This study empirically confirmed whether individual characteristics and social capital have distinctive influence on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, and whether entrepreneurship consulting has a moderating effect in the context of high interest in entrepreneurship with 223 data. All of the personal characteristics, network, trust, and consulting experience had a significant influence on the entrepreneurial intention, while the external control and reciprocity norms had a significant influence on the entrepreneurial anxiety. The experience of consulting revealed that it has a moderating effect of weakening influence of risk-taking tendency and network on the entrepreneurial will and strengthening the influence of external control on the entrepreneurial anxiety. This research has significance in terms of distinguishing effects of entrepreneurial intention and anxiety and the moderating effect of consulting. In future research, it is expected that verification of entrepreneurial anxiety should be done.

The purpose of this study is to present the implications of analyzing users' market segmentation and characteristics based on the tourism SNS lovemarks experience. The results are as follows. First as a result of conducting factor analysis of tourism SNS lovemarks experience, five factors explained namely, mystery, sensuality, intimacy, trust, reputation. Second, as a result of conducting cluster analysis, four cluster groups were identified (reputation/sensuality centered experience group, high lovemarks experience group, intimacy centered experience group, low lovemarks experience group) and each characteristics were profiled. Third, as a result of Chi-square analysis and correspondence analysis, there was a difference in the characteristics of tourism SNS usage by cluster. Fourth, higher tourism SNS lovemarks experience segmented groups were more likely to recognize the degree of experiential value, satisfaction, behavioral intention.

This study examined to identify the factors influencing on inpatients' satisfaction with hospitalization and willingness to recommend hospital to others. Data from the 2018 National Patient Experience Survey were used for the analysis. Of the 593 patients experiencing inpatient services, multivariate linear regression analysis was conducted to explore the factors such as physician care, nursing care, facility and administrative support, and healthcare system on inpatients' satisfaction after controlling for their socio-demographic and health related factors. The study found that physician care, nursing care, administrative support and healthcare system were related to inpatients' satisfaction and willingness to recommend hospital. To improve inpatients' satisfaction, it is necessary to improve healthcare professionals' overall patient-centerdness attitude, user friendly hospital facilities and administrative support services and efforts to trust and satisfaction on healthcare system from the patients' perspectives.

This study is a systematic review study to confirm the characteristics, effects, and application strategies of domestic and foreign virtual reality programs provided by dementia education. This study is based on the literature published up to July 2020, CINAHL, Cochrane, EMBASE, and Pubmed electronic databases were used overseas, and RISS, KISS, and DBpia were searched in Korea. Based on the selection criteria and exclusion criteria, the final six papers were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, the subjects of the selected literature were two informal caregivers (33.3%), one general (16.7%), and three students (50.0%) including nursing students and medical and pharmacy students. The virtual reality program was effective in a total of five areas(empathy ability, dementia attitude including knowledge and comfort of dementia, trust in own abilities, dyadic relationship scale), of which 75% of the studies measured empathy ability had significant effects. The results of this study confirm that virtual reality technology can be used for human-centered nursing based on empathy.

The purpose of this study is to present practical implications for employment of people with developmental disabilities by analyzing the moderating effect of family employment support in the relationship between discrimination experience and employment of people with developmental disabilities. The subjects of the study were 394 people with developmental disabilities who participated in the 2nd wave 4th survey of the 2019 Employment Panel Survey for the Disabled, and a hierarchical binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the study, it was found that the experience of discrimination among people with developmental disabilities negative effects employment, and family employment support has a significant moderating effect, strengthening the negative effect of discrimination on employment. Therefore, the importance of improving the working environment reflecting the needs of families with developmental disabilities, the necessity of employment support policies, and strengthening trust with the state and local communities were discussed.

Despite the development of technology and the increase in the spread of smart speakers, user satisfaction keeps decreasing due to conversational errors. This study aims to examine the effect of the self-repair strategy on user experience in the context of conversational agents of smart speakers. Scenarios were designed based on error situations, and participants were divided into two groups by task criticality. The results revealed that the agent's self-repair strategy has a negative effect on trust and perceived ease of use compared with performance without error. It also influenced adoption intention through interaction with task criticality. This study is significant in that it empirically investigated the effects of the self-repair strategy and the user experience factors related to the actual acceptance of the self-repair strategy.

This study was conducted to find ways to utilize human-centered IT in caring for elderly people who live alone. Through focus group interviews with experts, this study investigated the problems with delivery system, and ethical issues. Problems such as lack of trust, supplier-centered care, and uniform service provision were derived as major problems in the delivery system. These findings indicate that IT should be used as an auxiliary means of face-to-face services and to be controllable and convenient. Issues such as "guaranteeing the right to self-determination," "protecting privacy," "sufficiently guaranteeing the right to know," and "encompassing blind spots" were raised as important ethical issues related to human-centered IT utilization. Based on the research results, this study presented the necessity of designing user-centered information technology and the necessity of developing ethical indicators for the use of human-centered technology.

This study exploratoryly examines the effect of time poverty experienced by tourists on the quality of tourism due to the recent rapid change in the tourism service system. Due to various reasons, the process of consuming considerable time and energy of the mind along with anxiety, tension, and anxiety caused by the sense of time poverty experienced by tourists occurs. As a result, time poverty comes and the quality of tourism decreases. On the other hand, the factor of trust in the change of the tourism service system is also an important axis for satisfaction, but if a problem occurs in efficiency related to time, satisfaction with the tourism service may decrease. From this point of view, this study conducted a literature review focusing on the fact that time poverty due to changes in the tourism service system reduces the satisfaction of tourists and even affects the quality of tourism. Through this, various implications were provided for the government's policy to support workers' leave.

In the digital age, the importance of personal information has magnified, underscoring the need for enhanced personal information protection, especially within public institutions. Despite ongoing efforts since 2007, significant breaches in public sector information underline persistent vulnerabilities. This study advocates for a transition from a diagnostic to an assessment framework to fortify privacy management in public institutions, as mandated by recent legislative revisions. The amended Personal Information Protection Act introduces an assessment approach, aiming to comprehensively assess and mitigate risks by expanding the scope of evaluation and implementing robust regulatory measures. This study examines the limitations of the current diagnostic practices through literature review and case analysis and proposes a systematic approach to adopting the new assesment system. By enhancing the assessment framework, the study expects to improve the effectiveness of personal information management in public institutions, thereby restoring public trust and ensuring a stable progression into a more secure digital era. The transition to an assessment system is designed not only to address the gaps in the current framework but also to provide a methodical assessment that supports ongoing improvement and compliance with enhanced legal standards.

As new information and communication technologies evolve, security threats are also becoming increasingly intelligent and advanced. In this paper, we analyze the time series data continuously entered through a series of periods from the network device or lightweight IoT (Internet of Things) devices by using the statistical technique and propose a system to detect abnormal behaviors of the device or abnormality based on the analysis results. The proposed system performs the first level abnormal detection by using previously entered data set, thereafter performs the second level anomaly detection according to the trust bound configured by using stored time series data based on time attribute or group attribute. Multi-level analysis is able to improve reliability and to reduce false positives as well through a variety of decision data set.
