국가직무능력표준(NCS)기반 평생교육에서 학습자의 직무능력개발이 직업기초능력 향상에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Learners' Job Competency Development on the Improvement of Their Vocational Key Competencies in Lifelong Education Based on National Competency Standards(NCS))

  • 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준기반 평생교육에서 학습자의 직무능력개발이 직업기초능력 향상에 미치는 영향력을 밝혀내는데 목적을 갖는 연구이다. 이를 위해 수리능력, 문제해결능력, 자원관리능력, 의사소통능력 4개 단위로 구분한 직업기초능력에 직무능력개발이 미치는 각각의 영향력을 검증하였으며 이 과정에서 평생교육 학습자들의 교육환경의 외부적 영향을 감안하기 위해 공분산분석을 실시하였다. 표본조사를 위해 서울에 소재중인 평생교육 기관의 학습자 480명을 대상으로 실증 조사하였고 이를 기반으로 통계 분석을 실시하였는데 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가설1의 검증결과 직무능력개발요인은 단일 차원에서는 수리능력에 모두 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가설2의 검증 결과, 직무능력개발요인 중 교육체계(F=3.021, p<.05)와 교육과정(F=6.684, p<.05)은 단일 차원에서 수리능력에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설3의 검증 결과, 직무능력개발요인 중 교육과정(F=5.865, p<.05)만 단일차원에서 자원관리에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가설 4의 검증 결과, 직무능력개발요인은 단일 차원에서는 의사소통에 모두 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 직무능력개발요인은 교수상호작용과 평생교육지원이 병행되는 과정에서, 교육체계와 교육과정이 조화되거나 혹은 교육체계, 교육과정, 평가관리 모두가 적절히 조화를 이루었을 때, 의사소통 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가 할 수 있다.

의류상품 판매원의 서비스 차원과 의류상품 유형별 중요도 (Service Dimensions of Apparel Product Salesperson and Importance of Service Dimension by Apparel Product Type)

  • The purpose of this research was to classify service dimensions for each apparel product which was thought to be important to consumers and to examine what kind of service dimensions are assessed to be more important than others. Furthermore, whether there were significant differences in the service dimensions and importances of services dimensions were examined by apparel product type(casual, formal products). Data were collected from women who were over 20 years old that live in Seoul. A questionnaire developed based on the previous researches and data were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, frequency analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, services of salesperson were divided into six dimensions: \"focused on customers\", \"knowledge/competency\", \"courtesy\", \"appearance/image\", \"purchasing induction\", and \"concerning\". As to service dimension importance, consumers think that \"service focused on customers\" is the most important dimension of service. Second, results of examining the importance according to apparel product type showed that five of the six service dimensions in formal product sales were more important except for the \"knowledge\" related service. Last, as to demographic characteristic variables, people who were over 40 years old were likely to think \"purchasing induction\", \"appearance/image\", \"concerning\" service dimensions more important than the other ages. And it was found that consumers who spend less money on purchasing clothing in a month thought \"focused on customers\" service was more important than the other consumers. In conclusion store managers could apply these results to service education of salesperson and use on preservation and improvement of customer relationship. And according to apparel product types, the results will give some implications to various service policies.

모바일 뱅킹 서비스 품질 측정을 통한 전략 도출 (Strategy development through Quality Assessments of Mobile Banking Service)

  • 본 연구는 사용자가 급속히 증가하는 모바일 뱅킹 서비스 품질 측정을 통해 도출된 주요 요인을 기반으로 모바일 뱅킹 서비스의 전략을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 SERVQUAL 모형과 중요도-성과 도구를 활용하였다. 우선, 선행연구를 통해 모바일 뱅킹 서비스의 주요 요인을 SERVQUAL 모형을 이용해 사용자 만족에 영향을 주는 보증성, 고객지향성, 유형성, 신뢰성의 4가지 차원으로 분류했다. 이 요인들을 바탕으로 전략을 도출하기 위해 중요도-성과 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 사용자 만족에 가장 영향력이 높은 보증성 차원은 기대치는 높은데 비해 실제 성과가 낮아 중점개선부분으로, 고객지향성 차원은 기대와 성과가 모두 낮아서 만족도를 제고할 필요가 있었으며, 유형성 차원은 사용자가 실제 얻는 성과 수준은 높으나 기대치 수준은 그에 미치지 않아서 현재 수준 유지전략을, 신뢰성 차원은 성과도 높고 기대도 높아서 지속적 관리가 요구되는 전략이 필요함을 확인하였다.

임상연구코디네이터의 역할수행과 관련 요인 (Role Performance and Related Factors of the Clinical Research Coordinator)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the role performance and related factors of the Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC). Methods: A quantitative, cross-sectional design was used. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from 134 Clinical Research Coordinators in 4 hospitals and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The scores for role performance of CRC were high (average 336.51 points of a possible 420 points, mean average $5.74{\pm}0.67$ of a possible 7) and the degree of role performance in the management task sub dimension (mean average $6.12{\pm}0.77$ of a possible 7) was higher than any other sub dimension. Role performance of the CRC was also related to job satisfaction (r=.198, p=.023). Conclusion: The study results indicate that most CRC are nurses and perceive their role as very important. Further the CRC performance of activities of management task and the Coordination/Advocacy task sub dimension were high and higher levels of job satisfaction were related to higher levels of role performance of CRC was. Therefore, strategies related to improvement in the fringe benefit system and work environment should be developed to increase job satisfaction and thus increase job performance.

노면 표면거칠기 특성의 대표값 정량화와 타이어 접촉력 해석 기법에 대한 고찰 (Representative Evaluation of Topographical Characteristics of Road Surface for Tire Contact Force Analysis)

  • Most automobile tire companies have not yet considered the geometric information of a road at the design stage of a tire because the topographical characterization of a road surface is very difficult owing to its vastness and randomness. A road surface shows variable surface roughness values according to magnification, and thus, the contact force between the road and tire significantly fluctuates with respect to the scale. In this study, we make an attempt to define a representative value for surface topographical information at multi-scale levels. To represent surface topography, we use a statistical method called power spectral density (PSD). We use the fast Fourier transform (FFT) and PSD to analyze the height profiles of a random surface. The FFT and PSD of a surface help in obtaining a fractal dimension, which is a representative value of surface topography at all length scales. We develop three surfaces with different fractal dimensions. We use finite element analysis (FEA) to observe the contact forces between a tire and the road surfaces with three different fractal dimensions. The results from FEA reveal that an increase in the fractal dimension decreases the contact length between the tire and road surfaces. On the contrary, the average contact force increases. This result indicates that designing and manufacturing a tire considering the fractal dimension of a road makes safe driving possible, owing to the improvement in service life and braking performance of the tire.

3차원 원격 스캐너를 이용한 알루미늄 5000 계열의 레이저 용접에서 공정 변수에 따른 용접 특성 분석 (Analysis of Weld Characteristics for Aluminum 5XXX Series Laser Welding Using 3-Dimension Remote Scanner)

  • The latest trends of vehicle technology development are fuel efficiency improvement, body designs declining air resistance and lightweight of materials. Especially, as lightened weight of materials makes engine efficient so that vehicles keep the best performance, it is the best way to protect the environment and reduce fuel consumption. In this study, we conducted laser welding by using 3-dimension remote scanner that is 5J32 aluminium alloy. Furthermore, conduction experiment that was 3 times repeated for changing factors such as observing angle, laser power and welding speed. we observed exterior and cross section of weled part and tensile strength. When increasing laser power and decreasing laser speed, tensile strength increased. In order to evaluate factors that affect tensile strength qualitatively we conducted ANOVA. We assumed that the factors are observing angle, laser power and welding speed. Then we found that laser power and laser speed affect tensile strength. We conducted evaluation of weldability of aluminium alloy by above ways.
