This research aims to test, firstly, how the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) helps to moderate the effect of family ownership on investment efficiency; secondly, how CSR disclosures mediate the effect of corporate governance on investment efficiency. STATA was used to analyze archival data collected from a total sample of 210 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), which were in the family businesses category for the period of 2016-2018. The first finding is that CSR moderates the effect of family ownership on investment efficiency. This implies that family businesses are very careful about investing. They will avoid risky decisions that may increase the economic wealth, but reduce the socio-emotional wealth. To maintain socio-emotional wealth, they tend to choose an underinvestment strategy and are more concerned with the prestige and good reputation of their families and dynasties than with economic wealth. Thus, CSR disclosures can reduce the underinvestment strategy of family businesses listed on the IDX. The second finding is that CSR disclosures are able to mediate the effect of corporate governance on investment efficiency. CSR activities play a major role in decision-making, and through CSR disclosures, corporate governance has a greater effect on investment efficiency.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the management performance of hospitals by analyzing the ratio of stability, profitability ratio, and growth rate through the financial ratios of medical institutions using accounting information disclosure data of medical institutions, financial status table and profit and loss statement. The main goal is to analyze and analyze financial statements of medical institutions' accounting information in 2016 and 2017, analyze the difference and analyze the general characteristics and financial ratios by type, type and size of medical institutions, The financial characteristics of medical institutions were identified. The ratio of stability, profitability, and growth rate through financial ratios were compared and analyzed. In addition, we analyzed the correlation between the medical profit margin, the total asset profit margin, the medical profit margin rate, and the net profit margin of the medical institutions through the financial ratios of accounting information disclosure data of medical institutions. The main results are as follows: First, the size of the hospital and the size of the debt through the change of assets, liabilities and capital of the financial statement are increasing, the size of own capital is relatively decreased, and the management performance is getting worse It is showing. Second, the increase in average medical revenues in the income statement is small, and the average increase in net profit is small. Thus, medical institutions were able to confirm the difficulty in creating profits through medical activities. In addition, there was a large difference in the debt ratio, the stability ratio, and the profitability ratio of the general hospitals and the general hospitals according to the types of medical institutions, and the difference in the average financial ratios of national and public hospitals, school corporation hospitals, I could confirm. The correlation between independent variables in the correlation was -0.904 between the capital ratio and the total assets turnover ratio, -0.800 between the labor cost ratio and the hospital income ratio, and -0.631 between the labor cost ratio and the foreign profit ratio. In order to improve the management deterioration of hospitals by using accounting information disclosure data of medical institutions, it is necessary to have a large effect on the net profit margin of the medical care and the net profit margin of the total assets.

Internet companies that utilize social network have increased in number. The introduction of diverse social media services facilitated innovative changes in e-business. Social network service (SNS), which is a domain of social media, is a web-based service designed to strengthen human relations in the Internet and build new social relations. The remarkable growth of social network services and the profit generation and perception of this service are the new growth engines of this digital age. Given this development, many global IT companies views SNS as the most powerful form of social media. Thus, they invest efforts to develop business models using SNS.2) This study verifies the impact of privacy exposure in SNS as a result of privacy invasion. This study examines the purpose of using the SNS and user's awareness of the significance of personal information, which are key factors that affect self-disclosure of personal information. This study utilizes theory of reasoned action (TRA) to provide a theoretical platform that describes the specific behavior and emotional response of individuals. This study presents a research model that considers negative attitude (negatude). In this model, self-disclosure in SNS is considered a TRA. TRA is a subjective norm, a behavioral intention, and a key variable of exposure behavior. A survey was conducted on college students at Y university in Seoul to empirically verify the research model. The students have experiences in using SNS. A total of 198 samples were collected. Path analysis was applied to analyze the relations of factors. The results of path analysis show the statistically insignificant impact of privacy invasion on negatude, subjective norm, behavioral intention, and exposure behavior. The impact of unrecognized privacy invasion was also considered insignificant. The impacts of intention to use SNS on negatude, subjective norm, behavioral intention, and exposure behavior was significant. A significant impact was also found for the significance of personal information on subjective norm, behavioral intention, and exposure behavior, whereas the impact on negatude was insignificant. The impact of subjective norm on behavioral intention was significant. Lastly, the impact of behavioral intention on exposure behavior was insignificant. These findings are significant because the study examined the process of self-disclosure by integrating psychological and social factors based on theoretical discussion.

This research investigates the characteristics of the mobile social commerce and explores the moderating effects of perceived risk and price sensitivity. This survey targeted consumers in their 20s to 30s who use mobile social commerce applications. We used 261 questionnaires for the final statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were applied in the data analysis. The results are summarized as follows. First, characteristics of mobile social commerce are composed of economics, informativeness, entertainment and promotion. Second, perceived risk (which had a negative effect on purchase intention) had moderating effects between perceived risk and economics or entertainment. Third, price sensitivity (which had a positive effect on purchase intention) had a moderating effect between price sensitivity and promotion. This study contributes to the disclosure of the role of perceived risk and price sensitivity as moderating factors between the characteristics of mobile social commerce and purchase intention. Finally, useful implications (both academic and practical) are provided for fashion retail managers.

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability on firm value, as well as the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR), which in this study is a moderator and company size as a control variable. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling method with certain criteria, to obtain a sample of 22 LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. The data analysis method in this study used was the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS 18 Program. The results show that the ratios of liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability are significant to firm value in accordance with the initial hypothesis of the study. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a role as a moderating variable and company size variable as a control variable on the effect of financial ratios (liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability) on firm value. The implication of this research is that CSR has a very important role in increasing company value. To attract more investors, companies must pay attention not only to financial performance but also to social performance. Large-scale companies tend to do more CSR so that the company value will increase.
The purpose of this study is to analyse on the effect of social enterprises governmental subsidies for social and economic performance. For this analysis, the sample is listed to the disclosure data from Korean Social Enterprise Promotion Agency from 2016 to 2018. First, the governmental subsidies of Social Enterprises are negatively related to the social performance and economic performance. The personnel expenses and social insurance expense in governmental subsidies components are positively significant related to the social performance of social enterprises. The professional manpower expenses and business development expenses are positively significant related to the economic performance of social enterprises. This can be interpreted as contributing to the creation of results according to the purpose of social enterprises for each item of government subsidies, and through this, it is judged that it is necessary to establish specific and customized support policies in order to increase the effectiveness of the government subsidies and increase the satisfaction of social enterprises.

Background: The aim of this study was to investigate Iranian cancer patient perceptions of their prognosis, factors that influence perceptions of prognosis and the effect this has on patient level of hope. Materials and Methods: Iranian cancer patients (n=200) completed self-report measures of their perceptions of their prognosis and level of hope, in order to assess the relationship between the two and identify factors predictive of perceptions by multiple linear regression analysis. Results: Cancer patients perceived of their prognosis positively (mean 11.4 out of 15), believed their disease to be curable, and reported high levels of hope (mean 40.4 out of 48.0). Multiple linear regression analyses demonstrated that participants who were younger, perceived they had greater family support, and had higher levels of hope reported more positive perceptions of their cancer prognosis. Conclusions: Positive perceptions of prognosis and its positive correlation with hope in Iranian cancer patients highlights the importance of cultural issues in the disclosure of cancer related information.
Impact of online social network to cyber community has increased much attention recently. The biggest challenge in fostering a social network is to the extent whether it helps to build human capital network or social community. We propose what critical factors influence the formation of online capital network. The study uses three independent factors as motivation, self disclosure, and interactivity and two dependent factors as knowledge sharing and strengthening relationships to create virtual capital connection. Data collected from 256 university students to test the proposed model. The results of the study shows that all hypothesis are supported except one with strengthening relationship. Implications and limitations of this research are discussed.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explain a structural model of posttraumatic growth among psychiatric nurses based on existing models and a literature review and verify its effectiveness. Methods: Data were collected from psychiatric nurses in one special city, four metropolitan cities, and three regional cities from February to March 2016. Exogenous variables included hardiness and distress perception, while endogenous variables included self-disclosure, social support, deliberate rumination, and posttraumatic growth. Data from 489 psychiatric nurses were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 and AMOS 20.0. Results: The modified model was a good fit for the data. Tests on significance of the pathways of the modified model showed that nine of the 14 paths were supported, and the explanatory power of posttraumatic growth by included variables in the model was 69.2%. For posttraumatic growth among psychiatric nurses, deliberate rumination had a direct effect as the variable that had the largest influence. Indirect effects were found in the order of hardiness, social support, and distress perception. Self-disclosure showed both direct and indirect effects. Conclusion: A strategy to improve deliberate rumination is necessary when seeking to improve posttraumatic growth among psychiatric nurses. Enhancing psychiatric nurses' hardiness before trauma would enable them to actively express negative emotions after trauma, allowing them to receive more social support. This would improve deliberate rumination and consequently help promote psychological growth among psychiatric nurses who have experienced trauma.
Purpose: This study attempted to examine the risk of stock price plunge according to the firm's management strategy. Prospector firms value innovation and have high uncertainties due to rapid growth. There is a possibility of lowering the quality of financial reporting in order to meet market expectations while withstanding the uncertainty of the results. In addition, managers of prospector firms enter into compensation contracts based on stock prices, thus creating an incentive to withhold negative information disclosure to the market. Prospector firms' information opacity and delays in disclosure of negative information are likely to cause a sharp decline in share prices in the future. Research design, data and methodology: This study performed logistic analysis of KOSPI listed firms from 2014 to 2017. The independent variable is the strategic index, and is calculated by considering the six characteristics (R&D investment, efficiency, growth potential, marketing, organizational stability, capital intensity) of the firm. The higher the total score, the more it is a firm that takes a prospector strategy, and the lower the total score, the more it is a firm that pursues a defender strategy. In the case of the dependent variable, a value of 1 was assigned when there was a week that experienced a sharp decline in stock prices, and 0 when it was not. Results: It was found that the more firms adopting the prospector strategy, the higher the risk of a sharp decline in the stock price. This is interpreted as the reason that firms pursuing a prospector strategy do not disclose negative information by being conscious of market investors while carrying out venture projects. In other words, compensation contracts based on uncertainty in the outcome of prospector firms and stock prices increase the opacity of information and are likely to cause a sharp decline in share prices. Conclusions: This study's analysis of the impact of management strategy on the stock price plunge suggests that investors need to consider the strategy that firms take in allocating resources. Firms need to be cautious in examining the impact of a particular strategy on the capital markets and implementing that strategy.
