical thinking disposition on dental laboratory technology students' field practice stress. Methods: The subjects of the study were 198 dental laboratory technology students with clinical practice experience located in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0 (IBM). Results: The average self-esteem, critical thinking disposition, and field practice stress scores were 3.76, 3.50, and 2.40, respectively. There was a significant correlation between self-esteem, critical thinking disposition, and field practice stress. It was found that the higher the self-esteem, the lower was the field practice stress. On the contrary, among the sub-items of critical thinking disposition, when intellectual fairness increased, the field practice stress decreased; however, when healthy skepticism increased, the field practice stress increased. Conclusion: Self-esteem and critical thinking disposition were both found to have a substantial effect on field practice stress. Therefore, various educational programs need to increase self-esteem and cultivate critical thinking skills for a successful field practice and field practice stress relief of laboratory technology students.
