Dental treatment for the disabled should be a customized that considers the characteristics and degree of cooperation of each disabled patient. There are additional considerations during implant treatment and tooth extraction in disabled patients. Since some brain lesion disorder or cardiac disease patients may be taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant medications, it is necessary to evaluate whether these medications should be discontinued before an invasive procedure. Precautions should be taken for patients with heart valve disease considering the risk of infective endocarditis, especially during invasive dental procedures. Moreover, disabled patients may have difficulty in following instructions and cautions. There are specific considerations for each stage of implant treatment in disabled patients. In the case of patients who are in the pre- or post-transplant state, it is necessary to assess their general condition and oral disease due to the risk of infection. Since disabled patients with various systemic diseases may visit the dental clinic, it is important to understand their characteristics and treatment process in order to flexibly adjust the dental treatment plan accordingly.

장애인과 비장애인의 동등한 정보접근권을 보장하고자 하는 흐름에 발맞추어 장애의 여부나 장애의 유형과 상관없이 모든 도서관 서비스를 제공해야만 한다. 이에 본 연구는 장애인 931명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시함으로써 국내 도서관 서비스에 대한 장애인 이용자의 이용 실태 및 요구 사항을 파악하였다. 조사결과, 장애인 이용자의 도서관 및 도서관 서비스 이용 경험은 상당히 저조한 편이었으며 그 원인은 도서관 및 도서관 서비스에 대한 정보가 부족하였기 때문이었다. 그리고 장애인들은 도서관에서 제공되는 자료의 다양성, 충분성, 접근성, 최신성 등에 대해 대체적으로 만족하지 못하였으며 장애유형별로 도서관에 희망하는 프로그램과 개선사항에 차이를 보였다. 결국 장애인 도서관 서비스를 개선하기 위해서는 도서관 서비스에 대한 적극적인 안내와 홍보, 전자자료 구축을 통해 이용자의 접근성을 제고하고, 협령망 구축을 통한 자원공유와 서비스 확대가 필요하고 장애인 서비스를 담당할 전문사서의 배치 및 직무교육 제공이 뒷받침되어야 한다.

이 연구는 자격과 장애인평생교육 지원체제 개발의 융합 타당성을 확보하기 위한 전제조건을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법은 선행 연구문헌의 수집 및 분석과 전문가 회의를 병행하는 절차로 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 현행 추진 장애인평생교육 전문인력 자격화제도의 한계와 반성을 문제를 기반으로 하여 장애인평생교육 학적토대 및 정의체계 구축, 장애인평생교육 교육과정 개발 및 운영의 전문역량 경력개발경로 설계, 장애인평생교육 교육과정 기반의 유관기관 재구조화, 장애인평생교육 전문인력 양성 자격 유형 고도화를 모색하는 것으로 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 장애인평생교육 지원체제 개발이란 종합 범주에서 자격의 가치와 기능이 아주 중요하다는 측면을 비롯하여 결론적으로 장애인평생교육 전문인력 양성을 위한 대학기반화 관점과 적용모델이 검토되어야 한다는 측면이 분석되었다.

The railroad station building is a public facility that many people use. The disabled persons cannot move as freely as the ordinary persons do, so the facility shall be considered on this matter. We reviewed on the features of the retarded, visually handicapped and mentally retarded persons upon moving, and calculated the minimum space required in their move, access and use of the reachable space, and we also analyzed the design factors so that the prior guidance can be considered for the visually handicapped such as installation of guidance facility, change of finishing material and Braille points block handrail to avoid obstacles for the use of senses of touch, hearing and remained eyesight of the visually handicapped. In addition, we also analyzed the requests of general design totally to analyze and arrange the design factors with the thought that the facility for the handicapped shall be useful for the ordinary people as well as the handicapped.

In the welfare law for the disabled in Korea, the disabled is defined as "the persons sho have significant limitations of daily or social life due to physical or mental disabilities over a long period." The number of registered domestic disabled person in 2008 survey was approximately 2.1 million. 90% of the disabled was caused by the aposteriori illness or accidents. So, in this aging society, the number of people with disabilities will increase even more. In general, people with physical and mental disabilities tend to have more oral diseases, but, are difficult to get treated. Therefore, a thorough oral care through individualized prevention is more important than ever. In this article, we review the oral care methods in dental office and home and in the hospital for the elderly and finally focus on a denture care method. According to this article, the dental professionals can be able to select and apply the oral care method in agreement with the characteristics of the disabilities. Particularly, it is important to prevent the aspiration pneumonia in the elderly in hospital.

This study long jump action to each situation on a chessboard and section of sight disabled person and normal person through third dimension reflex analysis mechanical special quality because do comparative analysis sight disabled person's exercise ability and technology structure of action that run understand. As can do better without danger of injury map and training of exercise item that action that run is included, do offer of pabulum by purpose. Through this study, conclusion is as following. 1. Sight disabled persons' long jump average recording (121.84cm) showing normal persons' average recording (259.27cm) and much differences, show that motion of body is not big to Touch-down from Ready action. 2. Each phase body center composition(r) average speed displayed result that it is more meaning more than Each phase time required. 3. Began in line carriage without body back stretching in 1 situation on Event one are sight disabled persons. Was expose that do not bend enough knee and ankle than normal person in Event two. Was expose that body is not drooped for surface of land in Event three, and knee and ankle were expose that do not unfold easily than normal person. Was expose that do not bend enough on Touch-down knee by relation that can not grasp position of the floor in Event four. 4. When taking off, the average of horizontal speed of body center are 1.80m/sec for blind people and 3.53m/sec for the normal. In this connection, the study shows that the difference of horizontal speed between the blind and the normal is bigger than difference of vertical speed, which are 1.56m/sec for the blind and 1.98m/sec for the normal. Also, composite speed also shows us big difference between 2.41m/sec of the blind and 4.07m/sec of the normal. The speed body center of take-off was expose that average adjuster are big width of deceleration than average - beginning disabled person's average by 2.23m/sec - 1.71m/sec in the vertical speed. 5. If examine change of high and low for z Sign of right hand, change of high and low showed as is small than normal person is sight obstacle, and all hand movements are small and was expose that do not use enough reaction of body as well as in ready action.

책은 만인에게 시공간적 장벽을 허무는 통로일 뿐만 아니라 세계를 향하는 여권이다. 그러나 독서장애인에게는 책이 통로도 여권도 아니다. 그들은 접근 가능한 포맷의 대체자료 비율이 1-7%에 불과할 정도로 심각한 도서 기근에 시달리고 있다. 이러한 접근격차 및 불평등을 완화하기 위해 WBU와 WIPO가 추진한 국제협약이 마라케시 조약이다. 본 연구는 시각장애인 등 독서장애인의 글로벌 도서 기근과 마라케시 조약을 집중 분석·연계하여 국내 도서관의 장애인서비스를 강화하기 위한 전략적 과제와 이행방안을 제시하였다. 정부와 도서관은 출판계의 인식개선 및 표준화 유도, 저작권법 등 관계 법령의 개정·보완 요구, 국립장애인도서관의 디지털파일 수집 및 서비스 강화, 마라케시 조약을 이행하기 위한 도서관지침의 개발·적용에 모든 역량을 집중해야 한다. 음식이 장애인의 육신을 지탱한다면 독서는 그들의 정신을 배양하기 때문이다. 독서장애인의 도서 기근을 해소하기 위해서는 출판계의 카르텔, 저작권자의 바리케이드, 도서관계의 취약한 플랫폼을 개선해야 한다. 모든 저작권자, 출판계, 도서관은 비장애인과 장애인 간의 접근격차 95% 갭을 줄이는데 동참해야 한다. 그것이 도서 기근에 대한 진언이다.

본 연구는 한국복지패널 데이터 15차년도 자료를 활용하여 중장년 장애인의 소득지위와 삶의 만족 사이에 우울과 사회적 지지가 매개효과를 가지는지 대해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 중장년 장애인의 소득지위는 우울(B=.241, p<.001), 사회적 지지(B=-.167, p<.001) 및 삶의 만족(B=-.277, p<.001)에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 중장년 장애인의 소득지위가 삶의 만족 사이에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 우울과 사회적 지지의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 중장년 장애인의 소득지위와 삶의 만족 사이에 우울과 사회적 지지가 다중매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 중장년 장애인에 대한 적정한 수준에서 생활이 가능하도록 지원하는 소득지원 체계가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 또한, 중장년 장애인의 삶의 만족을 높이기 위해 우울에 적극 대처할 수 있는 정신건강 지원 서비스 개입과 사회적 지지망의 확대가 필요하다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether subjective health and social support influence depression directly or indirectly through self-control of the physically disabled. Method: A five-item General Health Short Form (SF-36) Health Survey Questionnaire was used to measure subjective health. Social support and self-control were measured by Social Support Questionnaire 6 and Mastery Scale. The level of depression was measured by CES-D (Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression). Result: The level of depression was high (M=22.23). Seventy percent of the subjects were depressed. Subjective health and satisfaction with social support influenced self-control. Subjective health influenced the level of depression directly and indirectly, but self-control influenced the level of depression only directly. Conclusion: Subjective health and satisfaction with social support influenced depression through self-control in physically disabled persons. Therefore, when we manage these subjects' depression, it is seemed that program which lowers the level of depression by assessing and correcting these factors should be prepared.
