This paper is extended the meaning and period of CONICAL HAT. That is, the race in Central Asia and Western Asia have worn the conical hat before Scytian appeared. One in conical hat puts on the clothes of two-piece style and has the lifestyle. a horse riding and nomadism. Besides the race originate into the Indo-European language family. On the whole the conical hat has relations with the region and is classified into two groups. Scytian and Klin-Yar style. First. the Scytian style of low hat forms the seam of two-piece and is discovered in Southern Russia. Central Asia and East-Northern Asia. Second, the Klin-Yar style of high hat forms the one piece and generally is discovered in Asia Minor and west of Altai. Until now the moaning of the conical hat has focused on the military. However, one in Central Asia and Western Asia is mostly a king. nobility and god. Therefore, in addition to the meaning of military. I estimate that the conical hat may be expressed as the noble status.

The effect of $Y^{3+}$ addition to $SrTiO_3:Pr^{3+}$ on the photoluminescence and cathodoluminescence was studied. We discovered that light emitting levels of $Pr^{3+}$ vary by addition of $Y^{3+}$. In $(Sr_{1-x}Y_x)TiO_3:Pr^{3+}$, both the green and red emission are discovered while the red emission prevails in $Sr(Ti_{1-x}Y_x)O_3:Pr^{3+}$ . $Sr(Ti_{1-x}Y_x)O_3:Pr^{3+}$ shows enhancement of red emission by two kinds of enhancement process.

This study relates to develop a quantitative method through which promising technology-based business items can be discovered and selected. For this study, we utilized patent trend analysis, technology-industry concordance analysis, and keyword co-occurrence analysis of US patents. By analyzing patent trends and technology-industry concordance, we were able to find out the emerging industry trends : prevalence of bio industry, service industry, and B2C business. From the direct and co-occurrence analysis of newly discovered patent keywords in the year, 2000, 28 promising business item candidates were extracted. Finally, the promising item candidates were prioritized using 4 business attractiveness determinants; market size, product life cycle, degree of the technological innovation, and coincidence with the industry trends. This result implicates that reliable discovery and selection of promising technology-based business items can be performed by a quantitative, objective and low- cost process using knowledge discovery method from patent database instead of peer review.

Pulsar binaries in tight orbits are considered to emit strong gravitational waves (GWs) during the last stage of their coalescences. They form a subset of compact binary mergers, which consists of white dwarfs (WDs), neutron stars (NSs), or black holes (BHs). One of the most famous example of 'merging' pulsar binaries is the Hulse-Taylor pulsar (PSR B1913+16) discovered in 1974 by Russell Hulse and Joseph Taylor. About ten NS-NS and several tens of NS-WD binaries are known in our Galaxy. Merging binaries are rare and only a few NS-NS and NS-WD have been discovered to date. A pulsar with a black hole companion is also theoretically expected, but there is yet no detection. Within several years, direct detections of GWs from compact binary mergers will be made by laser interferometers. This will pave a way to study physics of compact binaries that cannot be reached by electromagnetic waves (EM). Pulsar binaries are of particular interest as we can use both EM and GW to probe these systems. In this talk, we present a brief overview on the Galactic pulsar populations and discuss their implications for GW detection.

As Dutch structuralism discovered a possibility that can improve the problem of modem architecture through study on non-western area. Dutch structuralism had tremendous impact on Philosophy, psychology, art history and the style of a dress and many other cultural trend. In architecture, Aldo van Eyck embodied that theory and succeeded to Herman Hertzberger and Piet Blom. As result Structuralism related with architecture has dealt with the participation and domain of residents, namely public domain and private domain, the approach property of public space, middle domain which shows the harmony between public domain and private one, and the structuralism discovered that each element of public space and private space has been developed as an architectural type that makes a group by repetitive arrangement and it found out a possibility that can make up problems overlooked in modem architecture through development and change.

We discovered that definition of a Geometrical Progression(Sequence) have some differences in domestic textbooks & some foreign countries' books. This will be able to cause a chaos when students divide whether a sequence is a Geometrical Progression(Sequence) or not, and a question error when teachers compose questions about convergence conditions of Infinite Geometric progressions & series. We took a question investigation for students about definition of a Geometrical Progression(that is called G. P.), we discovered that high level students have an error about definition of a G. P.. So We modified expressions of terminology in domestic textbooks appropriately through a Geometrical Progression(Sequence), infinite series, & infinite geometrical series in some foreign countries' books.

The flow characteristics of double suction pump are investigated by numerically Calculations are performed by using SIMPLE algorithm at the design and off-design points. Symmetric nature of flow fields in blade channels is discovered at design point, but asymmetirc effects are discovered at the off-design point. Numerical results show that the formation of secondary flow in volute of double suction pump shows different trends when compared with the case of single suction pump. Also results show that double vortices are formed in the volute cross section.

Even though Taenia spp. eggs are occasionally discovered from archeological remains around the world, these eggs have never been discovered in ancient samples from Korea. When we attempted to re-examine the archeological samples maintained in our collection, the eggs of Taenia spp., 5 in total number, were recovered from a tomb of Gongju-si. The eggs had radially striated embryophore, and $37.5-40.0\;{\mu}m{\times}37.5\;{\mu}m$ in size. This is the first report on taeniid eggs from ancient samples of Korea, and it is suggested that intensive examination of voluminous archeological samples should be needed for identification of Taenia spp.
