The object of this study is to understand the psychological factor of the worker on safety and recommend experimental factor of safety education program. The following are the methods of this study. We analyzed the statistical data from survey to workers(N=139) about the psychological factor on safely. The survey consisted of 34 questions about 4 factors like private external characteristic, psychological characteristic, characteristics on behavior, and experience and reason of disaster. As the result of the analysis of the multi regression model on the base of correlation of each of the major factors, psychological health, effort on practicing, and satisfaction on their life were the variables with high influence on the safety mind of workers. So, it is good safety strategy for effective working to maintain healthy life with optimistic minds, and try to practice actively as usual. After considering the result, for the development of safety education program for working, we have to consider psychological factors of our workers that influence their safety and try to improve the experimental education opportunity, and it will be effective.

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 중·소규모의 사립 박물관을 대상으로 안전관리 업무에 대한 개선을 위하여 매뉴얼을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법: 현행 사립 박물관의 안전관리에 대한 문제점을 조사하여 위해서 국내에 위치한 50개소의 사립 박물관을 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 그리고 안전관리 업무를 담당하는 실무자들에게 면담과 시설물의 안전점검을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 사립 박물관의 경우 비영리형태의 개인에 의해 운영되고 있으며, 열악한 재정상황 및 박물관 종사자의 안전관리 업무에 대한 비전문성을 보완하기 위해서 안전관리 매뉴얼 작성이 최우선적으로 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 결론: 중소규모 사립 박물관 종사자의 안전관리 업무에 대한 전문성 향상과 업무의 효율적인 운영을 위해서 그림과 도표를 활용한 시나리오 기반의 표준행동절차 매뉴얼을 제시하였다.

This study carried out the investigation about the actual conditions of the management, disaster analysis and safety awareness on excavator in one of construction equipment and tried to make it's preventive measures. To achieve this, first of all, the accident of the internal Construction Industry process Investigation and Analysis, and then analyze an cause of accident based on it. Next, For the conditions of safety management conduct a survey to Investigation and Analysis and Propose preventive measures. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1st, Status of safety awareness and management of construction equipment tend to seek quickly and easily for the interests of sight. 2nd, Half the precincts of the equipment is causing major disaster. 3rd, The risk of excavator operation's indicators and drivers is so much potential. 4th, The preventive measures are needed for strengthening safety education, professional legal education, changes in safety awareness, the development of prevention system.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate safety consciousness (SC), cognitive-behavioral strategy (CBS), and safety behavior (SB) among university students living in dormitories on campus. Methods: The data was analyzed to compare the safety behavior by sex, safety related factors, and safety consciousness index in the SPSS 23 program using Chi-square test, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The participants in the health and safety behaviors survey were 2,721 students who have been in dormitories on campus. On the mean of items, the Public Safety Consciousness Index (PSCI) was 93.1, SC was 26.9, CBS was 15.7, and SB was 50.4. It were significant correlations between SC, CBS, and SB among university students (r=0.74-0.78), and CBS was identified as the mediator. Finally, it was significant increase the SC, CBS, and SB by sex and participation on safety education, but decrease by age and experience of accident and disaster. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop safety education program enhancing safety consciousness and safety behavior in order to prevent accidents on campus. And it suggests that safety education should be included in regular curriculum of university to improve health status and achieve academic goals.

국내외적으로 CBRNE관련 사고로 인하여 국민의 불안감은 상당히 높은 수준이다. CBRNE 관련 사고는 다양한 원인에 의하여 발생하고 있으며, 피해규모는 상상 이상으로 확대될 가능성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 불특정 다수를 대상으로 발생할 수 있는 CBRNE사고에 대한 피해저감방안으로 CBRNE 교육훈련 프로그램에 주목을 하였고, 국내 기관들의 CBRNE 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 비교분석을 통하여 상이점을 밝혀내고, 이를 통하여 프로그램 개선방안을 제안하고 있다.

There has been a big need of Safety Education for the power plants with a high risk due to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster and the tragic accident of Sewol Ferry. The object of this research is for studying ways of developing contents for customized Power Plants Safety Education applied with 'Story Viewing' technology in order to improve the present format of Power Plant Safety Education based on hard copied documents so as to prevent human mistakes because of lack of system and ability of initial response which come from safety frigidity shown in the case of Sewol Accident. 'Story-viewing' applied to Power Plant Safety Education is the methodology to enhance information communicability utilizing IT/Visualization technology combined with Story Telling that is an effective propagation way.

이 연구는 국내에 거주하는 유학생들의 한국어 수준이 안전의식에 미치는 영향 간에 인과관계를 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 한국어 표현과 이해능력이 안전의식에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석할 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국어 표현능력은 생활안전의식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이해능력은 생활안전의식에 부(-)의 영향을 미치나 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국어 표현능력은 소방안전의식에 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 정(+)의 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 한국어 표현능력은 재난안전의식에 유의미한 영향을 미치고, 정(+)의 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유학생들이 한국에 체류하여 생활하면서 한국 생활에 맞는 안전의식을 준수하도록 강화할 필요가 있으며, 한국어 교육 시 생활 한국어뿐만 아니라 안전과 관련된 주제로 한 한국어 이해 교육도 반드시 강화되어야 할 것이다.

용인시민안전체험관은 코로나19로 인한 대면교육 중단과 이에 따른 안전교육 공백을 최소화 하고자 다양한 비대면 소방안전교육을 진행해왔다. 신종 감염병이 나날이 늘어가는 현대사회에서 각종재난 발생 위험에 따른 대처능력 향상을 위한 수요가 증가됨에 따라 안전교육 역시 알맞은 방안을 구상하여 효과적인 학습기회를 제공할 수 있도록 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.
