주 5일 수업제 도입이 청소년의 시간사용에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Introduction of Five-day School Week on Adolescents' Time Use)

  • 본 연구는 2005년부터 도입되기 시작한 주5일 수업제로 인해 나타난 청소년의 시간사용량과 시간배분의 변화를 분석하고, 제도 도입의 효과를 평가하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 통계청에서 제공하는 2004년과 2009년 "생활시간조사" 자료에 정부의 주5일 수업제 시행으로 나타난 자연실험적 상황을 이용하여 청소년의 시간배분의 인과적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 주5일 수업제의 도입으로 증가한 청소년의 재량시간은 대부분 수면과 수동적 여가에 분배되었다. 구체적으로 청소년의 재량시간 1분이 증가할 때 수면시간은 0.46분, 능동적 여가시간은 0.05분, 수동적 여가시간은 0.26분, TV 이용시간은 0.23분 증가하는 반면, 교외 수강 및 자율학습 시간에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 제7차 교육과정의 특색중의 하나인 교과재량활동시간의 효율적 운영에 관하여 연구하였다. 교과재량 활동시간에 '함께가자! 우리' 프로그램의 운영을 통하여 다양한 수학에 대한 경험, 실생활을 소재로 한 수학문제, 수준별 협동학습 수학에 대한 흥미를 유발시켰으며, 1:1 맞춤학습에 의한 부담 없는 질문과 학습의 분위기 조성 등이 학생들의 자기주도적 학습력을 향상시키는데 많은 도움을 주었음을 알 수 있다.

  • 교육부 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2000. 8 .1)"에 따라 2001학년도부터 초 중등학교에서는 필수적으로 정보통신기술 소양 및 활용 교육을 실시하고 있다. 하지만 운영지침만 나와 있을 뿐 구체적인 실천 방법이 나와 있지 않아서 일선학교에서는 정보통신기술 교육과정을 운영하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근에 개정된 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2005.12)"을 바탕으로 창의성과 문제해결력을 신장시킬 수 있는 컴퓨터 재량 활동 교재(2단계)를 개발하였다.

외식업체 종사원의 서비스 지향성 요인에 관한 차이 분석 (An Analysis of the Differences in Foodservice Industry Employees Service Orientation Factor)

  • A review of literature relating to the research topic and a survey method have been implemented in order to analyze effects of service orientation. For data analysis, a reliability analysis was performed to test the reliability of the construct and a series of an exploratory factor analysis was used for the validity test. The findings of the study were as follows: Classified into sex, service leadership factor and service skill factor showed meaningful difference between groups. Classified with age, service training factor, service leadership factor, service standardization factor, service technology factor, and service compensation factor showed meaningful difference between groups. Classified with scholarship, service compensation factor showed meaningful difference. Classified into working year, employees' discretion factor showed meaningful difference. Classified into work department, service training factor and employees' right factor showed meaningful difference. In addition, classified into monthly average incomes, employees' discretion factor showed meaningful difference.

  • 본 논문에서는 비개착 지하구조물 형성 공법의 하나인 BTR 공법에 대해 안전성을 평가하기 위해 수치해석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 BTR 공법의 보강요소를 개별적으로 모델링하여 이산화해석을 실시하였고 면적비를 고려한 균질화 기법을 도입한 균질화 해석을 수행하여 지반에 발생하는 변위를 비교함으로써 균질화기법 적용의 타당성을 확인하였다. 해석 결과 이산화 해석과 균질화 해석은 변위발생 양상이 유사한 결과를 갖는 것을 알 수 있었다.

A study on the relationship between proprietary information cost and the quality of disclosure

  • Examining whether the relationship between proprietary information cost and management's disclosure decision is also valid for domestic companies is expected to provide meaningful implications for investors and regulatory authorities. However, there are no domestic studies related to proprietary information costs so far. This study examines whether managers tend to lower the disclosure level at their discretion in consideration of proprietary information costs. This study used the measurement quality of disclosure to examine whether managers tend to lower the disclosure level at their discretion in consideration of proprietary information costs. As a result of empirical analysis, it was confirmed that there is a negative relationship between proprietary information cost and the quality of disclosure. This suggests that management tends to make disclosure decisions in consideration of not only the benefits of disclosure but also proprietary information costs resulting from disclosure in order to maximize corporate value. These findings are expected to have significant implications for investors and related policy authorities.

일개 지역 사업장 근로자의 직무스트레스수준 평가 (The Evaluation of Worker's Job Stress Status in Workplace of a Local Area)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the worker's job stress status in the workplace of a local area. Method: Data were collected from October to December, 2007. The subjects were 208 workers at 2 work sites in Busan Metropolitan area, who were examined using Job-Strain-Model Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 Win Program to get the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ${\chi}^2$-test, ANOVA. Results: The results of this study were as follows: In the mean sub-factors job stress level, the mean of job demand was $28.7{\pm}4.4$(median 29.0), the mean of job discretion was $54.7{\pm}8.2$(median 54.0), the mean of social support was $21.8{\pm}2.9$(range:8-32). This study's subjects were appeared as active group with relatively higher score of job demand and job discretion than the average value of those. There was no statistically significant difference of general characteristics among the different job strain groups. There was statistically significant difference with of social supports among the different job strain groups. Conclusion: In conclusion, the subjects of this study's were active group. Thus, it is suggested that it is be necessary to repeated the education of the job task work for active group with high score of job demand and job discretion.

항만하역 근로자들의 직무 스트레스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Stress of Container Termainal Workers)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study is to evaluate the job characteristics of container terminal workers by applying the Job Strain model, and to assess the relationship among the general characteristics, job characteristics and psychosocial distress. Methods: A self-administrated questionnaire survey was performed to the container terminal workers in Pusan. Among the 200 male workers who answered the questionnaires, white-collar workers and blue-collar workers were 100, respectively. Karaseks Job Content Questionnaire was utilized to evaluate the job characteristics and Psychosocial well-being index (PWI) was applied to measure the extent of their psychosocial stress. Results: In white-collar workers, the skill discretion, created skill, decision-making authority, decision-making latitude, psychological job demand, and supervisor support of the job characteristics were significantly high, while in blue-collar workers physical exertion was significantly high. The result of Psychosocial well-being index (PWI) reveals that blue-collar workers were more stressed than white-collar workers, especially, the indices of depression (factor 2), sleeping disturbance and anxiety (factor 3), General well-being and vitality (factor 4) were significantly increased; whereas, in white-collar workers, only the index of social performance and self-confidence (factor 1) was significantly increased. And PWI scores were significantly increased in the lower social support and psychological job demand. By the multiple logistic regression analysis for PWI, blue-collar workers had increased odds ratio of 2.66(95% CI;1.11-6.41) compared with white-collar workers. The unmarried workers increased odds ratio of 3.54(95% CI;1.18-10.62) compared with married workers. And workers who have not own house increased odds ratio of 2.35(95% CI;1.15-4.79) compared with workers who have own house. Particularly, odds ratio of work-shift in blue-collar workers was 11.10(2.14-57.64). Conclusion: Skill discretion, created skill, decision-making authority, decision-making latitude, psychological job demand, and supervisor support were increased in white-collar workers. Decreased skill discretion and increased physical exertion were found in blue-collar workers, which is supported the Job Strain model. Job stress of blue-collar workers was comparatively higher than that of white-collar workers, especially, skill discretion, decision-making authority, decision-making latitude, job insecurity, physical exertion were noticeable factors. Especially, sleeping, smoking, and work shifting turned out to be a main cause that increases stress. Therefore, in order to decrease the job stress, a health promotion program to change the health behaviors should be activated and an organized job stress management program should be introduced. Especially, working condition for blue-collar such as physical exertion and work-shift should be improved.

  • 경찰은 위험방지의 영역에 있어서 경찰권을 발동할 책무를 가지지만, 위험방지를 위해 개입을 하여야만 하는지의 여부, 어떠한 개입 및 어느 정도의 개입을 하여야만 하는가에 관하여 재량에 의하여 결정할 수 있다. 그러한 재량에 따른 경찰의 조치는 침해적인 명령 강제를 내용으로 하기 때문에 국민의 권리를 침해하기 마련이다. 따라서 경찰권의 발동에는 법치주의의 원리에 따른 법률유보의 원칙에 따라 필연적으로 법적 통제장치가 따라야 찬다. 본 연구는 경찰작용의 통제법리로서 경찰권 발동의 한계를 중심으로 공공의 안녕과 질서를 유지하면서도 국민의 자유와 권리를 최대한 보장할 수 있는 합리적인 방안을 강구하여 경찰작용의 바람직한 방향을 모색하고자 한다.

  • 현재 초등학교에서는 각 학년에 재량활동 시간을 활용하여 매주 1시간씩 34시간이상을 정보통신기술교육 시간으로 배정하고 있다. 그러나 시대의 변화에 발맞추어 요구되고 있는 창의성과 문제해결력을 키워줄 수 있는 컴퓨터 교재가 개발되어 있지 않아서 시대에 맞는 정보통신기술교육을 하고 있지 못하다. 그리하여 교육인적자원부가 발표한 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 분석하여 창의성과 문제해결력을 증진시킬 수 있고 현장에서 쓰일 수 있는 5,6학년용 교재를 개발하였다.
