  • The purpose of this study is for developing and using project tasks which can be used to connect schooling and home education for the other days of 5days-schooling; to promote students' mathematical ability and to let students have positive cognitions toward mathematics and self-controled learning attitudes. For this study, two classes of 4th graders(56 students) were sampled from a school in D city. Half of them were assigned to the experiment group(EG) and the other to comparison group(CG). In the experiment group, students completed 16 project tasks and we investigated whether there is an effect on students' academic achievement and mathematical disposition. Two kinds of test instruments, pre-test and post-test were used. The pre-test scores guaranteed that both groups were homogeneous. Post-test scores were used to identify three effects and the post-test scores were analyzed by t-test. The result of this study is as follows: (1) There was significant difference between EG and CG in academic achievement (p=0.010). (2) There was significant difference between EG and CG in mathematical disposition(p=0.007). (3) There was no significant difference between EG's pre-test and post-test in mathematical disposition at the 5% significant level. But the average score of mathematical disposition improved from 3.3333 to 3.5375. Mathematical disposition was composed of 6 factors. One of them was mathematical value and there was significant difference between EG's pre-test and post-test at the 5% significance level(p=0.030). But other factors were not. The average scores of mathematical reflection improved a little. So we can say that the activities with project tasks brought an positive influence on students' mathematical disposition.

  • Disposition Effect (DE) is one of the many investment biases, wherein the investors sell the profitable stocks rather quickly and they tend to hold on the loss making stocks. Various factors related to the DE are the character of investors applying risk management which is also influenced by the social media, Salient Shock (COVID-19), and in the specific case of Indonesia, the phenomenon of rumor stocks wherein the price can rise as much as up to 8500%. The study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the DE with specific explanatory factors, namely investor behavior and rumors. Data was obtained through a questionnaire sent to 248 Indonesian Stock Exchange Investors (IDX) during the period October-November 2021 by using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results show: Generation Z, women, and investors with a low education has a greater DE, risk-takers tend to have lower DE, and professionals have negative DE. Implementation of risk management will reduce DE. Social Media and the COVID-19 situation positively affect DE. Especially on stock rumors, there is evidence that investors who own rumor stocks will have a low DE. The results indicate the need for: (i) risk management, especially for Z Generation, women and low education Investors, (ii) to provide positive information so that information on social media can be responded to positively.

  • If the interim disposition of the Arbitration Tribunal is not immediately enforceable, it will only give pressure to the other party concerned and the arbitration could work against him if the other party fails to implement it. If enforcement is impossible, the disposition will have no practical effect or practical benefit. In addition, if a system is contrary to its unique characteristics or nature, it will not function as a system or it will become an unnecessary decoration. There is no room for argument that the above provisions are wrong or misinterpreted if the temporary disposition in arbitration cannot be characterized by its characteristics, such as its provisionality, urgency, incidentality, or invasibility. As attracting international arbitration cases can create enormous added value for the national economy, countries are scrambling to create a mediating-friendly legal environment in their countries, and Korea has been more active in arbitration than in the past. Despite various efforts, however, attracting international arbitration cases is still a long way off. Therefore, Korea should create a mediating-friendly, legal environment to attract arbitration cases. There are many reasons why arbitration is activated internationally, but the most important of them is that it is easier to approve and execute. The use of the approval and execution of heavy court is, in turn, the most important requirement of a mediating-friendly environment. It is natural that temporary dispositions made in arbitration should be as easy to approve and enforce as in the case of arbitration. In addition, it is natural for the parties to consider the use of approval and execution when deciding where to mediate or when applying for arbitration; thus, the degree of ease of execution, along with the procedural use of arbitration or provisional disposition, will be a measure of the likelihood of hosting international arbitration cases, as well as the activation of arbitration.
