한글판 Children Participation Questionnaire(K-CPQ)의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구 (Reliability and Validity of the Korean Version of Children Participation Questionnaire)

  • 본 연구는 발달장애아동과 비장애아동 299명을 대상으로 K-CPQ의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하여 국내 발달장애아동의 참여수준을 평가할 수 있는 도구임을 입증하고자 하였다. K-CPQ의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 Cronbach ${\alpha}$값을 구하고 검사-재검사 신뢰도검사를 위해 Pearson 적률상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 K-CPQ의 각 영역에서 내적일치도(${\alpha}=.81{\sim}.90$)는 비교적 높은 신뢰도를 보였고, 검사-재검사 신뢰도검사에서는 Pearson 상관계수(r= .807~.843)가 모든 영역에서 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다(p<.01). K-CPQ의 판별타당도의 검증을 위해 장애아동과 비장애아동 그룹의 각 영역을 비교한 결과 모든 영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이(t=2.32~5.18)를 보였다(p<.05~p<.01). K-CPQ의 준거타당도 검증을 위해, K-SMS와 K-SFA의 Pearson 상관관계 분석을 한 결과 통계학적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계(r= .817, r=.743)를 보였다(p<.01). 본 연구를 통해, K-CPQ가 신뢰도 및 타당도를 갖춘 평가도구임을 확인하였으며, 앞으로 K-CPQ의 다각적인 연구로 장애아동의 사회참여와 통합을 위해 적절한 중재를 제공하기 위한 평가도구로 유용하게 사용되기를 기대한다.

어린이병원 외래진료부 이용자의 대기 및 휴게행태 연구 - 장애 및 비장애 어린이의 비교 분석을 중심으로 - (A Research on the Waiting and Resting Behaviors of Children in the Outpatient Clinic of a Children's Hospital - Focused on the Comparative Analysis between Children with and without Disabilities -)

  • This study investigates the waiting and resting behaviors of children within a restorative healthcare facility design. In particular, the aim is to compare children with and without disabilities and reveal similarities and differences in terms of their behavioral characteristics and uses of design facilities, related to positive distraction, for restoration in the hospital. Three major common spaces for outpatients in S children's hospital in Seoul were examined including the main lobby and two waiting and resting spaces in the pediatric and rehabilitation medicine departments, respectively. A total of 155 children under the age of 12-67 with physical disabilities and 88 without-were observed while they waited and rested at the three spaces before or after doctors' examination. Basic demographic information and waiting and resting behavioral characteristics were compared between the two groups. The results indicated that the disabled children were more restricted in terms of space, facilities used, and social behaviors. However, regardless of disabilities, the children showed more positive distractions related to cognitive and social behaviors in areas where restorative design elements such as an aquarium, garden, or visual images were available. Based on the results, design implications were discussed to strengthen positive distraction behaviors in children with and without disabilities and to foster the restorative quality of the spaces for waiting and resting in the children's hospital.

감각조절장애 아동을 위한 가정 프로그램의 효과 (The Effect of Home-based Program For Children With Sensory Modulation Disorder)

  • Objective : To explore the effectiveness of sensory integration program of home-based outcomes in child with sensory modulation disorder. Methods : This study used the simple case study. The subjects were three children diagnosed as developmentally delayed who 14 month and 26 month males and a 15 month female. After initial evaluation, parents were educated on sensory diet and Wilbarger protocol method for 30 minutes twice for home-based treatment and asked to make out daily treatment planning. To measure improvement of children, we used for the Denver Developmental Screening Test II(DDST II), Wee Functional Independence Measure(WeeFIM), hand function, functional ability, oral motor function, Sensory Profile(Dunn, 1999). Results : After the home-based program, the scored of the Denver Developmental Screening Test II(DDST II), Wee Functional Independence Measure(WeeFIM), hand function, functional ability, oral motor function, Sensory Profile(Dunn, 1999) were higher rather than initial evaluation after the home-based program. Conclusion : The home-based program is effective for children with sensory modulation disorder but parents had to be educated by therapist specific evaluation and treatment in sensory integration.

어린이집 장애영유아 통합보육에 관한 연구 동향 (Research Trends in Inclusive Child-care for Young Children with Disabilities)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to understand the research trends of inclusive child-care for young children with disabilities and suggest some implications for future research on inclusive child-care. Methods: There were a total 330 previous research papers about child-care inclusion, which means the practice of educating and caring for children aged 0 to 5 years old with disabilities alongside their typically developing peers at child-care centers. The studies were analyzed in terms of main research topic, subject, and research methods. Results: The major results of this study were as follow. First, a quantitative increase of the research since 2003 and a sharp increase of total research in this area since 2006 were found. Second, as a result of the main topic analysis, recognition and attitude research was the most frequently conducted, followed by the research about child-care programs, teacher and family support, and the effect of inclusive child-care. Third, more than half of the researches were done by teachers. Lastly, quantitative research methods were mainly used. Conclusion/Implications: Based on these findings, this study suggested to extend the research on inclusive child-care effect, intervention programs, non-disabled children, infants, and qualitative research.

휠체어 장애인과 함께하는 장애예방교육의 융·복합 효과에 관한 연구 : 초등학생을 중심으로 (A Study of Effect of Disability Prevention Program Acquired by People with Disabilities are Performed : centered on Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 충남지역 일부 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 제공된 휠체어 장애인과 함께하는 장애예방 교육이 연구대상자의 안전에 대한 자기효능감과 심리적 변화에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도된 단일군 전후 설계에 의한 유사실험 연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 충남지역 초등학생 1,167명이며 수집된 자료 중 자기효능감의 변화는 SPSS Windows 22.0 program을 사용하여 분석하였고, 심리적 변화는 주관식 문항을 질적 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연구 대상자의 안전에 대한 자기효능감은 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었고(Z=-26.109, p<.01), 안전 행동으로 실천하고자 하는 의지와 신념을 형성할 뿐 아니라 장애인 강사를 통해 장애인에 대한 인식이 개선됨을 넘어 감사 존경 등의 긍정적인 심리적 변화를 경험하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 장애인 강사가 진행하는 장애예방교육은 안전문화 확립과 장애인에 대한 인식개선을 위해 더욱 활성화 되어야 할 것이다.

뇌성마비환자의 전신마취 하 치과치료 후 혀 깨물기 손상 관리 (THE MANAGEMENT OF TONGUE BITE IN A PATIENT OF CEREBRAL PALSY AFTER DENTAL TREATMENT UNDER GENERAL ANESTHESIA -CASE REPORTT-)

  • Trauma to the lips and tongue can occur by accidental self-biting after dental treatment. After local anesthesia, it is likely that the patient may feel painless even in biting the tongue. In case of young children and disabled patients, the dentists should be careful not to bite the tongue. In this report, we present a case of deep lingual laceration due to biting the tongue in the course of dental treatment under general anesthesia. A 33 year-old male was transferred to our hospital to treat tongue laceration. Before 2 hour on arrival, he had received dental care under general anesthesia at a dental hospital for the disabled because of cooperation difficulty and cerebral palsy. During recovery from general anesthesia, he tried to bite his own tongue involuntary. The doctors and nurses tried to prevent the patient from being injured. Despite these efforts, massive bleeding occurred from the injured sites of the tongue. Because we could not communicate with him, we decided to evaluate the extent of the injury and treat the injured sites under general anesthesia. The laceration wound was sutured for nearly 1 hr general anesthesia. During recovery we inserted mouth prop into the oral cavity to prevent further injuries from tongue biting. After full recovery from general anesthesia he didn't try to bite his tongue. After 4 hour admission, he was discharged without other complications.

장애인을 위한 타자게임 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Typing Game for the Disabled)

  • 본 논문은 어린이나 노약자, 손이 불편한 장애우 등이 컴퓨터의 타자 실력을 증가시키기 위한 타자게임을 설계 구현하였다. 이 게임의 구성은 화면에 임의의 단어가 나타나는 한글이나 영문의 단어를 정해진 시간 안에 올바르게 치면 점수가 증가되고, 틀리게 치게 되면 점수가 감점되며, 올바르게 입력을 하면 앞서가는 벌레나 곤충을 잡을 수 있도록 따라가는 방식으로 되어 있다. 틀린 단어를 입력하면 앞서가는 벌레와 거리가 더 멀어지게 되며, 정해진 시간 안에 많은 단어의 입력을 하여 올바른 입력을 하면 앞서가는 벌레와 충돌되어 벌레를 없앨 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이는 두되 계발을 촉진시키면서 키보드의 단어 입력과 같은 타자 실력을 증가시키기 위함이다. 흥미를 유발하면서도 타자 실력과 키보드의 글자의 위치를 암기할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 정서적으로도 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

발달장애인 미술교육 현장종사자의 경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구 (Narrative Inquiry on the Experiences of Field Workers in Art Education for the Developmental Disabled)

  • 본 연구는 발달장애인 현장종사자들이 현장에서 어떤 경험을 하고 있으며 그 경험이 가진 의미는 무엇인지를 알아보기 위해 발달장애인 미술교육 현장종사자 5인의 심층 면담을 통해 질적 연구로써 Clandinin과 Connelly가 제시한 내러티브 탐구를 수행하였다. 연구 목적에 따라 개인의 교육경험을 통해 생기는 개인적 내러티브, 그들이 속한 문화적, 사회적 내러티브, 교육기관인 학교, 복지관, 아동방문미술교육기관의 제도적 내러티브를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 아동기부터 성인기까지의 발달장애인 미술교육 연구에 이바지하는 기초자료로 의미가 있으며 현장종사자들이 제시한 발달장애인 미술교육의 방향을 통해 논의가 확장되길 제언한다.

발달장애 아동 어머니의 가정치료 참여도 (Involvement of Mothers of Developmentally Delayed Children in Home Treatment)

  • For the purpose of clarifying to what degree the mothers of developmentally delayed children are involved in treating their child at home. 193 mothers were sampled from 220 mothers of developmentally delayed children below 12 years of age who have visited one of four institutions: the Rehabilitation Hospital of Yonsei Medical Center, Inchon Severance Hospital, Disabled Welfare Center in Myongil-dong, and Nambu Disabled Welfare Hall. The study period was from Mar. 25, 1995 through Apr. 15, 1995. A questionnaire survey was conducted listing the characteristics of the developmentally delayed children, their mothers, mother's satisfaction with their therapists, and the actual conditions of the home treatment. 1. The mothers who treat their child at home for more than 31 minutes a day show a high involvement score, while the mothers of those who give treatment for less than 30 minutes a. day show a low involvement score. That is, the longer the treatment, the greater the involvement score. This indicates a statistically significant result(p<0.01). 2. In cases where a child's father is involved in the home treatment, his/her mother discloses a statistically high involvement score(p<0.001). 3. The result of analysis of cases where other family members, relatives or friends (fathers excepted) reveals a statistically significant high involvement score(p<0.05) for the mother. 4. Mothers in general represent a statistically significant high involvement in home treatment. In the meantime, the mothers in a nuclear family show a higher involvement home treatment than mothers in an extended family(p<0.01). 5. Among those respondents who think that home treatment is helpful and that mothers' involvement in home treatment is helpful, the mothers record a statistically significant high involvement score(p<0.05). When seen from the above perspectives, it seems of much significance that fathers and other relatives or family members play an important role in enhancing the involvement of mothers in home treatment. One point to note here is that providing a long home treatment time is crucial. Therefore, it is recommended that family members have access to rehabilitation treatment for training developmentally delayed children or their care giver; and moreover, we needed to carry out family training or at least arrange for meetings between the family members and medical personnel involved in the child's rehabilitation.

몽골 지적장애아동 주양육자의 교육요구 (Educational Needs of Primary Caregivers of Children with Intellectual Disability in Mongolia)

  • 이 연구는 몽골 지적장애아 주양육자의 교육요구를 확인하기 위하여 수행되었다. 자료는 2017년 10월 25일부터 11월 30일까지 150명의 지적장애아동의 주양육자를 대상으로 수집되었다. 설문지는 10개의 범주에 35개 문항으로 구성되었다. 주양육자의 평균 교육요구도는 $4.05{\pm}0.65$점이었다. 정보와 지식습득 범주에서의 건강관련 교육요구도가 가장 높았다($4.48{\pm}0.57$). 주양육자의 교육요구도는 월 소득수준(F=7.07, p<.001), 보조양육자의 유무(t=-2.70, p=.008), 돌봐야 하는 추가 장애아동 유무(t=2.02, p=.046), 장애아동 어머니의 직업 유무(F=3.87, p=.023), 장애아동의 중복장애 유무(t=-2.60, p=.010)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구결과는 몽골의 지적장애아동 주양육자 지원 프로그램 개발 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.
