공공도서관 관장의 사서직과 비사서직간 직무성과 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Job Performance Between Librarian Director and Non-librarian Director in Public Libraries.)

  • 본고는 문화관광부의 공공도서관 관리운영 평가결과를 이용하여, 사서직 관장과 비사서직 관장의 직무성과를 비교하였다. 사서직 관장의 직무성과는 비사서직 관장의 그것에 비교하여 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 도서관장의 사서 직급이 높을수록 관리운영 평가실적이 높게 나타났으며, 사서직급 수준과 평가점수 수준간에는 뚜렷한 상관관계가 확인되었다. 따라서 공공도서관 관장을 사서직으로 요구하는 도서관 및 독서진흥법의 규정은 정당한 것으로 평가된다.

보육시설장의 변혁적 지도성에 관한 연구 (Child Care Center Director's Transformational Leadership)

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate factors related to the child care center director's transformational leadership and differences of the awareness about transformational leadership between child care center directors and teachers. A survey was conducted using the questionnaire developed by Lee suk-kyung (1997). Results of this research showed that type of child care center, number of children in the program, director's age, educational degree and years of career related to child care, affected the child care director's transformational leadership as recognized by themselves. From a teacher's point of view, director's transformational leadership was influenced by director's age, educational degree, and years of career related to child care. In addition, different level of awareness about director's transformational leadership between child care directors and teachers was found. Based on the result, a program to enhance director's leadership is strongly needed.

원장의 서번트 리더십, 유아교사의 자아탄력성 및 조직몰입 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Correlations among Director's Servant Leadership, Teacher's Ego-Resilience and Organizational Commitment in Early Childhood Education Center)

  • Objective: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the structural relations among kindergartens director's servant leadership, ego resilience and organizational commitment of kindergarten teachers. Methods: The subjects in this study were 387 kindergarten teachers working in B city. A director's servant leadership, kindergarten teacher's ego resilience and organizational commitment were assessed by a teacher-reported questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and a structural equation model using the Bootstrapping method. Results: First, there were significant relationships among the variables analyzed in this research, namely, a director's servant leadership, kindergarten teacher's ego resilience and organizational commitment. Second, Teacher's ego resilience partially mediated the effect of a director's servant leadership upon kindergarten teacher'organizational commitment. Conclusion/Implications: Results suggest the importance of a director's role in the context of improving kindergarten teacher's ego resilience and organizational commitment.

  • In this paper many discussions are raised regarding the outside director system in order to establish the position of the outside director within institutional organizations and to review ways to activate the outside director system in for-Profit Hospital. it seems to be more desirable in Korea for each company to establish an efficient system by itself in accordance with suggested guidelines suitable for each for-Profit Hospital management circumstances rather than to apply a unilateral outside director system to for-Profit Hospital through legalization. In this regard, while keeping the current outside director system for the time being, it is necessary to review and improve the management status of companies and the usefulness of the system, and various recommendations from lawyer associations, Hospital business associations, and academia should be allowed rather than just for-Profit Hospital recommendation by the government.

협동조합의 사외이사제도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the System of Outside Director of Cooperative)

  • Initially, the system of outside director of cooperative has the object of consulting an external specialist. Recently, it takes a serious view of monitoring about securing clean management on the operating crisis. Nevertheless, in the field of NFFC(National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives), it is difficult that the system of outside director of cooperative attains that is initial object. And in the field of FC(Fisheries Cooperative), it isn't in force about the outside director of cooperative. Therefore, it is important to make a following system improvement. (1) The ratio of outside directors among the member of board of directors has to be increased. (2) Outside director's term of office has to be amended from lyears to 2years and the current method of selection should be reformed to be a strict one with high standard of requirement and substantial screening for membership. (3) Outside directors' wage system must be actualized by adopting incentive system' etc. A measure of appointing an executive in a similar business line or organizations to ours as an outside director must be considered. FC have to introduce the system of outside director. (4) A recognition of proper management of outside directors and putting in practice is essential.

Q 방법론을 활용한 어린이집 원장의 역량에 대한 인식 분석 (Analysis of the Perceptions on Daycare Center Directors' Competence Based on the Q Methodology)

  • Objective: This research examines the understanding of the competencies required from the director of a childcare center. It also analyzes the characteristics of the capabilities of a director of a daycare center. The research questions are as follows: First, what are the competencies of a childcare center director? Second, what are the characteristics of the competencies of a childcare center director? Methods: In this study, the Q methodology was applied. First, the Q population was identified based on prior studies and through open questionnaires and in-depth interviews targeting 71 teachers and directors of childcare centers. Next, 40 Q samples were selected. Second, P samples were selected targeting the 30 directors, Q sort was conducted, and the data were analyzed using the QUANL program. Results: The main results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, four types of competencies were demanded from the director of a daycare center. Second, the competencies required from the director of a daycare center were accountability-centered, functional-management-centered, human-relationshipcentered, and rationality-centered capabilities. Conclusion/Implications: The policy-level of and educational ways to support the competencies of a director of a daycare center were discussed.

단위수산업협동조합의 이사회제도에 대한 수용자태도분석 (Analysis of Accepters' Attitudes toward the Board of Directors System of Fisheries Cooperatives)

  • According to the Fisheries Cooperative Law, the Fisheries Cooperative has made a substantial contribution to the development of Korea's fisheries industry amid the nation's rapid economic growth and drastic social changes since its establishment in April 1st 1962, It is, however, generally believed that the cooperative has made a poor performance in improving its business constitution. Therefore, the reform of its board of director system is one of the ways to strengthen the constitution. For the purpose of making the board of director system to operate rationally, this dissertation is divided into five chapters. Chapter I provides an overview of this study, such as research background and objectives. Chapter II focuses on the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director: its function, composition, and election. Chapter III analyzes the responses of the Fisheries cooperatives to questionnaires about the board of director system, and subsequently presents the causes and the meaning of the analysis results. Chapter IV deals with the various ways to improve the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director system, including director and cooperative governance. Finally, Chapter V draws a conclusion of this study. The independent function of the Cooperative's board of director and responsible directorship is one of the most important factors which can prevent the Cooperative from insolvency. Unlike the past, not only it has become difficult to keep the Cooperative's business under the government's support, but also the Cooperative itself is now facing a situation where the support from the government cannot be expected. This ist he reason why the Cooperative should manage itself autonomously, workout its organization, and respond to the current situation with a renovativemanagement and business strategy. Therefore, a rational operation of the board of director is urgently needed.

  • 본 논문에서는, 00:00~00:30까지 온라인 영업일자변경 작업 등으로, 일시적으로 중단되는 금융권 온라인 계정계 업무에 대하여, 고객원장의 복제보정 적용으로 서비스가 가능토록하며, 배치작업은 별도의 배치서버에서 수행하고, 원장 업데이트는 Center Cut 또는 온라인 서버로 전송해서 처리된다. 따라서, 온라인 업무를 포함한 모든 금융전산업무의 시뮬레이션 결과, 단 1초도 중단 없이, 각 계정 과목별 온라인 원장의 중요한 시점정보인 00:00분 (전영업일자 원장)에 대하여 배치원장과 백업원장을 안전하게 확보하였다.

전문형 대통령경호실장에 대한 사례연구 (Case Study on Expert-type Director of Presidential Security Service)

  • 본 연구는 대통령경호실 직원 출신인 제9대 대통령경호실장 박상범, 제13대 대통령경호실장 염상국 등 2인에 대한 사례연구를 통하여 이들의 권력성과 전문성에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 통해 대통령경호실의 전문성을 제고하고 나아가 대통령과 국민으로부터 신뢰받는 대통령경호실로 성장하는데 필요한 대안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 대통령경호실장의 권력성과 전문성 분석은 문헌연구 중심의 질적 연구를 실시하였으며 전문가 그룹으로부터의 증언을 통해서도 자료를 획득하였다. 이와 같은 연구 목적과 방법에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제9대 대통령경호실장 박상범, 제13대 대통령경호실장 염상국은 모두 비권력형 대통령경호실장으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제9대 대통령경호실장 박상범, 제13대 대통령경호실장 염상국은 모두 전문형 대통령경호실장으로 나타났다. 대통령경호실장의 권력은 대통령과의 신임관계나 물리적 거리에 의한 권력이 아니라 합법적권력과 전문적권력으로부터 나온다는 것을 인식해야 한다. 따라서 대통령이 자신의 안전을 담당할 기관의 책임자를 임명할 때 성공하기 위한 준비된 대통령으로서 국가안보를 생각하고 전문성을 감안하여 국익을 위한 대통령경호실장을 임명해야 한다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

  • 감독은 영화의 예술적 질을 책임지는 지휘자이다. 할리우드에서 감독은 주어진 시나리오를 영상화하는 일종의 기술자로 간주되었다. 1950년대 후 일 누벨바그의 중심이 되는 ≪카이에 뒤 시네마≫의 젊은 비평가들이 히치콕, 혹스, 포드 등 몇몇 할리우드 감독에 대해 재평가를 내리면서 감독의 위상에 대한 평가가 달라지기 시작한다. 알렉상드르 아스트뤽, 프랑수아 트뤼포, 앤드류 새리스 등을 거치며 확립된 감독-작가의 개념은 이후 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 확고한 자리를 차지한다. 작가로서 감독은 크게 두 가지로 구분할 수 있다. 하나는 할리우드 감독들처럼 필모그래피 전체를 통해 독특한 연출 스타일을 보여주는 감독들이다. 또 하나는 시나리오에서부터, 촬영, 후반작업까지 영화 제작전반에 걸쳐 자신의 생각을 각인시키는 감독들이다. 본고는 프랑스에서 통용되고 있는 영화 감독의 개념에 집중한다. 감독-작가의 개념이 탄생한 나라일 뿐만 아니라, 작가로서 감독의 영향력이 현재까지 지속적으로 인정받는 나라이기 때문이다. 이와 함께 실제로 시용되고 있는 두 가지 종류의 감독계약서를 통해 감독이 영화 제작에 있어 갖는 권한에 대해 알아본다. 이는 감독-작가 그리고 감독-기술자로 요약되는 시나리오 집필한 감독이 맺은 저작권 양도 계약서와 감독의 연출행위에 대한 도급 계약서이다.
