AHP를 이용한 장애인고용의 효용성평가 연구 (A Study on The Utility Estimation about Employment of The Disabled)

  • It is expected that the change of industrial structure of Knowledge based economy, and service based economy would affect on economic life of physically-challenged person with no exceptions. There have been some former studies which have been misunderstood the employment of disabled due to the declining employment of the disabled and prejudice to the disabled based on biased perspective and public opinion. This study have analyzed the employment conditions of the ordinary workers and disabled workers out of those prejudices and biased opinions. Wage, economic activity ratio, age, educational background and industry those 5 parameters are brought for analyzing the two comparison group. Each parameter have compared based on the statistical data of ordinary workers and disabled workers for past 7 years. Weight between each parameter have been drawn by collecting the experts' opinion using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and utility of employment of two comparison groups have been estimated through progress inclination of each parameter. Through the estimated outcome, present condition and controversial issues and way of improvement of domestic employment of ordinary workers and the disabled is mentioned.

장애인근로자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Disabled Workers)

  • This paper examined the relationship between job stressor and job satisfaction according to the general property of disabled workers. Role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload were cast as the factors of job satisfaction to explore their relationship with the general property and type of disabled workers. The results revealed that role ambiguity had the strongest meaningful relationships with job satisfaction and role conflict, role overload had not shown the meaningful relationships with their Job satisfaction. The reason of this results seemed to be from the fact that the work type available or not available to disabled worker was determined beforehand according to their disability type. Finally, these findings provide a guidelines of efficiency human resource management and strategic development program for the disabled workers.

Effect of Psychological Characteristics on Job Performances of Workers at Residential Homes for the Disabled

  • The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of psychological characteristics on job performances of workers at residential homes for the disabled. For the study, a survey was conducted on 170 workers at residential homes for the disabled in Gyeongsangbuk-do (Sangjoo-si, Andong-si and Yecheon-gun) from the 7th of October to 11th of November, 2016. For the analysis, SPSS WIN 18.0 and Amos 21.0 programs were used to conduct t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The research results were as follows. First, it was found that the psychological characteristics of workers at residential homes for the disabled vary significantly upon their work loads. Second, the differences in job performances of workers at the residential homes for the disabled with their general characteristics were analyzed: it was revealed that the job performance of the workers varies significantly with their education levels, positions and monthly incomes. Third, the job performance of workers at the residential homes for the disabled was found to be having positive correlation with their psychological characteristics as follows: self-esteem (r=.363, p<.001) and self-efficacy (r=.275, p<.001), while having negative correlation with depression (r=-.267, p<.001). This paper is required to be used as a primary source for political development on the enhancement of the psychological characteristics of workers at residential homes for the disabled.

Effect of disabled facility worker's social support on their job satisfaction

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in social support and job satisfaction of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics and job characteristics, and to understand the effect of social support on job satisfaction. A questionnaire was conducted against 143 disabled facility workers in D metropolitan city, from 5 January to 29 February 2016. The results of the study are as follows: first, no significant difference was found in the social support of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics, and only the factor of job area showed significant difference in social support according to job characteristics. Secondly, there was no significant difference in job satisfaction of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics or job characteristics. Thirdly, support of the superior, as a sub-factor of social support recognised by the disabled facility worker, was found to have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This study seeks to become foundational data for the development of plans to improve the job satisfaction of disabled facility workers.

  • 본 연구는 장애인거주시설 종사자가 인권수행과정에서 겪게 되는 추상적인 어려움을 다차원척도법을 활용하여 명확화하고 개념화해보고자 하는 것이다. 부산지역 장애인거주시설 종사자를 대상으로 서술문 리스트를 수집하고, 인덱스카드(index card)를 분류토록 하였다. 분석결과 6개의 군집명이 도출되었고, 종사자들은 시설 내에서는 거주인과의 의사소통 갈등, 서비스 제공자의 의도가 고려되지 않고 종사자의 겉으로 드러나는 단순 행위나 거주인의 주관적인 인권상황인식에 근거한 거주인과 종사자와의 갈등이 종사자의 인권 수행의 어려움으로 인식되고 있었다. 시설 외부적으로는 인권에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 장애인거주시설에 요구하는 인권관리 실무와 현장실무 간의 괴리로 인한 어려움, 외부 인권조사나 점검에 대한 경직성이나 종사자를 배려하지 않는 측면에서의 인권조사와 점검진행이 어려움으로 작용하고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인거주시설 종사자의 인권수행 어려움을 완화하기 위한 몇 가지 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 근로 장애인의 자기효능감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족도의 매개 효과를 규명을 목적으로 하며, 이를 위한 연구방법은 장애인고용패널 2차 웨이브 1차-4차(2016-2019)의 근로 장애인 1,604명의 자료를 SPSS V22.0과 AMOS 22.0으로 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 연구결과는 첫째 근로 장애인의 자기효능감은 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 둘째 근로 장애인의 자기효능감은 직무만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 셋째 직무만족도는 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 넷째 근로 장애인의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 직무만족도는 매개 영향을 미치는 것을 밝혔다. 이런 연구결과를 토대로 장애인 복지실천을 위한 시사점과 연구한계 및 제언을 제시하였다.

Development of App. for Efficient Safety and Health Management of Workplaces for Disabled Persons

  • Purpose: It is necessary to prepare more groundbreaking measures to prevent recurrence in order to reduce the number of industrial accidents in Korea that occur steadily. In particular, since workers with disabilities are much more vulnerable to disaster safety than non-disabled workers, there is a great need to build a customized safety environment system suitable for the characteristics of the work in which workers with disabilities work and to promote management efficiency. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the analysis of the actual status of safety and health management of workplaces for the disabled, such as small, medium-sized and major businesses in Korea, an app was designed and developed to improve safety and health management efficiency of workplaces for the disabled. First, it was designed so that managers of workplaces with disabilities can understand at a glance key legal information that managers need to know and it was improved to suit the eye level of disabled workers so that they could self-evaluate the risk of their work by applying the risk assessment model for workplaces with disabilities. In addition, a mobile education environment was created in which safety and health education contents suitable for the characteristics of disabled workers can be learned by themselves. Results: When this app is applied to domestic workplaces, it is possible to check the exact contents of occupational safety and health education and easily search and check various legal information anytime, anywhere, allowing managers and disabled workers to quickly and efficiently manage various safety information. Conclusions: In addition, the establishment of a mobile safety and health management system that can quickly identify and clearly respond to various legal standards and risks of workplaces with disabilities can be expected to help prevent industrial accidents at workplaces with disabilities in Korea.

장애인 임금근로자의 직업능력이 고용의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Disabled Wage Workers' Occupational Ability on Job Quality)

  • 본 연구는 장애인 임금근로자의 직업능력과 고용의 질 간의 관계를 분석하여 장애인의 직업교육과 고용정책의 중요한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인적자본이론 및 선별이론, 직무경쟁이론을 바탕으로 직업능력과 고용의 질 간의 관계를 이론적으로 검토하고, 실증분석 하였다. 실증분석은 장애인고용패널 제8차년도(2015년)자료를 활용하여 장애인 임금근로자 975명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 장애인 임금근로자의 직업능력은 고용의 질의 임금, 종사자지위, 직무만족을 결정하는 중요한 요인임이 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 결과는 장애인의 직업능력향상을 통하여 고용의 질을 개선할 수 있다는 것을 보여주는 결과이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 장애인 직업능력 향상을 위한 맞춤형 교육과 교육시설의 확대가 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.

Analysis of workers's perception for vocational rehabilitation of the mentally disabled

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정신건강서비스 기관 종사자의 정신장애인 직업재활에 대한 인식을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사하는 것이다. D광역시의 정신건강서비스 기관인 정신건강복지센터와 정신재활시설의 종사자 132명을 대상으로 정신장애인 직업재활, 가족지지, 종사자 역량, 종사자 욕구로 구성된 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 독립된 t 검정, 분산분석, 피어슨 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 정신건강서비스 기관 종사자의 정신장애인 직업재활에 대한 종사자 욕구는 정신재활시설이 정신건강복지센터보다 높게 나타났고, 종사자의 역량이 정신장애인 직업능력이나 가족지지에 비해 유의하게 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 정신건강서비스 기관 종사자의 정신장애인 직업재활에 대한 역량을 강화시킴으로써 궁극적으로 정신장애인 직업재활의 활성화를 도모할 수 있을 것이다.
