  • This study aims to examine the forming procedure of consumer satisfaction from Internet shopping experience. Many studies on the satisfaction have primarily focused on the examination of the antecedents of satisfaction along with the expectation-disconfirmation paradigm dominating the former studies. This study has built an Internet shopping expectation-disconfirmation model as to apply the expectation-disconfirmation into the condition of the Internet shopping. The summary of study represented in following. l. The expectation of risk and performance of benefit had a significantly positive effect on the perceived disconfirmation. In addition, an expectation of benefit and performance of risk had a significantly negative effect on the perceived disconfirmation. 2. A performance of risk and performance of benefit not only had a significantly indirect effect, but also a significantly direct effect on the consumer satisfaction. But expectation of risk and expectation of benefit had no significant direct effect on satisfaction. 3. Not only the perceived disconfirmation had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, but also an effect of the perceived disconfirmation on satisfaction(0.472) is larger than that of the performance of risk or performance of benefit. Meaning that, it is desirable for one to apply the expectation-disconfirmation model into the Internet shopping circumstances as much as the off-line markets.

The research data was collected from Tay Ninh Statistical Office with 80 samples of a 20-year period from 2000 to 2019. Also, OLS regression method using Eviews software was employed to analyze the data obtained. The findings revealed that human resources, infrastructure and private credit have a positive and significant impact on FDI attraction in Tay Ninh province, while consumer price index was proven to affect FDI attraction negatively. Accordingly, competent authorities of Tay Ninh province should focus on stabilizing prices as well as implementing policies for developing local human resources and attracting high-quality personnel from foreign countries. Tay Ninh province also needs to pay more attention to information technology investment for synchronous development of infrastructure. Moreover, the State Bank of Tay Ninh branch needs to consider more credit sources to provide support packages for businesses, creating a strong basis for establishments to attract FDI for the province's economic development.

This study sample is limited to Busan and Kyungnam Province's fashion shopping consumers. The responders included 239. Data were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, and AMOS. As the results, kinesics, proxemics, paralanguage, and physical appearance are a major influence on positive consumer emotions that influence service quality. Kinesics and proxemics are a major influence on negative consumer emotions; however, paralanguage, and physical appearance are not a major determinant to influence negative consumer emotions; in addition, there is a direct link between negative consumer emotions and service quality. Also, consumer emotions mediated the relationship between nonverbal communication and service quality. Therefore, fashion firms should train employee manners to ensure that nonverbal communication is important in service encounters.

  • A reliable analysis of consumer preference from a large amount of purchase data acquired in real time and an accurate customer characterization technique are essential for successful direct marketing campaigns. In this study, an optimal segmentation of post office customers in Korea is performed using a subspace projection-based clustering method to generate an accurate customer characterization from a high-dimensional census dataset. Moreover, a traditional temporal mining method is extended to an algorithm using the MapReduce framework for a consumer preference analysis. The experimental results show that it is possible to use parallel mining through a MapReduce-based algorithm and that the execution time of the algorithm is faster than that of a traditional method.

  • This study examined consumer attitudes and intentions to participate in reward-based crowdfunding projects for fashion products. We focused on consumer innovation, price sensitivity, conformity, and consumer values as factors that might influence such attitudes and intentions. A survey was conducted with 228 individuals aged 18 years and older who are aware of or have had experience using crowdfunding. Respondents were asked to answer questions based on the example of actual fashion crowdfunding projects. To analyze the data, reliability tests, the generation of descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS 25.0. The results revealed that consumer innovativeness, non-conforming tendency, and emotional, quality, social, and ethnical consumer values had a significant influence on attitudes, which in turn affected intentions to participate in crowdfunding. Consumer innovativeness, price sensitivity, emotional value, and social value also had a direct influence on intentions to participate. In addition to its academic contribution, this study has important marketing implications for project initiators striving to identify and understand consumers who are willing to participate in reward-based crowdfunding for fashion products.

  • This paper is analyzed causality using cointegration test and impact response after deriving a causality between direct overseas purchasing and sale and macroeconomic variables. The model used for the empirical analysis is the vector error correlation model. The model is used the macroeconomic variables such as the consumer price index and the GDP, and e-commerce variables such as direct overseas purchasing, direct overseas sales and online shopping amount. According to empirical analysis, the direct overseas purchasing has the causality with the consumer price index, and GDP has the causality with direct overseas purchasing and online. According to the impact response analysis of the VECM, the direct overseas purchasing has a positive effect on the CPI and GDP, but the direct overseas sales has a negative effect on the CPI and GDP. In addition, both direct overseas purchasing and sales have a negative effect on online shopping, but it has been shown that the direct overseas purchasing has a bigger negative effect on online shopping.
