In school safety education, it was difficult to apply how to link the safety education according to grades year, and student's interest was reduced due to the repetition of existing safety education contents and the absence of new teaching methods and tools. In this study, as a new type of safety education, a performance forms fire safety education program was developed. This program aims to increase students' interest and satisfaction in safety education, and to this end, it was connect with korean elementary science curriculum and combined various engineering teaching materials or tools and methods. Developed program was applied to 2,231 students, 25 schools in 10 regions of Gyeonggi-do and surveyed 476 fifth and sixth grade students program satisfaction and 3 factors of interest in fire safety education who could respond to the survey. As a result of applying the program, more than 90% of students responded more than 'satisfied' in all areas. and statistical test(independent t-test and non-parametric test) indicates over-all satisfaction and interest factors in the program are high regardless of gender and grade, so the effectiveness can be guessed indirectly and there is a universal applicability also. Moreover, examining the influence of student interest level in the satisfaction of the fire safety program, it was found that in order to increase the satisfaction of fire safety education, students should have more fun with the content and feel interest in the teacher's teaching method or explanation.

연구목적: 2007년 발생한 태안 기름유출사고는 우리에게 커다란 교훈을 주었으며 사회적 재난의 대표적 사례이다. 자원봉사자의 눈부신 헌신과 봉사를 통해 극복했다. 그러나 자원봉사 이면에는 유출된 기름에 직간접적으로 노출되어 두통 등 건강장해와 안전사고가 발생하였다. 안전사고는 불안전한 행동에 기인하였고, 불안전한 행동은 안전의식의 결여 또는 무지에서 왔다. 자원봉사자에 대한 체계적인 안전의식 고취를 위한 교육훈련 프로그램을 산업안전보건법과 연계하여 찾고자 한다. 연구방법: 산업안전보건법과 해안방제와 관련한 법률 그리고 과년도 산업재해통계의 불안전 행동 요인을 중심으로 파악하였다. 연구결과: 해안방제에 투입되는 자원봉사자에 대하여 실시하여야 할 교육내용과 교육 시간을 산업안전보건법의 근로자와 대비하여 제시하였다. 결론: 자원봉사자와 자원봉사 관리자에 대한 안전보건교육은 안전의식과 직결하고 불안전한 행동을 방지할 수 있다.

According to the data released by Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency, construction workers suffering from falling disaster have been increasing continuously for the last five years, and in fact, small and medium construction companies' falling disaster forms over 97% of all every year. This means that to reduce falling disaster significantly, it is needed to get rid of disaster taking place in small and medium construction companies. Here, this study aims to analyze various causes of falling disaster in small and medium construction companies, examine how those factors are correlated with one another, and suggest how to manage the risk of falling disaster effectively. According to the study results, main factors influencing falling disaster in small and medium construction companies are found as follows: Situational Awareness/Risk Perception, Fatigue/Alertness, Communications, Equipment/Facilities, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the Direct Level, Management/Supervision, Education/Training, and Planning in the Organizational Level, and Management's Commitment to Safety in the Policy Level.

연구목적: 본 연구는 국내에서 발표된 학술 연구에서 군인과 관련된 교육 분야의 연구동향을 파악하고 분석함으로써 앞으로 군인 교육의 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2000년에서 2022년까지 게재된 국내 학술논문에서 '군인'과 '교육'을 주제로 수행된 논문 중 최종 논문 269편을 선별하였다. 최종 선정한 문헌은 연도, 연구대상, 연구방법 유형, 연구자 수, 연구주제, 연구내용으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 2010년부터 연구 수가 점차 증가하였는데, 2021년에 31편이 발표되어 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 둘째, 전군(全軍)을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았고, 다음은 육군과 간호장교가 다수를 차지하였다. 셋째, 연구방법에는 질적연구 방법이 조금 더 많이 활용되었다. 넷째, 2인 이상의 연구자 수가 꾸준히 증가하고 있었다. 다섯째, 연구주제는 개발, 설계, 개선을 주제로 한 논문이 가장 많았다. 여섯째, 연구내용의 세부 분야별로 살펴보면, 군인들의 정신(전력)교육, 군사교육·훈련에 관한 연구가 다수를 차지하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 군인 교육이 다양한 주제로 연구됨을 확인하였다. 향후 연구의 방향은 군인 교육과 안전에 관한 많은 관심으로 여러 관점에서 깊이 있는 연구가 이루어져야 한다.

This paper is written following an analysis of occurrence trend of industrial disaster in manufacturing industry. One of major reason of industrial accident is unsafe action caused by lack of work supervision. so we have surveyed the understanding level of supervisors for industrial safety and their education of industrial safety which is forced by industrial law. We have got the result that the supervisor's education is necessary to prevent industrial disaster but it's not fit for their own workplace for various reasons from the survey and analysis. I would like to suggest effective solutions. The institute of education should train that they can execute safety and health works themselves by classification of the industrial category, company scale and located region. Also, government should endow supervisors with authority and responsibility for the activation of education system. Finally, government should support the expense of education to medium and small-sized enterprises especially, and they should be interested in the attendance and execution of education. They will achieve the goal to prevent industrial disasters in manufacturing industry through the enforcement of effective supervisor system as per the remark mentioned above.

본 연구는 특성화고등학교 화학 관련학과 재학생의 재난안전교육 및 안전교육에 관한 의식을 알아보고 안전의식과 안전교육 간의 관계를 파악하기 위함이다. 연구는 경기도와 충청남도에 소재하고 있는 특성화고등학교 재학생 469명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하는 방법으로 진행하였다. 학생들은 자신의 안전에 대한 의식이 5점 척도로 3.44로 타인의 안전의식 2.85 보다 좋다고 생각하였으며, 안전규정을 지키는 것은 타인에 대한 배려라고 생각하고 있다. 학교에서 진행되고 있는 안전교육은 필요하지만, 교육내용에 대해서는 흥미가 없는 것으로 생각하고 있었다. 화학전공학생들은 학교에서 진행되는 실습관련수업에서 안전에 관한 교육은 받고 있었으나, 실험시간에 보호설비를 사용하는 것에 대해서는 충분하지 않다고 생각하고 있었다. 재난의식에 대해서는 정(+)의 상관성을 가지며, 안전의식과 소방안전 인식은 유의성을 가지는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구결과는 재난안전에 대처하는 능력을 향상시키기 위한 안전교육의 기초자료로 활용하는데 사용될 것이다. 이를 위해 안전에 대한 의식을 높이기 위한 교육프로그램이 필요하며, 이를 위한 교육매뉴얼의 개발을 제안한다. 향후 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 실효성 있는 추후 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

The construction industry has a higher disaster rate than other industries, so safety education and management are highly important. In order to reduce the construction accident rate, it is necessary to study the key safety management factors reflecting the characteristics of the construction industry, where there are differences in processes and manpower input for each process, and a small number of managers. Therefore, in this study, key safety management factors for each Process of construction were derived through cross-analysis between safety accident types and accident occurrence objects through disaster case data. The extracted key safety management factors are expected to provide useful information for safety education and supervision of construction sites.

연구목적: 활동지원사의 안전의식과 안전행동은 시각장애인의 안전에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에, 본 연구에서는 시각장애인 활동지원사들이 갖고 있는 안전의식과 안전행동에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법:본 연구는 2021년 5월 ~ 6월까지 서울의 활동지원서비스를 제공하는 수행기관 9곳의 모집문건을 통해 참여의사를 밝히고 서면동의를 한 시각장애인 활동지원사 263명을 대상으로 하였으며, 결과분석을 위해 차이검증, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 소화기 실제 연습경험이 있고 재난상황의 행동요령에 대한 교육을 받은 활동지원사들이 안전의식과 안전행동이 높았다. 또한 응급구조법을 교육받은 경우 활동지원사의 생활안전의식과 소방안전의식이 높았으나 재난안전의식에서는 차이가 없었으며, 안전행동은 더 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 모든 안전의식은 안전행동과 높은 관련성을 보였다. 셋째, 시각장애인 활동지원사의 생활안전의식, 소방안전의식, 재난안전의식이 높을수록 안전행동이 높았다. 결론: 본 연구는 시각장애인이 보다 안전한 삶을 살 수 있도록 활동지원사에게 적절한 안전교육을 제공하고 안전의식을 고취시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 실시하는 것이 중요함을 밝혔다.

어린이가 위험에 노출된 경우 그 안전을 확보하기 위해 어린이 안전에 관한 「어린이안전관리에 관한 법률」이 제정되었다. 이에 어린이이용시설종사자는 행정안전부에서 지정하는 어린이 안전교육 전문기관에서 이론 및 실습 교육을 매년 이수하여야 한다. 한국어린이안전재단은 어린이 안전교육 전문인력 및 시설을 확보하여 어린이 안전교육 전문기관으로 지정되었다. 이에 효과적인 안전교육을 제공하기 위한 운영방안에 대해 논의하고 대응한다.

Industrial disasters cause lots of damages from individuals to companies and country. Especially, damages caused by constructional disasters take very large portion in the whole industry and are accompanied by huge personal physical damages. For the prevention of disasters, roles of safety manager are very important and especially, effects of disaster prevention can be changed by occupational ability of construction safety manager. To improve job abilities of safety manager, job education is very important. This research suggested a model for job education management of construction safety manager and proposed improvements as a study on improvement of curriculum for vitalization of job education of construction safety manager so as to improve occupational ability of safety manager. To achieve them, this research examined standard and operation status of current job education of safety manager and the problems and suggested a model materializing job educational contents as a measure to vitalize job education system of safety manager.
